Child denied basic human right to eat!
We have a flight from Tokyo to Bali with a stop in Vietnam. The airline has told me that I am not able to bring food for my 10 year old son who has food allergies. They are denying him the right to eat for 12 hours! I was denied the ability to talk to a manager or supervisor and was repeatedly told that he could either eat the food on the airplane or at the airport but I can not bring his food aboard! This is totally and utterly unacceptable!
Desired outcome: Please allow me to bring my sons food aboard so he can eat like everyone else!
E- reader left in pouch in seat not returned to us.
While travelling from Bali Denpasar to Ho chi Minh city via Vietjet air- VJ 843 on 05.03.2023, my e- reader i.e., kindle was left behind in front seat pouch of seat 18F. We complained at Ho ch Minh terminal when we found out that we had left the e- reader behind. But Vietjet person said we have to complain at Mumbai airport which was our final destination. At Mumbai airport, we were given email address to write our complaint. When we wrote to that email, they gave us New Delhi airport terminal no. Customer care is also not taking complaint as they are not authorised to take such complaints. Please help us in getting back our kindle left in the airplane.

Refund request on ticket cancellation
On 12 Jan 23 I made a booking on vietjetair. The name we put in was incorrect. So I contacted the customer care and asked help to change the pax name. They said we have to cancel the ticket and make a fresh booking. For cancellation refund will be issued in the same mode as payment made (in my case credit card) so we cancelled the booking and made a fresh booking with all the correct pax details.
I have written several mails to them but till date no response has been received.
Desired outcome: Refund for the cancelled ticket.

Vietjet I can never ever use them again.. I travel oftenly between HCMC and BANGKOK. Whenever I use Vietjet I always have serious delays.. Always!
Friday 3rd December,2022 flight due to depart at 16.55 pm. At 18.45pm hours there was still no notice of delays on the departure monitor and no staff on the gate!.
There were Vietjet staff 2 gates down so people were asking them what is happenining. They were actually laughing and thinking it was quite funny!
Eventually they made a phone call to the representive a Mr Do Minh Duc VSC 9639. HE TOOK A FURTHER 1 HOUR TO COME TO THE GATE!.
He then said the flight was due to leave at 8pm.. He put this information on the monitor at 19.50pm... He then disappeared. The flight finally departed at 22.10p more than 5 hours delayed!..
Vietjet do this all the time and they must understand that peoples plans and weekends totally get ruined by Vietjets lack of control and proffessionilsim.
There were young boys football team all asleep in the airport who had a football tournament early on the saturday morning. A french woman visiting her friend in Bangkok for the 1st time had a restaurant booked for Friday night. Myself visting my partner we had dinner booked also Friday night. I got home at 1 am in the morning!

What can I do more to get my money back? Vietjet will pay interests and penalties. Something that take 2 or three days is taking 90! Not reasonable.

Given new developments of the outbreak of Covid-19 in Northern Vietnam and warnings about travelling North from the South my girlfriend has cancelled our flights VJ266 & VJ267 10th Feb Reservation #7GA323 (John Frederick Dodgson, Chu Thi Hien & daughter). We are told we lose the full cost 15.5 Million VND.
We are acting responsibly but consider Vietjet are acting unethically in keeping the full amount especially if they re-sell to someone else for TET Holiday. Vietjet is thus increasing the possible spreading of what is considered so deadly the world economy is being shut down effectively. We did not expect a full refund but did expect some kind of refund. Vietjet response is very disappointing and feels like profit before health or safety. If we travel we risk invasive tests and spreading the virus to the South (Saigon / Vung Tau and beyond). We would appreciate Vietjet consideration of this point. Thank You

1) Flight was cancelled without prior notice nor contact customer for alternative selection. Company just simply select one flight as replacement.
2) Not allow to amend the flight without charges since is airline fault.
3) Called every single phone number PUBLISHED in their official website including so called customer service hotline but still no one is picking up! For freaking 3 days in each working hours! And they charging 1000 viet per minute! Scumbag!

I would like to file a formal complaint against Vitejet Airlines as well as Miss Siti, Vietjet Senior Associate for her outright contempt for both myself and my medical condition on 28-12-17.
In August 2009 I was nearly killed in automobile accident in Elizabeth Nj, USA when a careless driver drove through a red light and struck the Ford Escape I was driving home from work. The impact was so severe that it caused my vehicle to rollover onto the roof, destroyed it well beyond repair and injured my lower back, right knee and most importantly severely aggravated a c4/c5 spinal compression I sustained 16 years prior. After a successful arthroscopic knee surgery and 5 hard years of countless hours in rehab (2-4 times per week) I'm very happy to report that everything, aside from the spinal compression, has healed for the most part. Unfortunately I'll be dealing with the spinal compression for the rest of my life. I still need chiropractic adjustments every few months to keep it in check; but aside from that I just need to refrain from standing for more than 5 minutes at a time as doing so leads to severe pain that can only be alleviated with immediate chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy. I was treated for these injuries by one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in New York city as well as various osteopaths, physical therapists and chiropractors in New Jersey, Florida, Bali and HCMC.
My current doctor in Bali where I reside has provided me with a simple letter that verifies that I'm unable to stand for prolonged periods of time, requests cooperation in this regard accordingly and encourages any questions about my condition to be addressed immediately to her.
I attempted to present this letter to Miss Siti when I checked in for my flight, VJ814 Singapore to HCMC, at Changi airport terminal 3 at approximately 15:00 on 28-12-17 but she didn't bother to read it. She complained about my carry on luggage being overweight and I offered to take out and wear some clothes to remedy this but pointed out that perhaps she could be a little more understanding given my medical condition. Everything up to this point was of course perfectly acceptable. What she she did next was not and prompted me to file this complaint.
She said that if I really had a medical condition I wouldn't have packed such a heavy bag, thereby bringing my integrity into question and belittling all the pain and suffering I've endured and occasionally still endure. I pointed out that my bag was small, had wheels, wasn't particularly heavy and that moderate lifting doesn't bother me in any case. As the letter from my doctor clearly states it's just standing for prolonged periods that causes me pain. She remained unconvinced. I then asked her if she was a doctor and was somehow qualified to make such a medical assessment that directly contradicts the six doctors, two physical therapists and two osteopaths who actually treated me for years after having just met me a moment earlier. She said that her father was a doctor and that it was company policy for her to make such assessments.
Having already stood there for a few minutes being insulted and already resolving the overweight carry on issue by wearing some clothes, I decided to take a seat, rest for a few minutes and gather myself. I then approached her and asked for her full name and employee reference number which she refused to give and she demanded to know why I wanted such information. I told her that I would be filing this complaint and tried to explain why with the purpose being that perhaps she might think about how she treated me. Maybe a lesson could be learned from this and in future she might show others the compassion and respect everyone deserves. It was pointless, she continually interrupted me, refuting everything I had to say before I even said it in much the same way she ignored my medical certificate from the start.
I had hoped that contrary to Miss Siti's claims, Vietjet does not condone her ignorant, disrespectful behaviour and that she would be reprimanded accordingly. Unfortunately all Vietjet had to offer was empty apologies thereby condoning and even encouraging her abusive behaviour.

Thai Vietjet Air took the money by booking flight from Ahmdabad to Bangkok and then they emailed us saying the flight has been cancelled and no refund will be processed which is completely illegal if to take money if there were not planning to fly.
