Dear AirAsia Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with AirAsia. During my recent flight QZ463 from Lombok Indonesia to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, dated 11/02/2024.
I encountered a significant issue with my luggage.
Upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that one of the wheels on my luggage was completely broken. This was particularly distressing as the luggage was new, and this was its inaugural use. As a loyal customer of AirAsia, I expected a level of care and professionalism in handling passengers' belongings, especially when it comes to the safety of luggage during transit.
The manner in which my luggage was handled during the flight has left me deeply dissatisfied. It is evident that proper care was not taken to ensure the safety and integrity of passengers' belongings. The broken wheel not only inconvenienced me during my travel but also significantly impacted my overall experience with AirAsia.
I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Additionally, I kindly request compensation or assistance in repairing or replacing my damaged luggage.
As a customer who values reliability and quality service, I hope that AirAsia will address this issue promptly and take the necessary steps to uphold the trust and confidence of its passengers.
I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this matter.
Thank you
Regards,
Denise Soh
