Airnex Communications long distance service

I would like to report this company for fraud. I've been on auto-pay with them where they would deduct the amount due from my bank account. Before they unexpectedly closed their business in last 2-3 months, they've stolen $1, 500 from my bank account. Because their # is now disconnected and their website is down, there is no way to get in contact with them. How do I go about reporting them for fraud in the State of California?

Airnex Communications get charged for late fee, but actually paid on time

My Airnex A/C is 114874. I have received July statement showing late paid and get charges for $23.64 but actually I paid on 6/27 by using online website to make payment.
This month, I have tried many times to pay online but can't access the web page. I would like to cancel the service and please advise how to apply for the cancellation. I didn't make any long distance calls but every month the fee is $4.14 but this time Airnex just added late fee on my bill.

Airnex Communications telephone bill

There is misinformation on the rates of in-state phone calls. The customer service is horrendous! I have to leave a voice message and then wait until I receive a call back on my phone line! I was put on HOLD three times and am being charged for the hold time. Customer service disregarded everything I mentioned. How is this company still in business?
This lack of interest from the telephone company shouldn't be tolerated and the above scenario isn't the first time this happened either. WHY should I pay a company that is clearly taking advantage of its customers and isn't operating on a professional level (i.e. waiting for a call back and not knowing when I'll be able to get in touch)?
Something needs to be done because I'm being ripped off.

Airnex Communications long distance telephone service

1) On or about Monday 7 May, 2018, Airnex sent me a bill via US Mail, due and payable on 12 May, 2018.
2) This bill contained a charge of $17.99 for "Long Distance Access and Usage."
3) According to the bill I received, the charges were for a call made from Washington, DC to a town in Maryland about 30 miles away from DC. The bill claimed he call was for a duration of 22 minutes.
4) This is erroneous. In fact, while I did attempt to make this call, the connection was bad(noisy, static on line, inaudible/ unintelligble audio), I was unable to make a connection.
5) Imagine my surprise when I received the bill.
6) I have made literally dozens of calls to Airnex's Toll Free number since monday night, it is now Thursday afternoon. No humans answer the phone, and voice messages can only be left during their, i.e.: west coast time) 'regular business hours.'
7) Monday may 7th, in the evening, long after the close of business, an Airnex representative left me a voice message, which was barely audible, the connection/voice quality was deficient.
8) Subsequent to that I have made repeated calls, left repeated messages, sent a detailed email disputing the erroneous charge. Still no response from Airnex.
9) I called Airnex's non-toll free numbers, several times, and heard a rapid busy signal indicating a line that is out of order or otherwise disconnected.
10) I called Airnex again, on their toll free number, and left a voice message again expressing my dismay at their utter lack of customer service, and inquired as to whether they were still in business. I also indicated that I would take this matter up with the California attorney General's office if they failed to resolve it by the close of business tomorrow.

Airnex Communications fraud

I am done with this. So just recently, Airnex called my mothers cell phone number requesting us to pay around 60 dollars. Right now our whole family is using Verizon so we asked them what company they were. I asked them TEN times until they finally told me what company they were. They said we called New York and we were charged for that.
Okay so around half a year ago, my mother was in Boston and a lady talked to her telling her about this really cheap phone plan. My mother asked what company they are from and they said verizon. They gave her a phone number to call to confirm whether they are goign to join or not. The thing is that my mother never called them. Next thing you know, SPAMS of mail arrive at our house telling us to pay.

1. they lied to us saying they were verizon
2. we never even joined their company and they expect us to pay
3. we never called new york because there IS NO ONE to call in new york.
4. 60 dollars for one phone call in new york? doesnt that sound a bit fishy?
5. wouldnt tell us their company name until the tenth try i asked (suspcious)
6. how did they even find our address? my mother said that they looked us up in the phonebook and found it. What i find REALLY weird is how they didn't call our home phone. Other official companies like verizon, tmobile etc, they call our home phone first and then our cell phone. Airnex has NEVER ever called our home phone only my mothers cell phone which is what my mom gave them.

so what i am basically asking is: how to get them off my back, and how to get this fraud company to stop asking us to pay for something we did not do at all.

Airnex Communications fraud bill

After more than a year of using the service, I checked one of my invoices and I noticed that the bill is fraud and the total is increased by about $15. I checked the invoice of the previous months that was available online and I saw the same fraud there. I contacted them, initially they said that this is one time error and they will deduct the amount from my last bill. After I said that at least my last three invoices are fraud they accepted to look into my account. I agreed to make a partial payment of $140 on my $280 account to show my will to cooperate with them. Then they send me an email and said that there is a total of $53 error in my account because of the error in their system. However, they did not correct in on my online account and charged me every month with additional late fee and for calls that I have never made and my total account. I called them and asked for a clear invoice and an apology letter. Rather than sending me a corrected invoice they called me several time asking me to pay the whole account. After many calls and after I explained that I do not have a correct invoice, they said that they only deduct the $53 and I should pay the rest including all charged late fees and if I do not pay it in 10 days they send my account to collection.

With this horrible costumer service, in their letters they commend themselves for their excellent costumer service!

Today I was going to make a call to Airnex to have them adjust my bill. Everything mentioned by Ava R happened to me as well and I also notice they charged and changed the federal tax rate to what ever they feel like in 2013! I need to get rid of Airnex asap!

1. 1 minute phone calls are the calls that actually have not been connected but you get charged for it. If you call the customer care line they apologize and will say that not only they will take the charges off but they keep on charging you.

2. Airnex charges more per minute than the agreed amount. When you have only used 1 minute, it shows you the agreed price, but if you actually divide the total price per each conversation by the duration you see that you have been charged couple of cents per minute more.

3.The billing cycles over lap so calls appears on 2 consecutive billing cycles. (the bill from last cycle closed on June 18, 2010, and the bill from this cycle started from June 15. 2010)

4. And finally, to top it all, after they have over charged, and double charged you, the final price that is presented to you for all your calls for the cycle is ALWAYS more than the summation of the charges of each call.

Airnex is either truly [censor]ed and cant even use simple spreadsheets or just morally corrupt and bluntly stealing from their costumers.

I stopped using Airnex communications since 2008, after having received several bills, that included Germany-which I've had never used.I've written them a letter, that I'm not going to use their services-never! Unexpectedly in October 2009 they sent me a bill as of $24.66 for calling Georgia, that I have no idea about. I've called them, spoke to assistant...
