I'm writing to express my distress regarding the roofing services provided by Alan Bradley. In September, they replaced my roof after a microburst. The Insurance company did not take any action until I filed a complaint with the ROC in Tucson. It seems like they were friends because the ROC, ***, didn't seem to care about the poor quality of the roofing job. As a result, I still don't have an evap cooler because I was waiting for the Insurance company to pay the cooler guy after the roof was completed. This has made my home extremely unhealthy for me, my daughter, and our pets. The temperature inside has not dropped below 90 degrees, which is dangerous for our well-being. I urgently need assistance from the Attorneys office. I recently became a widow, and my late husband was a patent attorney at the US Patent office. I'm desperately seeking help in this matter. I believe there was corruption involved between the roofer and the ROC investigator. It's important to note that my father is a retired detective with the Sheriff's office, so my instincts were heightened during the inspection of my home. I sincerely hope to speak with someone who can assist me. The situation in my home is unbearable, with temperatures still at 90 degrees even at 8:46pm.
