unauthorised opening of an account from my id in ali express
I received an email on my id [protected]@gmail.com from Ali Express mentioning that a product has been purchased from the id. On clicking the link, I was led to the Ali Express website, wherein I found an account has been registered without my knowledge in the shopping portal with my id. I logged in with the forget password option and found that two watches have been purchased through the account, and the delivery address mentioned is in Pakistan. The order is not placed and paid by me. This order should be cancelled and please probe, how an account can be opened without the consent and knowledge of the original user of the email id.
a vendor, voyo and dispute resolution by ae
I had filed a dispute with AE about a fradulent deal by a vendor. AE had resolved on behalf of the vendor without giving us proper chance and not listening to our side. The vendor cheated us by providing two different invoices - one to me and another (cheaper one) to the shipping agency. Customs office in my country considers that as a fraud. I informed AE about the same and asked for a refund. If I proceed to customs with those fradulent documents we will be blacklisted. So we requested AE to resolve the case.

The auction was about dresses for mother and daughter that looks the same. I ordered it and payed. I also send the message to the seller xiaoyu Store that i want a L size of mother dress and a 90 size of child dress. They replied that i ordered one item and i need to pay more if i want two dresses... i tell them that the auction was about two dresses, if my order doesn't include them i want to cancel and get my money back. I cancelled with reason that the seller raised the prize and they try to manipulate me that i change the reason for "i don't want this order", i told them i won't do it and they rejected the cancellation... outrageous!

I have paid advance during presale to "GoTop Smartphone" and later paid balance amount on 11th Nov 2018, and as of now i have done many communications but they are not replying and not sending my order.

payment methods and complaints procedures
Purchases on 26/10/2018 (a few before and after). Charged by bank on 29/10/2018 and 30th.
Desired outcome: refunded for bank charges and for this never to happen again.
I have been using aliexpress for over a year, as of last month I am being charged in USD (which has not happened before) even though I am changing it to GBP every time i log in due to the website not saving this setting (I have reported to them many times it does not save this setting, they always state it will be resolved and never has been) and I am now being charged by my bank for paying in USD as opposed to GBP.
When I contact them and speak to customer services they go round in circles saying they will 'report it to the appropriate team', or 'they understand' and they never resolve it or I never hear back from them. Additionally, they use inappropriate childish icons when your are trying to resolve serious issues, last time I was discussing this with them I stated I would be closing my account if this could not be resolved and the customer service representative send a rose icon, extremely inappropriate. Finally they can not provide you with a complaints procedure when you request it.

I bout a car grille. When I received it was very poorly packaged so the product arrived damaged. I contacted the seller and took pictures as soon as I opened it and examined it. I requested a refund because I can't use it. The seller asked to send proof that it arrived damaged by sending picture proof. I sent pictures and screenshots and date confirmation the I had contacted him right after opening the package. He denied my dispute. Then I opened and appeal but they said I didn't have evidence. I DO! I have pictures and screenshots of the date, time and damage of the product. I also contacted the seller, opened a dispute and appealed within the time frames given. I was never late. I am not being treated fairly.

my order [protected] (from seller Pocketman) was returned to the seller by customs. This definitely was not my fault, as I wasn't informed by customs or parcel service at all. After long discussion the seller (Pocketman) wanted to have the shipping paid again, which I finally did (as agreed) via paypal. After I paid that, they wanted to have the shipping paid again by enering a fake order on Aliexpress.
I told them, that this is criminal and I stopped the discussion with them. This was about a month ago, I still did not receive anything!
This is definitely criminal behavior, I want to avoid that other clients suffer from this criminals at seller Pocketman!
Aliexpress team can see all the communication inside the order details.

I never received my purchased item
I have not received the package. The online tracking from USPS says they will try to redeliver the item.
It has been 30 days since with no delivery. So I HAVE called the USPS on the item as I am unable to physically go to the USPS due to my work hours and their location from me.. however they can't seem to find the package so it appears they have lost the package. They have not updated the online tracking comments...I suggested Aliexpress call them to verify my statement is true.
I opened a dispute but they declined to check on this..they are lazy and unprofessional. I am now out my money and have no items. Aliexpress can not be trusted.
I will never use them again. Lesson learned the hard way.

I 've been trying to log-in to my account for the past 2 days.
I created my account and placed my order on Monday Nov 5th 2018 at work. I've been trying to log-in from our other office and from home Friday nov 9th 2018 and Saturday nov 10th 2018 but they locked my account. The verification process is not working, there is no sms sent to my phone number. I've tried all the steps they suggest, but still nothing. Their cust service chat is not helpful either, they say to log in for better support, haha. Nobody is picking up the phone on the phone numbers available on this website for aliexpress.
How in the world you cannot log in on the same device from a diff place within the same city ? It's just such a horrible user experience. And why there is no option to choose verification via email if phone is not working?
Not to mention that I will lose the discount on my order. It was actually a pre-order which has to be paid until tomorrow and I cannot access my account.
I am very disappointed.

I bought a Roborock vacuum cleaner in June and it's defect since July and I complaint about it, first with the Seller, than directly with Aliexpress. NOTHING. It's completely a rip off! After weeks the seller told me, I can send it back on my own costs to China (appr. 65 EUR) to let him repair it. WHY? It is a warranty, I have the article since 1 month and it was used 4 times and than it's broken? Ok, so we contacted Aliexpress - three times! Twice they told us, they take care, they try to refund it, that's not ok, etc.
Nothing happend for weeks.
And the third time? They told me, their "protection time" ran out, they can not help me.
It is CALCULATING, DISHONEST, it steals a lot of time and in the end you are alone with your problem and either way, you lost the complete amount of 400 EUR or you risk to pay again 65 EUR, with no security whatsoever, that you see the article ever again or that it will be fixed.
I am so disappointed and I buy everything online, but I never had such a bad experience before with any other plattform!

I bought a blue tooth headset from Aliexpress, and had very bad experiences.
The seller sent the goods and its status showed as Delivered in Aliexpress website. But I never received it.
I opened dispute as well as contacted seller. Seller asked me to contact local post office. I went to local post office twice but they couldn't find the delivery.
At mean time, the dispute was closed on Sep 24. So I opened an appeal immediately but got no response from Aliexpress.
I contacted Aliexpress customer service and they want the evidence of post office. I contacted post office online service and this time they found the order was sent to a totally different address.
On Oct 7, I contacted Aliexpress customer service and provided the evidence from post office. Aliexpress customer service created another appeal and promised to solve it asap. However, nothing happened after that!
On Oct 18, I contacted Aliexpress customer service again. This time service agency promised me to create a workflow to process my refund. Still Nothing happened after that!
Today(Nov 3) I contacted Aliexpress customer service again. Surprisingly she can't find my appeal evidence! She asked me to provide the evidence again. I sent the evidence and this time she said the evidence is invalid because it need signature!
I'm very upset with Aliexpress on this case. I will not buy anything from Aliexpress anymore, and will share my experience with my friends.
cancelling order and not refunding full amount
I ordered a drinking bird from Ali express (Melanie tian store) and had not received it a month later so I checked on the app and it said the order had been cancelled! They had not told me this and I still can't get a straight answer as to why it was cancelled and why they hadn't actually told me. They refunded part of the money but not the full amount. I have been trying to explain this to them and even showed screenshots of what was paid out and what was refunded! Still no progress they are refusing to pay the rest back. I'm just glad it was not an expensive item. I will never be using Ali express again
fraudulent offers
Aliexpress regulations regarding sku related infringements very precisely say:
- intentionally avoids the rules (rules include shipping!)
- setting low prices to improve the search rank (low prices with

And this now is just such 'fraudulent behaviour' as you call it.
But above order number is only one late example (!) of many.

I ordered 5 things from aliexpress a month ago and i haven't received any of the purchases except one and i had to pay triple the amount when i received it to customs and i never had that before when i purchased items online i only paid for shipping but never for customs and when i opened a dispute they kept on stalling and the deadline for the delivery was finished and during this process i got a lot of emails from aliexpress stating that their judgment for the dispute is invalid which seemed in favor of the seller not the buyer who is me and whenever i tried to make the buyer protection the immediate close the dispute disregarding the evidence i provided with the late arrival and failed shipment and they refuse to send me a total refund, i haven't received my items nor did i get a refund for failed shipment please help me i'm so dissatisfied with aliexpress
