I had a chat woth a consultant DENNIS and he was not very rude with me he frustrated me at a level where he was trying to disconnect me twice that on his second attempt I called him [censor].. I do not use abusive language but you need to look into the chat he was behaving very rude and arogant and not willing to .. when I contacted again to ask how do I raise a complaint the anotjer consultant said they don't have a complaints link.or option and started teaching me how to talk to consultants and no one even bothered to help me solve my query. This was so irritating instead they were just showing me how important they are and they should be treated really well. I mean hello I do treat well but atleast resolve my query I am contacting since 2 months for a refund and not a single consultant helped me completely and than they expect me to be patient. Not at all happy with service provide.. Please take action against DENNIS and train him how to talk to customers

I have been trying to use Aliexpress for the last six months. I have been frustrated out of my mind with stupid user procedures and bad translations. Customer support is worse than useless with operators with poor Engish and complete lack of knowledge about how their system works. The drop-down address selection is a minor issue compared with the problems that I have had with their payment system. something goes wrong there is an error page that says something that is in no way related to the actual problem. Not knowing what mistake has been made makes it impossible to rectify the problem. I could go on for the next hour about the frustrating nuances trying to explain by text when you have limited typing skills. After a limited no of characters are entered, and you exceed the limit. When you enter your information the whole message is deleted. That really gets the blood boiling. In my case, I included my suburb in the street name box and selected the municipality in the drop-down box. The address looks a little odd but Aus. Post has no trouble with it. They also don't seem to have a complaints department. I've asked the support people several times about it and they would not give me an answer.
I have had the same issue, they tell me it has been forwarded to admin and I will receive an email once it is fixed up but nothing happens :(

I had bought an LCD screen for samsung galaxy s7 edge order ID [protected] after using some days a pink line appeared from top to bottom of screen and eventually went on increasing and ciuldnot use it by now. When the line appeared on screen I talked to the seller about the faulty screen but they said they donot have another product to replace and as I have used the faulty LCD for sometime they will refund partially although the problem appeared within warranty period.

Sorry for I have to complain regarding a delivery issue. The seller says product has been shipped to me but I never received it. I have checked everywhere here at pakistan post but never got the product. I went to tracking C17 tracking and found out that the product was in Guangzhou on the 11th Jan and on the 11th Jan the AliExpress tracking says successfully delivered. I have open dispute with the seller but she has rejected. What to do. I have ordered so many times from AliExpress but never had any problems. This is the first time. I have been purchasing through AliExpress for almost 2 years. Today, I tried to make online payment with the same Credit card which I have used before to buy through the AliExpress site. I used two different cards, personal and Business and both cards have been declined due to so called "Secutiry reasons".
Surely after making over 100 transactions and not having experienced payment problems in the past you would ensure this is avoided.

I ordered this little glove to help me remove excess cat hair, I paid $3 and single dollar for the delivery.
one day after a few weeks waiting, I get an email saying I received and signed for the package.
Because I know I did not, I contacted Ali express.
The nightmare begins here:
First they were arguing that I did get it as I signed for it, then they sent me to investigate myself, saying I need to prove that I did not get the package.
I called the post office, they never heard about this tracking number, the Ali express representatives were lost, they are so nice and useless (not their fault, just doing their jobs), they didn't know anything, until after a few days, one of them told me to check at DHL and I did, there I found it was not sent through the post office but by DHL Asia, this DHL branch were using a local company which is famous for never delivering to the clients, they were all over the news (they claim that it's Aliexpress fault in some way).
So I called this local delivery company asking for my package, they said it was lost and that they updated the tracking saying that and that I should dispute and Aliexpress will refund, I did exactly that, I had a proof that I never received the package.
So you think I got my money back? think again, I had to wait for over a month hearing all kind of excuses and today I finally got they news that my request for a refund was denied.
The amount of money here is not high, just $4, but think about it, the same will happen also for $200 and you are not protected like you are with paypal, there is no real client protection.
Moreover, the time I had to spend to handle this issue was not worth it.
Bottom line, Aiexpress thinks we are stupid but we are not, there are enough platforms to shop with and I am closing my AliExpress account! They took my money without giving the product and then called me a theif, they'll do it to you too!
