dishonest practice have not received money
I placed an order with Ali Express on March 8th for a custom made wig. I was told it would take a week to make. After I paid the paypal invoice, I emailed the company and corresponded with Grace. Grace denied that her company ever received payment. I immediately emailed her a copy of my receipt, and she stated that they were going to began making the wig. On March the 11th, she emailed me and stated that it would be 3 more days before it was completed. Needless to say, after that she stopped responding to my emails unless I would send an angry email. She has lied to me for weeks stating that the wig was still being worked on. She would ignore my emails constantly. Finally tonight after I stated that I needed answers, she sent me an email stating that my money has been refunded? I have not yet received a refund, and she made me wait for weeks only to not produce a product I paid for and waited for. Please investigate this company for dishonest business practices. I am also going to file a complaint with Paypal.
fraud - 100 percent cowhide leather boots
These SCAMMERS are selling counterfeit goods. Misrepresenting their advertisement to lure consumers into buying junk merchandise. I bought a boots from them that were advertised as 100 percent genuine Cowhide leather and was send 100 percent pleather boots. The company and sellers are jointly running fraud scams on the consumer and refuse to take back their products. Aliexpress.com does not honor their buyer protection and mediation is a joke. Even after the seller admitted to sending me pleather boots the company still released my funds to the seller. Other scams they are involved with is providing consumers with fake tracking numbers.

Sellers shipped order to wrong country. I live in the United States and items were shipped tp Israel. Contacted company and sellers to advise of error and correct.Opened a dispute as they suggest. Conclusion : Aliexpress stated "it was my mistake, not theirs and no refund would be issued." No items and no refund.

I purchased 2 orders on aliexpress.com on November 11, 2014 their International Sale Date my order #[protected] and the seller jun wang E-mailed me and stated that I would have to pay more money for my item that he put on sale for 85% off he was not going to honor his own sell prices and that I had to pay him more money in order to receive my items, I than contacted aliexpress.com customer service and was told to don't worry that my order went though and the money that I purchased my items for was taken and my order was OK! I than received another E-mail from the seller telling me to still sent more money, I E-mailed he back but till today he has not answered me or sent my items out.

I placed an order on several repair parts for cell phones. Before I received the items I ended up in the hospital where I remained for nearly 4 months. Upon my recovery I retrieved the unopened package from a friend who kept it for me. After opening the part I installed a mother board that did not function. Then to my surprise I discovered that an lcd/screen assembly had a yellow "fail" sticker on it. Of course the part did not function. Jaken Lin the scammer knowingly sent me bad parts but forgot to remove the "fail" sticker off of it. He was caught in the act of knowingly sending bad worthless parts that he salvaged from the trash heap. Upon contacting him he refused to make good for the parts. If they had worked and failed after 3 months he may have had a point. Even then the parts should be warranted. However, these parts never functioned properly because they were bad when he sent them. I lost over $200.

slow shipping and poor communication
I bought some automotive light bulbs on Aliexpress.com. Their prices are very cheap and beat out all the other websites i checked out. I made a mistake and cancelled one order that i made and was told i would have to wait as long as 20 days to get my refund. Communication between the seller was poor and i was told shipping could take as long as 15 to 26 days to get my stuff i ordered. I dont like waiting that long to get what i purchased and i doubt that i will ever do business with them again! I buy from Amazon and E Bay and although it might cost more i get my stuff a lot quicker. My advice to you is dont bother with Aliexpress.com.

Do not buy any stuffs from aliexpress it is all fake product and send wrong product still you have to pay at-least 50% of product price that also after struggle 1 month by placing dispute case and if your right then you get only 50%. LED lights I ordered were very bad and unusable. I returned the items and paid $18 in shipping costs instead of $48 with tracking number. The items cost me $30. My dispute has gone on for months and now I cannot leave feedback on product after 30 days. The vendors are selling bad products and are not afraid of disputes because of the 30 day feedback rule. I'll never buy from these guys again. Just be careful with any item you want to return.

Hi there.
Bought wallpaper from aliexpress.com. It came we quickly put it on the wall and the next day realised there is a misspelling on it. As wallpaper looks like a newspaper. There is a letter missing... All over the paper... We quickly contacted supplier by text. Al they said omg, factory made a mistake. No refunds or discounts have been offered. I could not submit claim on aliexpress as goods already received. Mentioned that going to lodge a complain, but no reply from supplier, neither email or text. Went to aliexpress again and checked that wallpaper again, about 10 supplies who sell it and all of it with misspelling. I sent messages to them, nobody could not understand what I am saying or what do I want. No english at all. One of them even offered the wallpaper to buy. I said I dont want to buy wallpaper with misspellings. Paid us dollars for wallpaper with misspelling. No contact from supplier, no refund. Now have no idea what to do. We even didnt think to check wallpaper before putting it on the wall... What a surprise we got. But that wallpaper is still on aliexpress.com - they still sell it..

If your payment cannot be passed by aliexpress, the reason is your account is not safe enough. If you cannot order directly through aliepxress, you can pay via paypal.
While aliexpress donot like to use paypal. Cuz they need get the commission from seller's any order. If via paypal, they cannot get commission any more.
Everywhere have honest and dishonest people. As customers complain there are cheater sellers, sellers also complain there are too many buyer cheaters.

I purchased digital temperature controller made by sinotimer.com from aliexpress store name yueqing xinyang automation equipment co., ltd. item costed me $39.58 and I need the product on urgent basis so I paid extra $14.23 shipping charges via fedex. that seller updated an old chain post air mail tracking number rc041676285cn and when I tracked it showed me shipping address of another country shipped in the month of may, 2014. that was funny since I purchased in july. anyhow, I tried to contact seller but hardly got any responose to contact william lee from sinotimer at email id william. [protected]@sinotimer.com which I did and to my shock he too didn't replied positively. two times I request aliexpress support desk to escalate my issue to higher authority which was not in their protocol but they registered the complaint. now its been 3 month and still not received the material. attaching a picture which confirms payment done for fedex and many request for getting product.
All I wish that aliexpress owned by alibaba should take strict action so that other loyal seller not supper.

I filed a dispute as one of my glasses broke. As seller didn't respond to the dispute on time, the system decided to refund me the amount I paid for the 2 glasses. This is the decision of Aliexpress. I decided to reorder from the seller but she said I will only get 1 glass if I reorder 2. She turned nasty when I insisted on getting 2.
I tried to explain, but seller resorted to continue with the name calling and insults, and eventually even told me to go to hell. "You poor you go to hell" is her exact words.
Seller could have accepted the issue. There is an option to, and it is reasonable since it's due to her negligence that my goods to got damaged. If she did, Aliexpress would not have interfered. Aliexpress decided on her behalf as she did not respond. And it's decision is out of my control.
It is her own failure to respond that I got refunded for 2 glasses. I feel she is trying to coerce me to "return" half of the refund to her, by making me pay for 2 glass while getting only 1 if I reordered. I'm glad I didn't. Such behaviour is uncalled for.
She left me a defamatory feedback to "caution" other sellers. I have filed an abuse report and waiting for it to process.
Once I saw I have gotten my refund, I should have ignored her repeated messages asking me if I'm still interested in the glass.
And I totally regretted my decision of wanting to reorder from her.
