My orders and disputes were closed without refund for products not received because of the failure of GFS EXPRESS. IF ones has to search on Google about this courier company then they will understand that many people have had similar experiences with GFS EXPRESS.
The issues all started when AliExpress started using GFS EXPRESS as a newly listed courier company to deliver the packages on behalf of AliExpress. Since then all packages were not delivered to my address even though other courier companies had delivered previously and currently. The excuse is that my location is outside their service location. Since then some of my orders has been refunded. My issues is that even after numerous complaints with the sellers about my experience and asked them to complain to AliExpress because it’s difficult to reach a live agent on the help center of AliExpress. AliExpress is not updating the tracking and follow up with the courier company. AliExpress and sellers ask me to contact the courier company to track the package and for them to provide me an official letter for non delivery and GFS express always refuses and directs me to track the packages on their tracking system. Even though I send screenshots of GFS EXPRESS tracking for my disputes that the packages are returned to warehouse of AliExpress , AliExpress should know exactly what is happening with the packages as they and their contracted courier company are he ones responsible for delivery and return if not delivered.
Other online retailing platforms protect the customers but not AliExpress.
Unfortunately due to my and hobbies I can only find the products I need at a good price on AliExpress and that always takes me to their platform. I always as the seller not to use GFS express and they assure me that they will contact with AliExpress and request other delivery services but AliExpress does their own things and my packages are not delivered. I am now continuously trying to get my money back since 2023.

Claimed loss: I wish to receive my money back as the amount is in excess of 500$ and this is a great cause for concern.
Desired outcome: I wish to receive refunds for packages I paid for and not received ad AliExpress needs to properly address this issue with GFS EXPRESS. The attachment are examples what i experienced
