Do not rent to Anchor of Milwaukee, Do not move to 609 North 31st Street, because Craig Z the apartment manager let bad things happen in that building, Craig Z rent to bad black tenants and let them move in, The apartment building is full of black thugs and bad people.Black Tenants urinate in the elevator and on the hallway floors, Black Tenants write on the hallway walls, and damage property.In Apt 206 black tenants Theora Brown and Julius Wiggins be causing a disturbance every night and every morning by stomping on the floor loud, Throwing stuff on the floor loud, Playing their loud while tenants be sleeping at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the morning, They be drinking beer and acting crazy at night and in the morning disturbing me in Apt 106 they lived right above me, I tell Craig Z about them, Craig Z only talks to them but he won't evict them! Theora threatened me in that apartment building and I called the police, The police arrived, I told the police what happened, The police talked to them and gave the police Craig's phone number, The police called Craig Z about the incident, Craig Z. told me don't call the police, Because if I call the police, I'm gonna be evicted.Craig Z. tells tenants if they call the police on anybody he will evict them from the building! If someone mess, harass, threaten and pick on you, You have the right to call the police! Craig Z. be drinking and be having an attitude problem with tenants when he moved to Apt 104 in that apartment building!
I moved out of that building on my own in April 2014 because of Theora, Julius, Craig Z and Richard A.Weller, Criag Z was trying to make me stay in that apartment building to continue to let this stuff happen to me, I told him that's it, I'm moving out of this apartment building.Please do not move into that apartment building!
