Allied Wallet balance amount, login suspension and transfer of money (payouts)

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Mudassar Ali Director of Practice Test Software OU Situated in Tallinn Estonia. I am E-Resident of Estonia and Living in UK London.
I have Merchant account with AlliedWallet.
From June 2019 I am sending emails regarding my company money, balance amount, Payout. But no one bother about it and many employees of AlliedWallet has blocked my official email address.
I am in a great tension. In the last payout Alliedwallet transferred the money into my company previous (closed) account with Holvi and I paid about 200 Euros to Holvi to get back that money whereas I requested the AlliedWallet to transfer the money in Trustcom Financial UAB company account, but they did not bother it and I did not covered my loss from AlliedWallet till today.
Now AlliedWallet has held my money which is more than 1000 US Dollars and they are not going to release my money. AlliedWallet has suspended my login account and I am unable to see any transaction and unable to see the balance amount. This company is making fraud with innocent customers like me. Please stop this company for making such frauds and pay me my whole amount and cover my loss.
Many thanks.

Note: AlliedWallet is providing gateway processing/ E commerce and Merchant account to the companies.

Regards,

Mudassar Ali

Allied Wallet commissions not accessible

Client number is [protected]
I receive a card from Allied Wallet with no name on it.
My commission was on it and was able to access but could not withdraw as the card was suspended.
There are 8 of us in Australia that receive also the same card with commissions and was suspended.
I emailed them 5x and they said they are working on the problem.
The last time they said they would fix it before Christmas.
I never heard from them.
It is appalling and they might have taken our well earned money.
They need to be shut down or get charged.

Jeanne

Allied Wallet Payment gateway scam

We started processing with alliedwallet.com on 1st of May and our accounts manager is Trever W. Lakes and the Transaction Support gut was Moe Diab.
We had sales of $8200 in 18 days.
they were suppoed to pay for the settlement on 17th Of May.
But they didn't pay saying it wasn't enough for settlements.
Then we were said they would pay on 25th May.Nothing paid..This time they said no regular transactions were made.
but we already had $8200 to be paid and they said no regular transactions.
When I contacted Trevor, he said he had no clue(see image attached.)
Moe did not want to give the money or would not do refund.
Then once one month passed for every transaction they charged the customers again without our/customer's authentication, the *****Transactions were NOT Recurring payments****But they managed to charge the payment.

We were then terminated stating we would get the funds after 540 Days which doesnot make sense as their refund policy says 6 months once the account blocked!

If someone is looking for payment gateway ***Please dont use this gateway company****.
Good Luck

I processed with these guys in 2016.
I lasted about 2 weeks.
The first pay out was way under but I bit my lip and actually believed this company like a fool.

They decided to not pay out after this and didn’t even contact me. I had to constantly email Mo diab. Eventually I had to make third party complaints which forced Mo to reply to me. They decided to say they believed I was fraud related as it’s “something they heard”
I started well. I made 18k in my first 2 weeks and had 3 CBS which in start up business terms, is exceptional.
Eventually after months they had been put on the spot and found out, they were forced to release my payment.
I left allied wallet instantly. I can’t believe they are actually still active and not shut down. The bank they work with is either oblivious or needs investigating too.

I advise anyone, for the sake of their hard earned money, please go elsewhere. PayPal, paydoo, instabill. All reputable big GENUINE companies.

Don’t complain if you ignore all these threads and still choose to put your money in allied wallets account!

This company is nothing more than bunch of thieves.
I turned over 5k in about 1 month.
Allied wallet paid me 2 times for a total of 2k.
Then then terminated my account and held my money. After 180 days they ignored my emails for months. Then eventually they sent me a offer saying my account balance was negative. They charged me over 1k in processing fees even after my account was terminated.
Ottom line is that they have stolen almost 3k form me.

Please don't get involved with this company as you will no doubt eventually lose your money.

Trevor Lake is unprofessional and a cheat. Allied wallet screwed me over for $1500 and they terminated my account after I tried for a year to get my money back. To this day they still have my money and ignoring all my emails.

Hello allow me to introduce myself as Trevor Lakes,
That is my real name and you are not using your real name nor do i know who you are, however I do know that if you process only one thousand dollars or 8 thousand and get charge backs and stop processing you will not only be put on hold with any bank but you will also be closed.
I work very hard to communicate with all my clients and do business in a fashion that can be mutually agreeable to any bank and merchant however slandering the names of good people without even using your own is not only deceitful but a lie and I want to say to anyone reading this:
My Skype ID is TrevorL15 and I will set you up with a merchant account and please do not believe such online slander.
Checkout my LinkedIn where I have 2 pages worth of positive client reviews from real merchants small and large volume.

Allied Wallet unauthorized charges

I went to the Stemologique website for 'trial' skin care products. Having gotten burned once before by a company that said it did not have 'free' trials and that I was supposed to cancel within x amount of days, I carefully went over the website to be sure that there was nothing stating that I had to cancel. After careful study, I went ahead and ordered the 'free' trial.

Upon later review, on my July statement I found a 'free' trial fee for $5.95 under the name of Allied Wallet along with two more charges on the same day for $99.95 and $99.97 (July 28); I also found 3 charges for $1.95 also on July 28 for Stemologique. At first I didn't realize that they were both the same company until I noticed that their phone numbers are the same.

I'm writing to you before I again write to the BBB (as at that time I didn't realize these were the same company).

Allied Wallet Credit card scam

One thing I have not seen being mentioned about Allied Wallet is the following two serious offences:
Allied Wallet accept subscription from fake merchants who either sale no products at all or sale fake products that never works; you won't find out until you buy. I bought products from cellspynow, who accepts payments ONLY through Allied Wallet. Cellspynow software never works and the company is non-existent. Yet, Allied Wallet continue as their receiving agents. This is one.
Allied Wallet is doing something that is so dubiously unusual, at least, I don't know any other financial agents doing the same thing. Allied Wallet would insist on collecting the amount of the item you bought twice. The first will be paid to the Merchants and the second will be kept in your ALLIED WALLET ACCOUNT !. Unless you will revoke your order, this transaction must take place. So you get double debits in your credit card account for one item. The thievery here is that Allied Wallet will never refund your money that they say is kept in your allied wallet account. I have been through these twice and I will never buy anything again that I have to pay through allied wallet.
Something has to be done, and now. Some thieves are getting richer by the day hiding behind some regulations that stripes them of wrong doing.

Joining Allied Wallet in 2013 was a costly $5000 mistake.

With AlliedWallet you are guaranteed the following:

1) Loss of funds
2) Zero customer support
3) Unprofessional service
4) Become another foolish victim

I have experienced all 4.

My payouts suddenly stopped in August 2015 without any prior notice.

Receiving a response from AlliedWallet "customer support" has been virtually impossible, you have more chance of Leicester City football club winning the premier league.
The very brief and unhelpful reply from "customer support" stated my account was on hold due to low volume. In order for the funds to be released (approx $5000) volume should be increased.

Now, no one in their right minds would trust a tinpot company with more cash $$$?

Here is a little about my account:

I have zero charge backs
I have zero customer complaints
I have been in business 8+ years
My industry is mid-risk
Process approx $750/month via AlliedWallet

Let's be clear:

I was never never never informed of any account issues
$5000+ is sitting in my account (not including rolling reserve)
My AlliedWallet merchant account is fully functional
My AlliedWallet account panel states "Active"
I've been polite in all email correspondence (I might as well improve my odds of a reply)
To this day I've received only 1x brief email from "customer support"

Fortunately for me, scam merchants AlliedWallet was never my 1st choice provider, simply a backup solution.

If you are looking to lose money and potentially ruin your livelihood, go ahead sign-up fool !

Just had a terrible experience with Allied wallet. they told me my application for merchant was approved. later they send me a list of things that needs to be done on my online site, one of the things was registering and EU Corporation and they charged me 350$ for that. When all was done and ready for activation, they then send me another list saying its from compliance, the list included me obtaining a USA number even though I am based in South Africa and also that I was charging m items too much I should discount my clothes by 50%.

I started having doubts and well I went ahead did all that couple of days they then cam back to me saying their supporting bank is declines my application and they cannot support my line of business.

What makes me angry is that why did they waste my time all along knowing that they will never activate my account and also why did they accept payment from me to register the EU if they knew all this was going to happen. Allied wallet is a scam. they scam customers and scam business that wants to use them as payment gateway. I am pissed and irritated.

Please do not ever consider to use, useless set of people.

Allied Wallet After giving $29.99, they gave no service and page kept timing out, sometimes page could not be found

they charged my credit card $29.99 on 10/8/10 for a month membership fee as an entry to an online pharmacy. after they immediately charged card, they offered no info, links, or such online pharmacy option. I simply want my money returned, and then I shall never use them again.

Allied Wallet Unauthorized deduction from my account

While I was looking into a web site about doing data entry from home, I provided by credit card number to authorize the deduction of $1.97 for the company (I thought it was Google) to send me information. Further into the application I see they want to send me a InternetBizKit at the cost of $79.90. At that point I decided to not go any further and I exited the site.

Today I receive an email for the first time thanking me for purchasing the BizKit. Called my credit card company and learned they have been deducting this about every month for since August, 2009.

I've sent them a message to cancell this transaction and to issue refund; however, they are not open today. Credit card company advised I call on Monday. They can only stop any charges that transpire after I have officially advised them to cancel the transaction.

This is a mess and I as a consumer have little leverage to stop this abuse and scam.

I was looking at an American company with a view to starting in the trading market and it all seemed very good, so I signed up for a free trial and was told that I would receive an email or a phone call to help me set up an account. 10 minutes later i received a phone call from a mr Richard baker who proceed to give me all the details and passed me on to the financial department to set up an account, i was then passed back to mr baker and he told me to expect a call from him the next morning to finalize the deal. After about 20 minutes i got a text message from the fraud department of my bank informing me that someone had tried to withdraw 240 dollars from my account which they told me equates to just over £183, i then tried calling mr baker on the number he called me from and the number was not recognized. It was my own fault for giving my bank details but it sounded quite plausible, the fraud department informed me that they had received a few complaints about this mob, so beware people, ALLIED WALLETS LTD, possibly operating out of guernsey and attached to the TESLER GROUP OF AMERICA. I never thought i would fall for a scam like this, but I did and nearly got burned. Stay safe people. The phone number i was called from was [protected].

Allied Wallet Money taken from my account

I got an email to my Hotmail account saying that

"Thank you for your recent purchase

Amount 79.90USD
They had the last 4 digits of my VISA Card right.
And my bank can see the transatcion made frmo my account.

I never buy anything online so this got me very concerned.

I have no clue how they got my details.

If you ever receive anything from Allied Wallet it is probably a scam and they have your details and money will be taken from your account.

I called my bank right away and got my card cancelled.

I was told because I had bought trial pills and I never call them that I wont need it anymore. So basically if you do not call them the money will be taken from your account automatically which is really ripped off for me.
