I have money still on this app. Funny how it’s been in maintenance for over a day now. Now telling me to update new version. Uh, I’ve tried a millions times and NOTHING! Help
Deceptive Fees, Zero Support
Don’t be fooled by the “Zero Admin Fee” when sending. If you click the red question mark, it reveals that there is a couple of service fees with different names that total 4% off the transaction. As a matter of fact, you’re charged 4% to load your wallet, 4% to send money and another 4% to withdraw money. It may not seem like a lot but these fees as up fast. On top of that, I submitted a support ticket over two weeks ago asking for clarification on the fees and it has gone unanswered. A friend has a ticket that’s been opened for over 3 weeks with no response. Simply put, avoid this app.

Stole my money and no response
Set up account back in April this year, seemed legit. Sucks now have all my information. But got my account linked, used it for couple transactions. Had $350-$450 in acct. Then couldn't log in any more when they said they were getting and update... then tried to log in page tries to load and nothing.. all apps got deleted from Apple and Google play.. contacted them through email support no reply... now guess what website no longer exists... scamming pieces of crap...
Claimed loss: 350-450$
Desired outcome: Would just want my money deposited into my bank account that you stole.
ALS Money Transfer
I signed up with ALS on May 3rd. I transferred an initial deposit on the 8th which completed on the 9th of May according to Emails. Once it was completed the system locked me out and would not send any 2FA verifications to my phone or email to allow me to login and transfer funds or withdraw funds. I gave it a few days then tried to contact via telephone, which their mailbox stated was full. I then tried via email to [protected]@alstransfer.com and [protected]@alstransfer.com which were all ignored. The company released a statement about locking people from their accounts due to some internal audit and packed up shop to scam all funds from customers. I simply want my money back and these guys arrested for fraud.
