The director of Always Hope, Ann Marie Hutchison, is a liar and a thief. She stole property and money from Last Chance Rescue.Animals fostered by her disappeared. She claimed they were adopted, but the names and addresses on the adoption contracts were fake. She left euthanasia medication in Petsmart store, and the store said she would have to go or we would be thown out. She spread all sorts of lies about us and was trying to get our group shut down by reporting false information to animal control and the department of agriculture. She then formed Always Hope. And got thrown out of PetX store for again leaving euthanasia medication and syringes there in the store. She then stole materials from Target Marketing, and spread lies about them. he court case is a matter of public record for anyone to see. If you want to know the truth about Ann Marie Hutchison and Always Hope, go to the court house and read the court case 10-25701CZ.

Whoever wrote this post is out of their mind. I have dealt with both Last Chance & Always Hope and found them to be nothing but honest straight-forward people - showing the highest levels of care and concern for their animals.
A quick review of the cited cases shows nothing but the complaint of a bitter plantiff, poorly written legal briefs by her attorney, and the profile of a bitter, bitter person. We should all be grateful there are people like Anne Marie in the world and organizations like Last Chance and Always Hope.

This complaint is an outright lie. I have been acquainted with Last Chance and Always Hope, and the events referenced above NEVER occurred. There was a court case, yes, but the "fault" was not with Always Hope, it was with Target Marketing, who wrote their services off as a tax deductible charitable donation then presented Always Hope with a bill. Target Marketing has been behind a smear campaign against Always Hope, and any complaints need to be carefully examined for their source. This complaint is completely spurious. Always Hope is an honorable group and Anne Marie is a contientious individual who would never do the things she is accused of doing here. NEVER. I know people who have adopted animals from Always Hope. The animals have not "disappeared". There is no euthanasia medication, and no syringes. If animals need to be euthanized, Always Hope takes them to a veterinarian. This is NOT their first choice. They are in existence to save lives, not to take them. They are losing money all the time - to say that they are stealing money, or stealing anything at all, is laughable in the extreme.

As the director of Always Hope Animal Rescue (AHAR), I take great offense to the malicious and blatantly false accusations made in the above complaint. None of the allegations stated have any basis in truth. AHAR does not possess any euthanasia drugs-to do so would be illegal. Such drugs can only be administered by a veterinary professional.
AHAR is a volunteer and foster based rescue. We work incredibly hard to serve our community and the animals we foster. Forums such as this, while they can be valuable, offer spiteful people a way to spread lies anonymously. The venomous accusations made above, if they were to be published with the writer’s name, would be a case for libel.
Given my choice, I would much prefer not to have to respond to these sorts of fallacies. The unfortunate fact is that, in the absence of a truthful response, readers will grant credence to postings from vengeful people such as the person that made these allegations. -Ann Marie Hutchison
