Amazon A to Z review: Amazon dw14 warehouse

As it stands although Amazon's third party claims adjuster "Sedgwick" the entity contracted by American Zurich Insurance Company, on behalf of Amazon

As well my workers Compensation claims examiner, David Meyer my claim was approved.

Inadvertently I was being given false and misleading information by Sedgwick concerning my medical expenses moreover uploading medical documents and the required paperwork that I was directed to upload through the my Sedgwick portal it came to know surprise that the frivalas documents were accepted and the required more important documents were were not and they were attempted in every format 8 times .

In reviewing the claims and comparing them to what was billed the workers Compensation on my chart and what Primara Actually handled it was clear that Sedgwick stands by the reputation that they have earned.

I certainly will not pay for the co-pays or medical expenses which means at the very least I will have to request a video visit appointment with my orthopedic surgeon and hopefully I will have some insight on my ability to and when I can return to work.

In regards to Sedgwick as well as my shortage on my disability payments which is common practices

I have inquired about these short comings and common practices through my own advisors and hopefully it all works out for myself and or the other parties handling my disability and compensation claims I will keep Amazon up to on my appointment .and work return.
