Do not, I mean DO NOT, work with this company. I have completed two campaigns with them and have yet to be paid for either, and it's been months. I have reached out to other creators who have had the same experience. My emails go unanswered for weeks. The only emails I have received tell me my payment is in the queue, they ask for my Venmo, and then disappear. I have reached out to the brands I worked with through this "company" in hopes of finding a resolution, but nothing. I came here to read after being told by another creator, and I'm appalled at their responses. Unprofessional and a total scam.

I've completed three tasks, and I refused to do the last one until I received payment for the first one. It was a real hassle to finish because their website had a glitch. I wouldn't recommend working with this "company." Every time I ask for a specific payment date, they just say "it's in process." I'm expecting over $700, and still nothing. Meanwhile, I have Amazon products that have passed the return date. I'm really dissatisfied, and I'm hoping I'll get paid. Those five-star reviews here are probably just made up by their "employees."

When I first joined AmbassadHer for marketing, things were going pretty well. I was completing tasks and getting paid on time, which was great. But lately, things have taken a turn for the worse. I've stopped accepting many of the so-called "opportunities" because I realized I wasn't getting paid as promised. One particular task I completed was promoting the "HIGH-DRATION Electrolytes Powder by HigherDOSE" in February. It's now May 13, and despite reaching out three times, I still haven't received any payment. The customer service agent, Elle, keeps saying that I've been marked as complete, but there's no update on when I'll actually get paid. It's frustrating, and I'm starting to think that a lawsuit might be the only way to resolve this.

Don't bother with this company, it's a real headache. The staff and their communication skills are terrible. They either don't have enough people or have no idea how to run a business. They post on Instagram a few times a day, but only get 10-25 likes per post, even though they have 11K followers. It's obvious they bought their followers. They're all over social media, but take forever to respond to emails. And let me tell you, you end up buying expensive products that take over a month to get reimbursed for. Sometimes Amazon even deletes your reviews because the products are flagged for illegal review activity. I spent $243 on products that I tested, and now I have to return them to Amazon because I'm afraid I won't get reimbursed since my reviews got removed. The company tells you not to contact the brands directly, but I don't see why that should be a problem. Especially when they don't pay you on time or at all. There are plenty of other platforms that are more reliable. You can get products without paying anything upfront, and if your review gets removed, you still get to keep the product for free. I recommend using AspireIQ & Maverick for real brand deals and collaborations. Trust me, you're better off.

I joined AmbassadHer last year. I was an all-access member, and regularly applied to and received opportunities. However, I wasn't paid for my last campaign (which I completed more than two months ago), and when I reached out to support, the campaign was deleted from my account and the technician couldn't "find" it even though I had emails to prove I had been selected, made the purchase, and submitted all of my activity.
In theory, this platform is great. In reality, it has all the pains of a startup slow response times (if any at all), slow payout times, and overall disorganization.
If you're selected for a campaign, and you submit all of your activity it can take their team weeks (in some cases a month or longer) to review your activity so you're approved to either leave a review on *** for the company or do a social media post. This is REQUIRED in order to get paid...so basically you're just waiting and waiting to take the next steps, and if you take the next steps before the team reviews your submission, you won't get paid.
Then it can take even longer to get paid and considering 99% of the opportunities require you to pay upfront for the products, long payout periods aren't ideal.
When I first started the platform, I recommended it to others. But, having spent 6+ months on the platform I can no longer recommend people use this platform. It's unacceptable to expect people to do all of the work upfront (apply to campaigns, order the products, submit feedback, post on social media, leave a good review) and then not pay them in a timely manner.

I've been trying to cancel my membership many times, but the option on the site ain't working. It just keeps going back to the cancel option. I've sent lots of emails and tried chatting with a rep, but no one's gotten back to me. They say you can cancel anytime, but I haven't been able to.

I sent in the campaigns weeks ago and they only just marked them as done, but now they're saying it'll take another 10-15 days for the payment. I sent everything in over a month ago and still no payment. Seriously, you're better off with *** 'cause they pay you right away or as soon as you show 'em the proof of purchase/review. I told 'em I can't do any more campaigns until I get paid.

Despite both being marked complete over a month ago and a promise of payment within 15-20 days post-completion, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I've provided my payment details through Stripe and PayPal as requested.

Every page on that site works for me except ironically the membership page, it crashes every time. They wouldn't answer me about any question except canceling membership questions. They completely ignore me, don't want to refund, and keep taking payments. I've contacted them through email and other social media platforms. I've been blocked from Facebook and their Instagram page, or maybe they deleted those pages. I just want this to end and I want a refund for the past year. Cancel and delete my profile please. That's very unethical of you.

Even though I was just a basic member, they still keep trying to take my money. They don't even have an option on their website to cancel the basic membership. I really don't want to do business with these folks. I don't want my information on their platform. It's all very shady and unethical. They should be required to let people cancel any kind of membership and remove them from the platform. I've unsubscribed from their emails, but I still keep getting them. I've sent them emails asking them to stop trying to take my money, but they haven't responded and they keep trying. I've also asked them to delete my information and cancel the basic membership, but still no response. I don't keep any money in that account anymore because I don't want these people to get a single cent they don't deserve.

I've paid for all of these items upfront. I've taken the time to post, and you and brands have shared my content, but I haven't been compensated. I'm practically begging to be paid. This is not acceptable at all! I've sent countless emails and chats, and they've asked me three times to provide my *** for payment, but I never received it. Last time, they said they were waiting for a manager. I've provided a service for you, and at this point, it feels like you've stolen my content.

I'm having some issues with AmbassadHer. They haven't paid me the money they owe me and they keep changing the payout amounts after I finish a campaign. They're not responding to my emails either. It's really frustrating because I've sent them so many emails and they only reply to one. They owe me $*** now and this problem started on March 15. On top of not paying me, they're also manipulating the campaign overviews to decrease the payout total. I have screenshots of the original overviews and the manipulated ones. This isn't the first time I've had problems with them either. They've asked me to do extra campaigns that weren't originally listed, which seemed suspicious. Now they're completely ignoring me and not sending all the money they owe me. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times but they just don't seem to care. I even threatened to report them to ComplaintsBoard.com but that didn't make a difference. I've talked to other influencers who have had the same problem, so it seems like I'm not the only one. All I want is to get my money back.

So, I reached out to customer service for help. I had to ask multiple times and wait for days to get a response. Finally, they confirmed the amounts owed to me, but all they said was that they had been paid. I told them that I checked my Stripe account and couldn't find those payments. I asked for help to figure out which account they were sent to. Then, they ignored me for over 2 weeks. The only response I got was basically, "We already said you've been paid." It wasn't helpful and didn't address my previous emails. So, I explained again that I needed help finding my payments. But I never heard from them again. I decided to cancel my membership and haven't done any more offers since. They owe me over $100, and I just want help to locate the account where they said the payment was sent. They haven't been willing to assist me or make sure I received my payments. I'm really disappointed. I should have checked for other reviews before participating because I'm seeing too many other complaints.

I finished a 3rd campaign on May 9th, and I should get $*** within 14 days after completing it. On May 1st, I asked when I would be paid. On May 20th, I sent another email to ***. On May 22nd, I sent a third email. No one has replied to any of my emails. On May 22nd, I checked their Instagram page and saw that they've been posting. So, I left a comment to see if I could get a response there. Despite someone posting on the page, no one replied to my comment. I want to be paid $*** in total to my PayPal account for the campaigns I did, as promised.

But as time went on, it got harder to get paid on time. They also stopped responding to emails. I had to send like 3-6 emails just to get a response. And even when they did respond, there was no resolution. They always said they needed to check things, so I had to send more emails to get answers. I practically had to beg to get paid. I'm still waitin' on payment for 2 campaigns. I've sent several emails and got no response at all. I want what's owed to me. And I want a refund for the membership fee they just took from my *** because I ended my membership and won't be workin' with them anymore. They promised a refund if we weren't selected for a campaign that month, and since I won't be workin' with them, I won't be gettin' any more campaigns. So I want my money back. They owe me *** for the *** coffee campaign and *** for the *** campaign. Plus the *** membership fee, makin' it a total of ***. I gave 'em plenty of time to pay me and even threatened to report 'em, but they still haven't responded. I got friends who have the same issues with 'em. All I wanted was a timely response and to get paid like they promised. They sent an email with a new payment policy months ago, sayin' we'd get paid within a week of a campaign bein' marked complete. I canceled my account in early 2020. They started charging me again in December . They won't respond to my emails or social messages. I opened my account in June. It's a monthly fee of ***. I had problems not long after. My first email was on 7/30 about not getting paid for my social posts. I had a contract for these. On 10/27, I emailed again about not getting paid for posts, some from months ago. On January 9, I contacted the co-founder/CEO *** because of non-payments and issues with no support responses. On August 13, I had my last contact with a response from the company. I hadn't been paid for a post for a ***. I finally had enough and asked them to cancel my account and not contact me anymore. They confirmed my account closure. This month, March , *** noticed a fraudulent charge on my debit card. There was also a charge for ***, a *** account fee. We reviewed my account and saw that in December , they started charging me a monthly fee. I tried to access the site, but I had canceled my account in August and couldn't. On March 4, I emailed *** with the previous email I had on file. The email got rejected. Then I emailed the support email. No responses came. On March 15th, I went back to their website to find contact info, but I couldn't contact them since I wasn't a member. Today, March 23rd, I contacted them through their *** social media account and didn't get a response. I don't have an account, and I haven't had any contact with them before this incident or since August . Even though the charges may not be much, I want my money refunded and to stop being charged for an inactive account. They charged me in December , January , February , and March .
