American Swiss review: Bad customer service & wedding ring poor quality

My husband bought me a ring 28 Sep 2019 at Clearwater mall. Then 4 month's later one of my ring stone fell out, so I went to Westgate mall to ask for help but instead the service I got from Palesa & this other lady was very very out of hand. They told me that the time I was thinking of buying I didn't think of westgate but when I have a problem im thinking of them. That didnt seat well with me especially because I didn't expect that knind of bad service after a good service ive got from Lindi in Clearwater, I regretted going to Westgate not to mentioned the poor quality of a ring that didn't even last 6 months.
