Roofing job
We had Ameripro contractors put a new roof on our house and garage. About a month later I started hearing squirrels in my ceiling running around! Wasn't sure how they was getting in so we had a company come that removes them. As he was looking for how he found where our siding was cut away from our roof where our bay window was! He said it looked like the roofers cut the siding so they could put the fascia on, and left a place where the squirrels managed to chew thru! And now we have a family of them coming and going in our ceiling above our living room! They turned it over to their insurance company which are supposed to be working on it! When I call to talk to them they never answer goes straight to voice-mail! Its been 2 weeks now! This is ridiculous! Wouldn't recommend this company!
Got a call from Ameripro wanting to fix the siding but we have to pay for it! An additional $1700. Absolutely not going to happen, if they do it free fine but we are not paying $1700 for something that should of been fixed before they left! If there was a problem they should of said something to us before they left! Ameripro should go check the work they do after it's finished! Unless it's free we don't want them doing anything!

American Dream Home, now Ameripro, solicited me as I was working in my yard regarding hail damage claims in my area. I thought no harm in letting the guy on my roof. He came down with alleged pictures/video of my roof and was pushing me to let one of their associates work with my insurance company to get a claim. I advised I would contact insurance company myself. He then asked for more personal information from me and I told him I had his information if I decided to contact the company. He got pretty upset with me and walked off, leaving his notebook in the yard. I opened it up and inside it was a script and instructions on how to proceed with customers. Mind you, it had been over a year since we had a hail storm in the area. If I could attach a file here, I would share the script he read from. Very insulting, pushy and rude. While he was on the roof, I was on my computer looking up reviews and knew this isn't someone I want to deal with. Tried to take advantage. I'd leave no stars if that was an option.

was very professional and timely in answering any questions I had. *** helped execute my vision for our new siding. Their crew that installed the siding and gutters did an amazing job and kept the job site very clean. Our house was transformed by the amazing job they did and we have gotten so many compliments. Start to finish the entire job exceeded my expectations. I recommend *** and AmeriPro as they were amazing to work with and did a fantastic job on our new siding and gutters.
Im not sure I can adequately convey how fantastic AmeriPro was to deal with and the great job they did on my roof! I get overwhelmed if I have to deal with big decisions and *** was not only patient with my questions I was never made to feel as though I had asked a stupid question. I had planned on only getting 3 estimates but ended up with 5. Out the 5 estimates 4 never mentioned to me that I had visible storm damage on my garage and house. When I expressed my concern that dealing with an insurance claim would be a hassle *** told me that AmeriPro had a team that would handle that so I didnt have to. Every single team kept me informed of how things were progressing and I can honestly say that when it comes to customer service *** has amazing people in place from beginning to end! I cant recommend them enough!
Everyone was so nice and great to work with. I so much appreciate the time that was put into working with my insurance company to get the siding approved. The crew was great and went above and beyond with the installation and clean up. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you all for your hard work!

I went through the process, ended up with getting half of the roof paid for by insurance. This process went fine, no complaints. However, the work they did was the problem. The roof looks good, they completed in a day, however, they damaged my wood trim during installation. In talking to the representative, he promised he would file a claim and it would be taken care of under their warranty. He was quick to take the remaining money for my project, with a promise he would be in touch. Well, here I am a few months later, he won't return my calls, leaving me in the wind. Any company that won't hold their word in repairing the damage they did, after a promise to, isn't worth your time. The guys will tell you everything you want to hear, will harp on you to collect their money, then leave you out to dry. *** is the representative I dealt with. I would run for the hills in the event he knocks on your door.
I would highly recommend using AmeriPro Roofing for roof and gutter replacements. *** was great to work with as she is knowledgeable and responded quickly to questions. They used quality products, and the installation was done quickly and professionally. Better experience than I ever expected!

In the first 5 minutes of their arrival they broke a yard ornament backing in to start with then used my flower bed pavers to hold down their tarps. They have also managed to break 3 more little solar light figurines. Are using an $80 owl birdbath as a weight to hold down their tarp. Another 2 piece glass birdbath has been thrown ( my grandson watched it happen) into the middle of my yard. Currently tarps are on top of 10 other figurines and 2 little wooden people given as a present from people who are no longer alive are missing and 2 of the 8 wind chimes have had pieces broken. And this is just the tearoff crew. And while typing they just damaged my brand new central air unit. I would not allow them to walk my dead dog. And my wife has attempted to contact the rep 3 times and gets sent to voicemail. And they quoted me $[protected] but when the insurance said $6100 all of the sudden that became the price. I advise using *** The Wino before this joke of an outfit. One more thing gets damaged or broken and they can take me to court for their payment
We had absolutely the best experience with Ameripro! From my first contact with ***, everything was seamless and no hassle. The crew that came to the house for installation were so professional. There was no mess when they left and our house looked incredible! Highly recommend Ameripro!
We had a great experience with Ameripro. They replaced our siding after wind damage. *** was our first point of contact and she was always quick to get back with us. Ameripro worked with the insurance seamlessly. The siding work was done well and in a timely fashion. We did not get the notice the day they were coming, but that wasnt a huge deal. I would recommend this company!
I would not recommend this company for any work to be done! They came out to install my roof, promised that the patio and gutters were included in the quote as well as 196 square feet of roofing for the patio. After completing the main roof, they never replaced any of the gutter downspouts that were approved by the insurance company. They never replaced the patio roof either, and then gave a runaround about how it was not approved by insurance in a different bid. I contacted *** and they never received any other such bid. On top of all of this, their roofer placed a tarp over my downspout going out to my backyard and crushed it. I know because I saw him do it and then pick up the roofing nails around it upon completion. Afterwards we received rainfall that flooded that area of my basement damaging drywall, carpet, paint, and baseboards. I contacted ameripro to discuss the matter, and sent pics, but they gave a runaround about how they sent someone out who cleaned up my gutters of leaves and debris, and said that my window *** were rusted out and damaged, and even sent a pic of a window well. The problem is that the rusted out window well is located in the front yard, not where the damage was in the backyard. I had an independent home inspector come and inspect the work that was done. I am awaiting the results. Afterwards they constantly called and texted and emailed me over the need for final payment, which was less than the money spent to repair the basement due to their contractors negligence. They showed no desire to compensate or finish the patio roof and downspouts, yet they had the *** to file a lien on my property over this. They are located in *** and have no clue what any of their hired subcontractors due in ***. This company seems to take advantage of people. They refuse to take responsibility for damages to their customers property. I would not recommend them to anyone. Very unprofessional and dishonest!

Shingles on new roof blowing off during minor storms. No other neighbors have damage. They needed to return twice in 3 months to repair. There have been at least 5 different areas of the roof that need repair. Ask for soffit and fascia for the 2nd story of the house and they did fascia for upper and lower and nothing for the soffit. The fascia work is so poor quality they completely removed the first round of work and attempted again. They have returned 4x and the fascia is still coming apart, rippled and dented throughout. I should have known better to pay in full prior to the service. They refuse a refund on fascia work which at this point must be taken down and completed by another company. The workers left trash (soda bottles, wrappers, cigarette butts) in the yard, 100s of nails and debris. I was told I could recycle the old aluminum siding for scrape but when I returned they had taken it within them. They left all the other debris for a week in the front lawn. Communication was awful. Deliveries showed up with material without notice and dumped in the front lawn. Workers would show without notice and begin work at 7am Saturdays and Sundays.

Ameripro fought a long battle with us through State Farm's shenanigans trying to deny our claim. The roofing crew was great & did a nice job cleaning up when they were done. I could care less that they all spoke Spanish except for the *** because they were such amazing workers. It started raining on the 3rd day & those guys busted their butts to get the job done that day & worked through the rain.
I had a great experience. I had other contractors approach me about storm damage with my siding and once they found that the insurance was denied, I never heard from those contractors again. Ameripro approached me a few months later and I said good luck. I had hail damage to my siding and it made the house look terrible. Our representative from Ameripro explained every step in the process and what to expect. He negotiated with the insurance company on my behalf. He never gave me false hope. He just gave me the facts as they presented themselves. Once the job was approved and the siding arrived, the crew was here the same day and finished the job in 2 days. The crew was very friendly and was able to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up afterwards leaving me very happy with the job. With all the moving parts to a big job like this, I was very happy with the communication between our representative and the corporate office keeping me in the loop.
10 out of 10 service! I would recommend Ameripro roofing to anyone needing a new roof and especially those who don't like dealing with the insurance part of it. My agent ***, was very respectful and answered any questions I had. Instalation was great, they dropped off the parts and the next day I had a new roof. Clean up was excellent, didn't even notice they were there.

Later on after we had already patched the leaking area out of pocket *** from Ameripro had stopped by the house stating that he could see it was damaged from the street. At first I was nervous having it looked at as I didn't want our new insurance to drop us as well. *** told me something that I didn't know that we actually had 2 years to appeal State Farms decision and that if we would agree that they would do the work if it was approved that he would get the case reopened and take care of things with the insurance company. Not once did I have to deal with anyone from State Farm and a new roof was now approved. Our new insurance was not contacted at all except for after the new roof was installed to let them know that we had a new roof. Work was done quick and they were willing to postpone when they wanted to do it as I wanted to be able to be around when the work was being done. There were some issues with shrubs being killed but great to have a new roof and not to have to deal with the insurance company.

I was hesitant on going with ADHI because of reviews I have read. The area supervisor assured me that the bad stuff was from the guy who had his position before him and that he would not let that happen to me. We decided to go with them. The work was done in one day and the overall job was good. The only reason they got 2 stars. After they left, I noticed a piece PD of metal sticking up on a corner. The area manager told me it was a piece of the old drip guard. There was another spot in front that the drip guard wasn't trimmed for the gutter nail spo now there is a lump in my roofline. This was done in August . Many calls were made to the area supervisor to get those things resolved. He then kicked me over to another guy who wanted pictures so he can tell his crew what to fix. No response after sending pictures and then the area manager quit answering my calls. At Christmas, I was hanging lights and noticed that there workers put their trash in my gutters and put the gutter guard on with trash inside. Still no response from the company. Now they changed their name to Ameripro. They are crap for customer service. They got paid so they don't care anymore. Do not use this company.

Usually I dont answer to door to door sales, but the sales person was super nice and explained everything. He called the insurance to help with a claim for the roof and gutters. The insurance agent came out as did one of the reps. *** that we received our check for the work and the mortgage company is holding the funds. We were able to have part of the funds released so they could get started. Then we heard nothing and suddenly the roofing material came with it notice. Than noting again from the company. One day they show up completed the garage and the house but completely disregarded the gables as the rest of the house has a flat tar roof. Two days later completed it. My husband called and spoke to *** about the Gutters and when they will be completed. She told my husband that they werent doing that and that Dow spouts were a waste of their time. According to our Insurance claim the price included gutters and downspouts. Very frustrated with the lack of communication our Rep *** does not return calls and stated he would look into it. The mortgage company will have an inspector come out and see if everything is done. No money will be paid until this is done. I will not refer this company to anyone as they are not helpful.

If I could give Ameripro a -5 I would. It has been a year and half trying to work with Ameripro. We finally got our roofing in July *** February. They sent a crew that only spoke Spanish to do the roof. It is a good thing I am also Hispanic because they sent the crew on a Saturday morning with no notice and without a permit to do the job and I had to send them away until they came back with a city permit to do the work. Then my husband and I found out that the crew was from *** and traveled a couple hours to do this job and Ameripro did not reimburse them for the time they spent going back and fourth when it was Ameripro that did not do there job and get the city permit. We also are supposed to get siding. They ordered the wrong insulation. In fact the insulation we got was already warping and was very thin. Our insulation on the house was at least an inch thick and they were supposed to replace that. So we had to send them away again. When you call Ameripro it says they won't get back to you for 24 to 48 hours. If I told my customers that I would not have any customers left. It is now August 17 and our siding has been sitting in our driveway for a month. Plus they blocked our driveway with the supplies so we were not able to get in or out of our back yard for a month. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

He left a stack of siding samples for us to look at, and we kept them for a couple of weeks. He didnt pressure us to make a decision. The office people at AmeriPro who worked in the background with the insurance company were very diligent, and made the process of dealing with the insurance end of things easy and painless. The crew that installed the siding were on time both days and worked until nearly dark. ***, the crew chief was very easy to work with, too. She had one of the workers take down an old satellite dish on the roof. I wouldnt have been able to do it myself. They also cleaned up a bunch of old cable TV and satellite boxes and wires on the side of the house. The job of one of the crew, it seemed, was carrying off debris so our deck and yard were as clean as could be, considering the amount of trash that was generated. The only problem I had was with delivery of the materials. I asked that nothing be delivered, and the job wouldnt start l, while we were out of town on vacation. I didnt want things sitting on the driveway for an uncertain amount of time, with nobody home. The neighbors here are particular about things like that. But I got a text while we were gone to say that everything had been delivered and put on the driveway. Thats the only criticism I have. The new siding looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend AmeriPro to anyone wanting/needing to replace their siding.

This company boasts about its "Lifetime Workmanship Warranty" but when asked to corrected a workmanship problem they have found every way possible to deny it. Save your money and time and insurance company headaches and go with someone else. After several years we discovered that the roof was a sloppy install in that they put shingles over a gap and also damaged side gutters which have led to a second hole. When we initially called to ask them to come and inspect it, we were given the run around about why we didn't claim right away - specifically, the representative scolded us for not going up on the roof and doing regular inspections. Once we got past her, it took several calls and emails before getting someone out to inspect. The inspector as well as an independent roofer that we found both agreed that the reason that there were openings were because of sloppy workmanship. After several more weeks of calls and emails, the company is now saying that technically they are just 'roofers' so if they shingled over a gap in the roof that it would not be considered poor workmanship. The only reason we discovered the problems is because we have heard 'activity' in our roof crawl space and to determine how that happened we traced it back to two openings in the roof. Additionally, when installing the roof, they used the side gutter to step on and balance and over time that has caused issues to the overhang on the side. When we had the work done we trusted them to do a good job so there was no reason to go on the roof and inspect it. We are only asking that they correct what they did - nothing extra. Save your money and time and insurance company headaches and go with someone else.

Never had any communication with company left hanging for three months. Sigh Ed *** on October 5promised job would be done by first week in October. Dropped shingles off in driveway for two weeks said they were coming on a Thursday near end of October.. never showed.. never called. A lot of this went on and of course unbelievable that a company doesnt want to communicate. Would save them a lot of fires to put it as eventually the customer has had it. Finally Thanksgiving week they came out on Tuesday and Wednesday finished the job it did not pass my city inspection. They did come out the following weekend and repair problems and clean up all the nails laying all over. I had one of their sales call and say after that he would call me on a Friday to let know about the gutters. Of course. Like they handle things never called. So finally another REPRESENTATIVE of the same came called and assured me they would be out the Tuesday and Wednesday of Christmas week Well no surprise no call no show. I literally sat down and cried. Well now I get called December 30th by someone saying I know how frustrated you much about your gutters.really?!? I had a *** with Leaf Filter and I let them do my gutters. I know I signed a *** but they breached it WAY before I did. Im willing to pay them what I owe them except the gutters I feel Ive had one of the worst experiences ever. I cant believe they wouldnt get out there and do the gutters to get their money and be done. When all this first started and I was givien a Thursday that they were to show I called the salesman and it was 9:30 am. I asked A re they coming? He said.are they there yet? Im a single mom and my first home and I had storm damage. I was just getting estimates and I was flat out lied to from the salesman who came to my home. He got on the phone with my insurance company and sat right here and told me that they have ways of getting jobs paid for. He said that what I was signing was just confirmation of an estimate. A few weeks go by and I had a couple more contractors come out to give estimates which came in cheaper which threw one red flag that the company was way over pricing. Then out of the blue I find out the roofers are on my roof. I ordered them off my roof because no one had contacted me at all sense the salesman was out. They get off the roof and leave the property. That evening I smell something burning and notice they had busted the flu from the roof to my Gas water heater apart while busting the ceiling that the flu goes through to the roof and that carbon monoxide was flowing into my home. Then saw that they had also busted the pipe from my furnace that goes through my roof. They now say that what they did do is costing *** dollars when they had only maybe half of it when I arrived home to order the contractors to stop. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I told them I will agree to pay for the portion they did, but ***. Then when all they can say is sorry for the busted pipes and the fact that if I didnt smell the burning from pieces of shingles that they had dropped down through the water heater flu, I would of went to sleep a couple nights breathing in Carbon Monoxide and then a worse ending to this whole mess. To know that a company can try to do this to a homeowner and dont except any responsibility from their salesman or the lies the salesman tells and the tricking over signing a piece of paper is wrong.

While everyone I've spoken with has been courteous, this company has been a nightmare to work with. The salesman guaranteed that they would do roofing, siding and downspouts since those were all damaged by a storm. When he was writing everything up, I told him I did not want the garage done, just the house. Initially, I felt like communication was good, the roof was started within the contracted period. When the roofers came out, they did my garage (I wasn't home and they didn't speak English anyways, which I know from having to tell them they missed a section of my roof) so of course I've been charged for that. None of the other projects were ever initiated and frankly, I'm not holding my breath. What this company excels at, though, is harassment. I started getting automated calls before the salesman even came back for the check. After I gave that to him, he lost it so I was then called repeatedly by the home office, the sales rep and continued to get robo-calls. I had to have my insurance company reissue the check, at which time they advised that I should get an itemized bill. Apparently that means a bill that includes only totals. I sent the new check. And the calls from all 3 sources have continued. I'm confident they now have the replacement check because I received an email asking me to sign an affidavit for my mortgage company, which I promptly did. Now I'm getting robo-calls threatening collections. This should have been straight forward. I should have gotten the work done as promised. I should have been able to hand them a check and expect that it was considered paid. I should not have had to follow up with my insurance company and resend the payment. I should not be getting frequent calls that make it seem like I'm choosing not to pay them. This has been infuriating and I don't recommend anyone do business with them.

First off the salesman was deceiving and lied to us about what would be covered. He assured me multiple times that he would get the entire roof covered and all the gutters as well as the skylights on the roof. The insurance came back and would only cover the roof and 1/2 the gutters. He said not to worry because they have a team that would relook at the claim and try to get the insurance to cover it all. He was SO quick to pick up the check saying he needed it to continue, even though their website says they will pick up the check after work has begun. I had to special order the skylights and communicated that with them so they could wait to start the roof until they arrived. Well 7am rolled around and the crew showed up after they were aware we were waiting on the skylights. I had to turn the crew away and had them come back a different day. The crew did a decent job on the roof, but they skipped over a lot of things and tried to cut corners (not putting paper/ice shield on all the roof) which I called them on out on so they corrected it. They did not do anything to protect the house so all the shingles slide down the siding damaging them and marking them up, ripped screens on our windows, as well as damaged our brand new 2 week old AC condenser. I called the *** assurance supervisor to discuss the problems with her and provided over 36 photos to her. She said she would take care of it, a week later the crew showed back up to the house and used gasoline and rags to wipe off all the tar marks Now our siding is stained with what looks like wet spots all over where they wiped the gasoline on it If I could advise I would run as fast as you can and never work with this awful company. They are liars, deceiving, and will do anything to rip off the customers. Just read the other reviews

This is the worst roofing company
This is the worst roofing company. They person who came to my home to quote the job lied, stating he would give a quote but they immediately called my insurance company to get their estimate, which included repair of windows, siding and roof. The rep. stated they would complete the work included in the insurance quote. They dropped the shingles, which were wrapped in plastic and the workers came to my home to do the work. I return home during my lunch break to find the color of the shingles were not what we wanted. I called the rep. who stated he made a mistake but would make thing right. I came home after work to find the workers had completed the roofing work with the shingles I did not want, but the windows and siding had not been completed. I called the rep. again and he came by and stated if I keep the shingles, he would apply a $500.00 discount, luckily I recorded the interactions on my home security. I asked about the windows and the siding and the rep. stated those were not included in the quote they received from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they assured they had sent the quote which they sent me. I called the company and the person on the phone denied the quote my insurance company had sent included windows and siding. We discussed the issue and I called my insurance company and we attempted to contact the company several times to complete a 3 way, without success. AmeriPro then began to send me emails demanding the balance or the insurance monies insisting my insurance company did not include the windows and siding in the quote sent to the company. Calls to the rep. went unanswered and messages sent were not returned until later and he again stated he would contact the company to find out what was happening and assured he would resolve the conflict, which never happened. I finally paid the balance withholding the $500.00 dollars promised as a discount by the rep. I had to threat legal with the recording to resolve the issue.

Hired Ameripro roofing to roof my garage and the job was terrible. they sent the same crew to repare it and the job still would not pass the building inspector and my insurance will not cover the roof.

I closed on a house a month after the previous owner changed the roof which was part of the contract. We noticed a leaking spot and called the company. They gave a hard time before they agreed to send somebody over. They said that I have a problem with the roof ventilation and half of roof needs to be changed because of molded sheets. Ameripro wants me to be 6k to fix the problem of a newly installed roof.

Upon completion of the estimate with my *** Ameripro approached me with a piece of paper that I thought was an estimate and it stated no bottom line number just Market Unit Value. I signed it thinking it was an estimate. Turns out it was a contract and they are trying to hold me to it. The estimate was too high and I wanted to get another one and Ameripro is claiming I am obligated to them as they have misled me in signing a contract that I thought was an estimate. I am *** was I made clear that I was. I was clearly misled and would like to get out of the contract and not hire Ameripro for this job.

We had our siding done by this company, years ago. I emailed back and forth several times including pictures and things I wanted them to fix. They did an absolutely horrible job on our siding and kept saying they would send someone out to fix the issues. They sent someone out, who showed me a list of things to fix. And also a note from the manager stating to fix a few things and get out of there because they didn't like me. The guy only fixed two corners. Now the siding is cracking in multiple spots for no reason. One of them an empty cardboard box bumped the siding and it cracked open. We were told it was an act of god and not covered. They have been refusing to respond to me ever since. I have given them several chances to help us fix it. That is why I waited until now to file a complaint.

Material was delivered on October 11th and they came to put the siding and window trim on November 2nd. Since then I have had little to no luck with them fixing anything. damages incurred and still present are light fixture screws, water spicket screws, electrical outlets to exterior loose, downspout gutters dented and damages, damage to shingles, improper caulking, not installing window wraps, damages to current window wraps. I was told numerous times by ***, ***, and now a man by the name of *** that I would have resolve and that all would be fixed before any payment was to be received. December 13th and I am still waiting for my home to be fixed and finished. I am more than happy to pay for the job once this is finished.

A rep came to our home a few weeks later and put some sealant down on some spots on the roof but that DID NOT FIX THE WATER LEAK. Since then, I have been calling multiple times and sending multiple emails with photos and detailed information to AmeriPro Roofing. They charged me $75 to schedule a crew to fix the roof but nobody has come. Have been dealing with them for over two months now without any progress. We put tarps on the roof to help minimize the amount of water leaking because water leaks in every time it rains and must have a bucket in our bedroom to avoid further damage inside the property. The ceiling is already damaged. I decided to call my insurance and they sent a field adjuster right away. The claim was denied due to improper installation. I hired Ameripro Roofing to replace my roof under an insurance claim. On June 11th, After working on my roof I noticed a lot of poor workmanship. I first contacted my salesperson. He responded right away and promised repairs. I called *** the next day at Ameripro as she was assigned to my account. Initial problems were they took my TV antenna, it should have been remounted, my shed was not re-roofed as promised by the salesperson, On one of my chimneys the flashing was not under the shingles. *** told me it would go through there warranty department and should be taken care of with in 2 weeks. On July 07, they came out for some repairs. They didn't re-roof my shed or fix the flashing on my chimney. I contacted *** again by email, attached a PDF.Ameripro came again July 23, they damaged my chimney while attempting to correct the flashing.I want Ameripro to pay for a licensed 3rd party Chimney Contractor to complete repairs to my chimney.

If we gave the job to his company. He agreed to remove the stones from the chimney put the flashing up against the chimney and lay the roof. They never removed the stones and he laid me to believe that they were able to put the flashing up into the chimney without removing the stones. I complained to him on January 3,2022 and on January 5, *** that the job was done correctly. This was his efforts to continue to deceive me, which he had continued to do all along. They did not install the roof correctly and on the first heavy rain water poured into my home and has poured every time it rains. We now have mold in that area and I have COPD and am concerned that I may need to leave my house due to this situation.

I hired this company to do a roofing job for my home. In doing so they damaged the wood on my home that holds the gutters.They also damaged the fascia on my peaks. This damage was done by their crew while removing the tiles on the roof. *** and *** tried to blame the damages on rotten wood. This damage was caused by inexperience workers. Their crew left ladders posted against my home night after night. Shingles on the steps of my back door where I had to climb over to get into my home. The use of my electric without my permission. Damage to my BBQ grill. Damage to my fish pond and nails and shingles left on my property when they finished. I have called them a number of times to fix the damages that where done to my home from their working crew and as of today it has not been done. On the East side of the peak the entire fascia is missing where squirrels and birds are living. They were finished with this job on November 23, and I still have an opening in my house. I have talked with *** and he agreed to fix this issue but it has not happen as of today. While their crew was here I had to constantly call the company pertaining to damages and errors they were making. This was not my job to do. There was no one to oversee this crew and yes they made a lot of mistakes on this roofing job. This was unprofessional on all levels of business. This was my first roofing job and I would not use or recommend this company to anyone.

Ameripro installed siding on my home the week of January 31st and while they were installing the siding we had many problems. They did not order board and batting as requested, damaged the window frames, and threw away/ destroyed shutters that were supposed to be reinstalled. I have been going back and forth with *** and its been one lie after another. I email him and he doesnt respond to emails. I call and leave voicemails only to call again and again until he returns my call or answers. Ive been actively trying to speak with *** to find a solution to the damage the contractors caused, but both my husband and I keep getting the same answer of in 24hours or 48hours well have an answer but its now been 3 weeks. I have documentation of how this entire process went since my insurance approved the siding including phone records of calls placed and received. At this point I just need someone to be honest and provide the information they say they have. They say the contractors took photos before and after but will not send to me. They say my shutters were glued to the siding hence the window frame and door frame being damaged. I have the shutters and none have glue. They are trying to say my home is old so that is why there is damage. The contractors didnt bother to use the correct tools or take their time while removing the old siding because it was *** degrees outside. I am looking to speak to someone other than *** who can give me straight answers and not become aggressive and defensive while speaking on the phone.

First of all, they scammed us by putting a contract in as our "estimate" after telling the guy we didn't know if we would proceed as COVID had hit and my husband could be laid off at any time. I attempted to contact Dan Crocetti multiple times to find out when someone would even be at my home to do the work. He never returned phone calls. Upon calling him again, he finally advised when the contractor would be out. The contractor was late the first day and showed up with 8 guys. After the first day, they advised that only 3 of the 8 man crew were able to do any shingling. Our roofs are all very small and it took them 4 days to put the roofs on. The 3rd day, we were told that the crew would be out, however, only 1 guy showed up and was told to go home that the crew wasn't coming out. We found a razor blade in our yard, when we have a 3 year old and multiple pets. After being confronted, the contractor advised that the job wasn't done, and that it is a construction zone and we should not have let our child out. Drip edges were not installed, the paper was not installed under the drip edge as it should be. Our window wraps were not installed correctly and the caulk job was not added to every window. I was told that we would need to schedule our gutters to be replaced. No one ever called or scheduled anything, they were just done, causing damage to the inside of my house as we have a stressed dog. We have reached out to the company and they indicated that they have filed a warranty claim even though it isn't warranty related, but the fact that the job was not done properly. Even with that, I was not told what was going on and had to call the company to make sure they had received and reviewed the photos I sent.

Their salesman sought storm damage repairs and after a brief discussion, we inadvertently agreed to a contract under the guise of an inspection. Efforts to renegotiate with the uncooperative representative led to threats against my credit. The supervisor offered a negligible discount on an unnecessary attic fan. Despite our financial struggles due to the pandemic, the company quoted an exorbitant price, significantly higher than local competitors. Without consent, they delivered materials and commenced work unannounced, leaving us with an inflated invoice and ongoing threats to our credit. The justification for the high cost was the pandemic, which is inconsistent with other local estimates. The company, identified as storm chasers by neighbors, did not replace any lumber, only tar paper and shingles. We are willing to pay, but not the inflated price.

Damage to the aluminum around the tower plus water going right in left of the tower could not get a hold of anybody to fix the leaks and Im not gonna have water going down in my house with a new roof just put on so I had to have a third-party come over and do emergency repairs because its winter can only band- aid till spring! they were told to fix rotten wood on the roof didnt replace it and now it still leaks ! NOTHING done! salesman even said you have my word Ameripro will fix it! ..NOTHING done! well now its February 2, 2022 .so now I have to have another roofing company come out and fix Ameripro mistakes when Ive been trying to get a hold of them over and over and over and over and over and over again no response. Ameripro slogan says standards through the roof ! Whatever it takes Ameripro will be by your side protecting your homes biggest investment your roof! Again building inspector says there will be NO approval on this job until its done correctly! And everything is fixed which was damaged by a Ameripro! And Ameripro knows this because they called the Building inspector he said NO approval
