Last week (and the last time Ill ever go there) I tried to top up my leap card at Andrew street Post office - because they were supposed to take this leap service over - I was told by the over the counter clerk "we dont do that here" and I had to hurry to go to DublinBus on OConnell street before they closed at 5:30pm
FYI I am economically dependant on this rambler type of ticket being as I am long term unemployed and needing to get to my CE Scheme 3 days a week
Now that Paypoint agents ordinary shops cant provide 5-day ramblers I am now snookered but for the one DublinBus Office I know of to get my weekly Ticket for my Leap card and I have to top it up regularly
The girl behind the counter who de-facto refused me service didnt give a [censored] seemed to me that it was just too inconvenient for her so made up some nonsense to fob me off I had obtained a 5day rambler about 2 weeks before so I know it IS possible that office Can well provide a 5 day rambler on my Leap card
Cop on AnPost please fgs youve only had this charge a very short time and already it looks like you cant carry the task that the like of Donnybrook fair a paypoint agent did easily
Desired outcome: Carry out the service to Leap card holders when asked We have damn all places to go & get this ticket now
