My membership was renewed 1 week ago and like last year, Ancestry.com searches keeps crashing. One day I would search in the census for a family member and the next day the census section didn't work. Randomly the site in every section would popup "This site isn't working, contact the site owner" Error 429. They have no SUPPORT help, just argumentive staff from different countries (Today was Jamaica) and they kept saying: "What section were you in?" and I told them it didn't matter. Everything I clicked on had that error. Supervisor Jamoy was not helpful and somewhat rude repeating the rudeness of his customer service rep, who kept interrupting me while I explained and said the EXACT same words. I've been with Ancestry.com since the DAY they STARTED and never had this problem. They have no email support or anyway I can talk to someone in the US. This is how Ancestry treats their senior loyal customers its surely a way to get rid of them. I'm very disappointed in this website that no longer cares about their customers and per Jamoy, I was wrong.
Recommendation: Have an email and a US rep available during the day for the US customers.
