Anheuser-Busch - A Mixed Bag of Reviews
As I delved into the reviews of Anheuser-Busch, I found a mix of opinions that reflect the diverse perspectives of its customers. While some praised the quality of the products, others expressed disappointment over certain decisions made by the company. It's evident that Anheuser-Busch has a loyal following, but recent controversies have led to a divide among consumers. If you're considering trying their beers, it might be worth exploring different options to see which ones resonate with your preferences.

$15 rebate for purchase of 15 pack or higher
I summited the required paperwork for three $15 dollar US Budweiser Family July 4th Rebate program
One on 6/30/2023
One on 7/1/2023
One on 7/2/2023
I received an auto response for each by email that they were received.
I awaited my rebates and to my surprise, all three were declined due to the paper receipt that I had summited!
I summited photos of the UPC codes and the charge receipt that the liquor store gave me...I asked the store clerk if this is the receipt that I needed to get the $15 rebate, he said YES.
I would think that your company communicated the scope of the rebate and the "how to communicate details of the program to your customers".
I see the clerk as an extension of your company and its rebate program.
If this was an attempt to move inventory and not pay the rebate--Shame on you!
Everyone that I have spoken to has the same form email that the receipt did not meet the requirements!
I suggest that you review the results of the program again and pay what was promised and try to turn around what is a bad taste in everyone's mouth.
I will not purchase another AB product because of the sneeky tactics used for this promotion and I am sure many customers feel me way.
This promotion results were the opposite of what your intentions were.
Desired outcome: Please refund me the $45 that was promised for the promotion and retain a customer.
Bud light rebate offer
I bought a case of Bud Light from Kroger in Norwood, Ohio, on June 27, 2023.
I bought it as a gift for a friend. I don't drink it. I bought it because I thought I would be getting $15 back.
The reference # on my receipt is 12064P. The AID is A0000000041010. The TC code is CDE440277F3A8866. I would have sent you a copy of my receipt, but you don't offer an address for that. I called your customer service number to find out how to get my rebate, but you don't take calls like that. I don't have PayPal, and don't plan to get it. Apparently, you don't want to do business with us old farts.
I want my $15. I bought that case of Bud Light only because I thought I was getting that promised rebate.
I will comply with any rigamarole you require to get my $15 back. If I don't get it, I will take you to small claims court just on principle.
My address is:
Frank McCafferty
3824 Forest Avenue
Norwood, Ohio 452121
My preferred phone number is [protected].
Desired outcome: My promised $15 rebate check

Rebate rejected "invalid state" in Michigan yet sold as valid
I bought a case of budweiser because of their offer of a $15 rebate. I bought it in Michigan. Rebate advertisements were taped all over the cases in the Walmart store. I saw the same promotions in other stores.
I complied with all of the terms, filed online and got a rejection with reason being "invalid state". Then, when I followed the "contact us" link, it was invalid. It said I had to resubmit the missing information via mail. I don't see what that would change. I wouldn't not have bought the product if I knew they weren't going to follow through with their offer.
Bud has initially rejected almost every rebate I've filed for some flimsy excuse e.g. "UPC code invalid" or "UPS unable to read". I then have to mail it in and eventually get it. I'm thinking they do this frequently since most don't resubmit or mail it in. It's bad timing to do this when they are trying to win their customers back. I'm fed up. I consider this false advertising. I will not buy their products again.

Desired outcome: I want my money as they promised. I consider this to be a deliberate strategy and fraudulent. Bad timing.
They denied mine as well. Said that i cant use a po box. Heres the weird thing about that. They suggest the best address for you. That is how their system is set up. That being said why didnt it tell me i could not use a po box when it literally adjust your address when you put it in. They are doing everything they can to not honor the rebate. If they didnt have bad enough press as it was go ahead and deny people who actually participated in your marketing blitz.
I got the same email and am having the same issues. I can't even find my original submission with the tracking numbers provided. This is ridiculous!
Sales down?
I see the sales being crushed around the 24% mark and just want to inform you that I am doing my part! This Miller 64 that I switched to is so refreshing. No political ads on the product and after what YOU DID there never will be! LOL AB is obviously controlled by PC sheep unable to decipher obvious reality or to have a coherent thought of their own.

your idiotic wokeism
I've been collecting Xmas Stein series since the beginning. I won't stop now because I must continue the series. Beyond that, I've been drinking Bud for 45 years and enjoyed it, until now. Your marketing department missed the mark with introducing sexism and wokeism into your message. Don't have a problem with trans or any other sexual preference, just not appropriate in marketing any product, in my opinion. Unfortunately, I will discontinue buying your beverage from here on out. Thank you for your time
Idiot decisions made by woke idiots!
Anheuser-Busch changed the moral taste of my beer! You have amongst your company some woke people you have no understanding of the basic human concept... a man and a woman. When you try and tell the millions of people who have supported you for years, we need to believe what your company wants us to, you're telling us we're all wrong. Now you're saying it was all a mistake? Now you're saying we're all stupid and we don't understand! No, if you're ever going to be respected again by millions of your old customers, you should man-up and tell the world the truth... What's the truth? The truth is God created men and women! God did not screw up... Then, you'll be respected by the sensible world!
Desired outcome: Anheuser-Busch to admit to the world that God created men and women and no others.... period!
Bud light or all Anheuser-Busch products
Well I have been a Bud light since the early 80s. The past several years you all keep raising your price, I believe it's went up at least 3 or more times since COVID. I checked the price on 24 Pk of bottles today and it's at 30 bucks and change. Ridiculous, I'am reading were Bud light sales is down 27% since the ill-fated trans commercial. That nonsense is WRONG.! God created a man and a woman he didn't create a trans this is the devil's work. So.. to make up for your losses you have jacked the price of beer up again. I will no longer spend my money on overpriced beer.
Desired outcome: Stop raising your prices and be done with nonsense commercials
Bud light promotional ads with transexuals
I have been a loyal Bud Light drinker for over 25 yrs now and I still very much enjoy the product.
However with your latest advertising I have to say that I am beyond disillusioned! I would have never dreamed that a company of your size would have made a decision of this magnitude!
I am not a racist person and have gay friends. My gay friends do not act or behave in a ridiculous manner! I believe you/your company has made a very serious mistake and bad judgement! The first can that enters my house with a Trans on it will be the last! I couldn’t be more serious about this! Keep your Trans cans to special releases and then you will see how much you sell! What a stupid move on your part!
Desired outcome: Keep Transexuals in special releases of Bud Light cases

TO THE OWNERS AND MANAGERS OF ANHEUSER BUSCH:
This letter would have been sent sooner, but I just returned home from the hospital after having had a serious operation.
While there, however, I did follow your advertising fiasco using “supposedly” a transgender to do the ad “pitch.” Did your company fall for a sick trick? (Does anyone REALLY know if that person is a fake or a true transgender? Do you really know? You know what I mean.) People will do ANYTHING to get attention. If the person is truly a transgender and using one to advertise to the population who customarily are the purchasers of your product—it is obviously a colossal mismatch. The demographics of your patrons are NOT transgender! Why pander to the smallest EXTREME of your buying market at the RISK of alienating the buying majority? It DOES NOT make sense!
My entire family ALWAYS, ALWAYS bought your products across the board—especially BUDLIGHT, the most popular beer in the world.
Over the years, we appreciated your support of SeaWorld and others. We especially enjoyed the Clydesdale advertising campaign with healthy, handsome horses cavorting on beaches and in snow scenes. We fondly remember the Christmas ad made many years ago in Vermont in front of the Kedron Valley Inn—who could EVER forget that! One of the best you have made! Remember a SuperBowl ad when a little “wanna-be” donkey that admired the Clydesdales adorned fake “feathers” desperately trying to match the grandness of the giant equines in his company? How special was that! Over the years, your exemplary and extraordinary ads have stirred people’s imaginations and have captured the attention and RESPECT of the world. You commanded the ad field. There are other wonderful ads you have created over the many years THAT HAVE APPEALED TO JUST ABOUT EVERYONE—(“if it ain’t broke—why break it”!) Remember the power of the majority—they are the voters in the marketplace. It would be wise to appeal to the people who actually drink your product—appeal to your base—which is not transgender or to any other minority that comes along.
We have stopped buying your products for now but would like to continue using your products at some future point hoping that common sense will prevail.
Please do not get seduced by the whims of the smallest segment in our culture—or cave to our government that is promoting those beliefs. STICK TO “PONIES” INSTEAD OF TO POLITICS!
Cordially,
Barbara L. Garneau

Desired outcome: Come back to the people who have been with you all along!.
Bud Light sponsorship of transsexuals.
I've been a faithful drinker of bud light for 25 years. I bought a 12 pack a day and a 30 pack on the weekend. No more! Any of your products have been ban from using again. WHY? Would a company as great as it has been flush the toilet on real working men and women for a blip of attention in time! If your company really believed that the decision it has made is correct. Then everyone I know including myself has made the correct decision also. To stop the purchase of any of your beverages.
Desired outcome: Yes I would be more than happy to hear your response.
Natural Ice
For over 6 months I've been getting Natural Ice with no carbonation, yet other beers you have do have carbonation. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but oddly enough, the price went up on a (formerly) good/ affordable product.
Whoever is in Marketing and R&D, needs to be replaced, before your business is just history.
The Tranny was not a good ad idea. Woke = broke.
Desired outcome: Better quality, and better spokesmen, and the return of carbonation, at a lower price. I do have alternate choices as ALL of your customers do. If you want to get them back, smarten up.It's called capitalism, not socialism.
Your marketing lady is horrible!
Hello, we go to a Cardinal games eight to nine times a year. We have been to Grants Farm many, many times and had many visits over the years to you factory. All have been great to visit. It is nice to be a part of the bigger picture. I do not drink beer, but when I go to the games I will get an Ultra. My concern about this whole poop show is that your marketing lady called us the consumers bratty. What! Not the best way to keep people coming back for more.
Sarina Webb
Budweiser advertising
How do you dare to represent this product with a man who "thinks" he's a woman? He will never be a woman, no matter how he tries! This is an offense to all authentic females and I will never buy your products again. I'm proud to be a woman and this person is a sick impersonator. What is the matter with you people? My father, who always loved Budweiser would be appalled. Shame on you for following a false agenda.
Desired outcome: Remove your ads and stand up for the truth!
A.B. liberal far left endorsement
I have enjoyed A.B. products for almost 45 years but I shall never knowingly purchase ANY A.B.products EVER again ! I am going to research A.B. to find out the full scope of products they sell and I am going to investigate what other companies that may be owned wholly or in part by A.B. and I will spread this information online so others may make informed decisions. You have lit the fuse for the explosion that may be the end of profit $$$ for AB. by the way don't tell me not to use capitol letters, the written word does not convey emotion when it is in the form of a statement and caps denotes volume for emphasis, snowflake silence equals consent and I shall not be silent. when I am purchasing beer now I ask people about this and more often than not people are fed up with corporate America getting involved or supporting cultural extremes, you [censored]es were stupid to listen to the woke [censored], I heard that an old school type went ballistic at the meeting where this STUPID idea to embrace cultural extreme left was discussed. Boy you guys got stupid quick. how long has AB been around making $ and now how is that going ?
Desired outcome: AB can beg forgiveness, FIRE the woke [censored], ask the transvestite male to return the $, stay out of politics. or best of all loose lots of $$ and have pissed off stock holders demand a full revamp of AB policy's.
Bud light
Are you kidding? Transgender is a form of mental illness and mutilation. How can your company not see that? Dylan Mulvaney is not only transgender HE dresses as a sexualized version of a female pre-teen. He is projecting the grooming of children for the future molestation of children. He in reality is a biological male! Having HIM on a Bud light beer can is nearly as offensive as putting a swastika on beer marketed to Jews! Bud Light didn't just merely try to market towards a younger generation, it glorified heinous immorality! Yuck! Stay out of trying to help destroy America! Those who seek Marxism rule are who your company has chosen to align with.
Desired outcome: Get rid of Mulvaney and apologize to your customers openly.
Bud Light
Hi, I am 73 years old female ( a real women) husband 75 ( real man) and I have to say I will not be useing your product from now on. My husband and I would always by Bud Light before we went on a camping trip and I really looked forward to setting by him as he fished or by a camp fire with a cold Bud Light. Now I will start looking for a beer company that sells good beer, not polictical or woke ideals. I am really sad and hope your company feels pain economically.
Chritine Maple
Desired outcome: I really hope someone says enough is enough, we are a beer company not a poliitical platform and get back to what we do best, make a good light beer.
Transgender commercial
Good ole boys drink Bud. Wear tight jeans, cowboy boots and hats and drive pick up trucks. Both mean and women associate this way. That 5 billion dollar mistake will have far reaching consequences. These good ole boys might not ever want to associate themselves with some guy with a gimmick to "tuck" to make a buck. Please fire her.. soon... People will not be caught dead drinking a Bud anymore because they can't handle the image it brings to mind. As a woman, I am completely shocked and appalled that you would insult us with this kid. It does not portray me in any way. As a card-carrying vagina owner, I am disappointed that you slammed the rest of us with this.
Desired outcome: fire them both.
Celebrating Women
As a father of 2 daughters, I was dumb-founded that you thought it was ok to marginalize women by using a transgender male to celebrate women's day. You catered to less than 2% of any given population and valued sexuality above all merits that make women the strong, positive contributors to society they are.
The question I have is, "Would you put a picture of Jesus on your can to celebrate Easter?" OF COURES NOT! So why and how do you feel it's responsible to use a genetic male to celebrate women.
Your marketing department is so far off base with the values that make up this world. Please, for your sake, offer some-type of explanation and possibly an apology. Most of us are forgiving.
Desired outcome: Expanation or apology
