ladies watch
I have an Anne Klein ladies 2 tone silver and gold watch that was purchased at The Hudson Bay in Toronto Canada. I have had the watch for two years. This week I noticed that a few of the numbers had come off and were floating around inside the watch. By the end of the week all but the number 2 have come off. I am extremely disappointed in this situation. I had a watch prior to this one that I wore for 25 years without any issues! I'm hoping that you can repair or replace my faulty watch. Purchased my watch at Macy's in the fall. It would seem they talked me into a warrant for a small charge. Within one month the pin in the band came off. I returned the watch to Macy's for repair. I have been informed the repair will be $48.00. I believe I paid approximately $100.00 for the watch. Apparently Anne Klein does not cover a repair or replacement of a pin on the watch. They directed me to the same company that handles the repairs...$48.00. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another Anne Klein watch. Such a disappointment. Sandy Goodge

winter coat - unethical behavior and scam.
I, Bessie Liang, had a brown Anne Klein winter coat, which I purchased from Lord & Taylor, which I lived very much especially this winter when it has been so cold, worth the money I paid for, for $300.00. The zipper broke on the bottom, coming off the track at the stopper at the bottom. I had it reattached a couple of times, but it kept coming off. My sister works in the fashion district so she brought it to the Anne Klein location in Manhattan asking to purchase a replacement zipper or for them to help us replace the zipper. The representative said that she will order the zipper for my sister. She asks my sister to leave the coat so she can match the zipper size and make, etc. my sister left the coat. My sister returned back the following week, spoke to the same representative. The representative said that they can't order the zipper for my sister because they don't make that zipper anymore. So my sister asked for the coat back. The representative said to my sister that she doesn't have it and that she gave it back to my sister. My sister said she never did and how she said that it was to match the zipper to order, but the representative was insistent that she did. My sister left all upset that she could not get my zipper fixed to losing my favorite coat. Now, that is some lies that she gave my sister. Was it a way for the representative to get a free $300 winter coat or to cover her negligence in responsibilities at work? This is upsetting that I lost a $300 winter coat back to Anne Klein unwillfully. I hope to hear back from Anne Klein company on how they will address the negligence of an employee of my winter coat and how they ensure customer satisfaction for marketing purposes. I purchased a pair of Anne Klein loafers about 4 months ago and today while walking into work, I noticed the shoes felt different. When I got into work, the heals of both shoes are torn from the sole and look like they are dry rotted. I haven't even worn the shoes enough to wear down the tread of effect the name printed inside the sole. I love your brand, but this is now my third pair of shoes that I have purchased that have begun to fall apart. I have attached several pictures of them for you.
flaking & cracking purse straps like everyone else
About 10 months ago I purchased a gray (I call it taupe) small perfect tote. It is the "perfect" size for me so I now have it in red, stone & navy, plus I have rose gold and vanilla on order. I am hoping the rest hold up better than the gray. Unfortunately, the coloring on the straps is flaking off and the straps are cracking in half at the buckle. (See photos attached) I bought some taupe vinyl paint which is a perfect match to cover up the flaking but it won't help if the straps break off at the buckling hole. It is my favorite as it goes with everything. Can you please send me new straps to replace these defective one? It is in too good of shape to replace the entire handbag and all I seem to see on line is medium gray…too dark! Has this flaking top coat been a problem with any other colors so I know to avoid them?

I bought these boots last winter and wore them only a handful of times. I took them out again this winter and the heels broke off from the shoe while I was walking. This caused me to roll my ankle. I love the shoes style, comfort, however, they only lasted me half of a winter.
Is there anyway to get these replaced or repaired?

watch stopped working
I have purchased a ladies watch model no AK1018RGBKJ worth Rs. 10499/- on 26 April 2017 from Shoppers Stop, Elante Mall, Chandigarh but after 3 months it stopped working. On 4 september 2017 i submitted the watch to Shoppers Stop, Pavlion Mall, ludhiana for repair. They gave me 20 days time to return the watch and a goods acknowledgement note Sr No. 539 but more than a month has been passed and still i havn't heard from them yet. This irresponsible behaviour was not expected from a well established brand like you. I have been very disappointed by both the quality of the product and the service provided by you. Therefore i request a brand new watch to resolve my issue.
shoes ripped
I purchased a pair of Anne Klein black iflex shoes. They didn't even last a month before the stiches on one of them ripped where the elastics is located. The other side just ripped last week. I love these shoes and would like them replaced or offered a refund. These are every day shoes that I wear to work. I bought shoes in the past that last well over 3 years. I've only had these shoes for a short period. I wear them maybe two to three times a week to the office. Imagine my surprise as I notice the seams were coming undone in just one shoe. This occurred at an inconvenient time while at work. I was in a business meeting and became embarrassed. I have purchased your products in the past and never experienced this type of faulty products. Are you able to replace this pair of shoes? I enjoy wearing these shoes. I am saddened by this damage. Are you able to help? I attached photos for you to see the damage.

I have enclosed 3 photos of the straps which have broken on my new Anne Klein purse. These broke after only normal wear and tear using the purse every day. I purchased the purse at the very end of May of this year. I do love the purse for size and color. Can you either repair the straps, provide replacement straps and money for me to have them put on near me, or provide a refund?

Yes I bought a royal blue handbag about a month ago and the insides are beautiful..but the straps and the edge around tops are peeling..it was an 89.00$ purse and I really love it..but the top and straps look terrible..so how can you help
I have a red Anne Klein handbag with the buckle on straps. The straps have raveled terribly and I only started using it about 3 months ago.
The short handled black carrying straps are breaking off and I haven’t had this purse but a few months. The rest of the purse is like new condition but the straps are about to break off. I submitted a complaint on this site regarding defective straps on a purse which I received as a gift. After receiving no response I called Anne Klein customer service only to be told that the company does not assist customers with purchases made through retail stores! So obviously this company doesn't take complaints about their product seriously. Good luck to anyone calling Customer Service for assistance! Although it was a gift I won't be purchasing Anne Klein products in the future. Disappointed!
Evidently Anne Klein doesn't back their product.The price is high buying the hand bag but no one will stand by their product. I won't be buying any Anne Klein product.

I purchased an Ann Klein tote/ purse about 3 weeks ago. It cost $ 50.00 and is made of vinyl/faux leather.
It is light gray in color and I recently noticed some significant discoloration...the gray has turned a bluish color. The texture has also changed. It has not been in the sun nor has it been exposed to the elements. Although it was not terribly expensive, I am very disappointed in the quality of the bag. The discoloration has become an eyesore and it's now too late to return the purse to the store.
Please advise on what I should do about this situation.

I bought this fen ballet flat shoe from dsw, I have wore them in the office for a month. Noticed the sole is very thin, there's hard dots under neath the sole which is not good and very rough on the feet. The print has faded, and the sole is coming out. Overall very cheap quality by anne klein. I spent $50 for this pair and this dint last me a month. I would like to know what my options.
defective straps on purse
Last year in March 2016 I received your New Recruits Large Dome Satchel Handbag (black and cream) as a gift. I love the handbag and have had so many compliments on it each time I carry it; however about 6 months after receiving it the handles (light brown) began to crack (8 cracks on one and 11 cracks on the other handle). The cracks pinch my arm and I am no longer able to carry the purse. The rest of the purse is in good condition and holds up well. It is sturdy and substantial. I love the purse but am unable to use it due to the handles; I would like to either have compensation in order to take the purse to be repaired, or would like a replacement purse. Since the handbag was a gift I unfortunately don't have the receipt.

I bought an Anne Klein purse, white with navy blue trim and pink handles about a year ago. About 8 months after I had it the handles started splitting across the leather. Both handles are now split in several places along the handle. I do not have the receipt. I do have pictures which I would be happy to text you if you like.
I currently have 3 Anne Klein purses and I have never experienced any issues like this with them. I love them all, as well as AK clothing, shoes, watches and jewelry. I was surprised and disappointed when the handles started splitting because that is not the quality I'm used to.
I'm hoping you can offer some compensation either to have it repaired or to offer some sort of refund so I could purchase another purse. I can't carry it the way it is.

I have bought a lot of Anne Klein watches. However, recently some of the anne klein watches have really bad quality.
In particular, I bought 4 watches as gifts to my friends, but after 2-3 months, the watch turned to ruin INSIDE the case, where nothing of the watch holder can touch.

Fashion fit watch (Ak/2010bfit)
I purchased the watch on a cruise ship(5/19/16).The watch battery would not charge in the charging outlet. When placed inside either watch band the item would not work. I contacted the company and spoke with Mr. Ray Lugo; who informed me to mail the watch to customere service center. The company would replace the same model and mail it back to me. Unfortunately my wife became I'll and I was unable to send the watch. If possible could I replace the watch?
Charm bracelet

I wrote in to Anne Klein on December 20 2016 to complain about an Anne Klein charm bracelet that I bought from Duty Free on an El Al flight to Venice in June 2016. I said that the charms keep on falling off and I want Anne Klein to repair it in Israel.
The ticket number I was given is 424045. I was told that I would receive a response within 24 hours. I heard nothing at all from the company. I wrote again on December 29 2016 and also received no response. The date is now January 2 2017.
I am amazed that a reputable jewelry company like Anne Klein simply ignores its clients and I would not recommend purchasing any jewelry or watches from them.

About a year ago I received a bracelet for Christmas. It was bought at the Macys in New York. Shortly after receiving it I noticed it wasn't keeping up with the time. I noticed that the device you use to set the time was a little loose and it has pulled out on a few occasion maybe getting snagged on a string. I thought ok be mindful of that so the time would stay correct. Well over a period of time it continued to be off. I just kind of put up with it constantly resetting the watch to the correct time. Fast forward to about 1 month ago. I decided maybe its the battery so I went and had the battery replaced in the watch and for a day or 2 it was good but now its back to the same thing not keeping the time and now I haven't snagged it or popped the device where you set the time. I have no idea what's wrong but I paid for a watch not a bracelet. Thank you and I hope to hear back from you soon.
Disappointed purchase
Dear Ms. Kline,
I bought an Anne Kline handbag for over $80.00 in April 2016 for my 62nd birthday . This has been used just a few times. Unfortunately the bag has started to open along the stitching on both side panels.
I am very disappointed in this product since I always desired an Anne Kline bag but due to obligations couldn't afford it. I was finally be able to treat myself.
I think my bag should be replaced.

Your watch can absolutely be serviced. However, by the look of the watch in the photo, it's definitely been "well worn." That could likely be, in part, the reason for the loose numbers.
Is the 9 still under the glass?
