Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield review: worst of the worst

My company switched from Cigna to Anthem we were told it was the same coverage. Anthem invents loopholes so they don't have to pay antehm has consistently month after month given surprises on prescriptions they approve and never pay for, I was forced to use their mail-in pharmacy that overcharged for each shipment and never consistently just charged whatever they wanted. a

anthem has interrupted treatment plans at every turn demanding the doctors submit an insane amount of documentation they constantly deny pre-approvals that only interrupt treatment plans

I received 3 letters all dated the same all in separate envelops all on the same date all for the same medication one approved the medication the other said they requested more information and the 3rd said it was denied in an e-mail they said it was approved and they never paid a cent

I have had united health cigna and by far anthem is the absolute worst of the worst

they ignore my queries they ignore calls from my doctors they need to be run out of business
