ANTIQUANOVA does not deliver what you order nor replies to email inquiries

I had the same bad experience as Keanu had with this webshop: ordered a Roman coin replica more than 3 weeks ago and paid with PayPal. No delivery at all, so contacted by email to inquire information about the orderstatus. Guess what: after several days still no reply. Second mail inquiry I stated a deadline to respond before next day's evening. If not, I would drop a complaint at PayPal. Guess what: still no reply. Well, dropped a complaint at PayPal. And guess what: within a day Antiquanova paid back. In my opinion I guess they can't manage a webshop, perhaps by under employment or whatever. Bottomline should be: if you are not qualified to run a webshop: Stay. Away. From. It. After more than 20 years of buying lots of stuff online without any problem, this was the first time I almost felt scammed. Stay away from their webshop.

ANTIQUANOVA Dishonest replica coin supplier

I first placed a test order on the 27/510, i didnt hear anything for 3 weeks (order should of taken 3-5 days!)

i emailed several times before i got a reply, he (Pavel) said there had been bad floods in his country and he would send the coins asap. it took a further 10 days.

I phoned and he (Pavel) offered a 30% discount on a second order which i placed on 2/7/10. This order didn't arrive at all, so i phoned, after a long conversation and many phone calls later, he said he would resend, it did turn up with a coin missing which Pavel refuses to send even though i've paid for it

i deal with suppliers from all over the world and antiquanova have been the most difficult company to work with. They don't respond to emails at all!

They don't deliver items when promised! and items are delivered incomplete.

Its been the worst experience sofar when dealing with suppliers for my business.

I would not advise anyone to dea with antiquanova mint, its just not worth it.

Antiquanova has yet to send me the five dies I paid them for. I've been trying to get my dies for 8 or 9 years now. After repeated complaints, they did just recently send me someone else's dies! (A copy of a coin from Ecuador!?) How does that happen? And despite repeated attempts to communicate with them to get my dies and return these others to them, there is no response. Is it severe incompetence? Or is it intentional thievery? I even made a purchase of a ring in October (thinking they were finally sending my dies) and they never sent it. I had to complain to PayPal to get my money refunded! Their work is good, but work ethic is horrible. I'd love to change my rating to a positive one based on their work...they just need to send me my property.

I try to find my customer named Keanu (author of the complaint), but had no sucess. But, I agree, that the delivery can takes longer time as customer can expect sometimes. The reasons are:
1) Overseas delivery can take more time than local post
2) US delivery - the USPS has several drop outs time to time. Read any discussion on this topic.
3) Custom order - production takes 30 days as stated on the custom item page.
3) Item not on stock - we try to keep the stock full, but some products are sold out sometimes, so the production time takes additional few days.
4) Not delivered (US speciality): customer cannot be reached and the postman does not leave the notice and after some time deposited on PO the envelope is returned back to us.

I've dealt with Antiquanova on several occasions and I've always found their service and products to be impeccable. Their reproduction coins are faithful to the originals without being "cookie cut copies." The pure silver versions are a sensual pleasure to hold between the fingers; as good or better then the originals.
