Today I visited apollo hospital gandhinagar bhat, endocrinology doctor ramesh goyal,at 3:30 pm, he said u have to take appointment without it he will not examine patient,
We visit apollo since last 12 years, no doctor or counter said like this,
After that he seen patient for only 2 minutes from distance, my mother having swelling in foot , even he didn't seen or touch foot for check swelling category. For diabetic patient it is necessary, even government doctor not behave like this, we r cghs patients, we know all the things about hospital, even nobody gives us appointment and it is not mandatory.
So. Pl. Reply and inquire for this doctor , even only one doctor so we have no option.pl. take action for such doctor, I have other things also to talk if u contact me.

Our patient is very rare. I left her in the endoscopy room and came to get empty water. The security on the ground floor did not allow me to go to my patient when I got up to get water. I had given complaint/feedback to online app. Complaint registered four times, but no resolution or feedback given to me. all complaint are auto closed.
below feedback was given every time,
Nursing and doctors are too good, food supply excellent, OT and expert doctors are super excellent.
Administration of room allotment and behavior of Mr. Ankit was too bad with my wife who thrown out at night without information because I have been shifted ICU.
He has to explain in advance for arrangement. He and his colleagues are commenting on this situation. Please understand how a lady can arrange a stay at night.
Harassment and behavior was bad for apollo reputation. I will take up this matter at higher authorities of Appollo.

My husband Mr. An. Muthiah Mmhip112006 was admitted in Madurai apollo for cardiac arrest on sunday. On the same day angioplasty done and two stents placed. But till now we are not discharged because of another problem in his left hand which was done in apollo emergency care v were told the intra venus injection was wrongly injected in intra musculer. The patient has blood clot from shoulder to finger and he suffers left hand pain swelling and often fewer. No one reveals the causes of the side effect. We are asking for a report for this treatment taken and the present position of the patient.
General checkup doctors appointment Secunderabad
I had scheduled a GP appointment online and firstly the appointment was not acknowledged and I received a call from Apollo call center to reschedule and since no choice I rescheduled. Finally when I went there in appointment day 26th November 12:15pm was the time given and I reached before that.. it’s seems I have to register there again which is waste of time by staff which acts like Gods and they are the least attentive people hired by the hospital.. finally almost 12:15 and I got registered and fees that I had to pay was conveyed as 700/- by one person and 900/- by other person.. okay.. we again discussed and finally paid 900 … now doctor is not available as he is on rounds.. how can someone book appointment and go on other duties doesn’t Apollo have a gracious system to sync the doctors calendar? And next I was asked to wait 30-60mins again I lost my patience cancelled the appointment. Utter wastage of time specially unprofessional behaviour of front desk staff at first floor.. I request the Management of Apollo to look into this and save their customer/patient handling experience at their hospitals

Delays in appointment and false report
My husband and son went for medical check up for uk visa today. The appointment was at 10 but they have to wait in queue for so long so what's a point of having an appointment.
moreover my husband's report is not appropriate he just last year visited uk and had done medical before all was fine so how came the report like that now? they wanted to create hassle for patience. The charge for two was more than 4000 ans additional fee was charge after that wrong report to just meet doctor and ask for it.
Should I conclude that this all is just to snatch more money out of clients pocket. No humanity no concern that one child wants to meet his mum. waiting to get just that report approved.
Needs serious attention into this matter.

Apollo Health Check up - Patient Care
I had an appointment with doctor at 10 am with apollo medical check up reports @anna nagar Apollo . There were 2 lady assistants sitting at the reception who were supposed to guide us. One of their name is Nivedha. I had 74 year old mother with me waiting for more than 1.5 hours. She never replied whatever we asked. She was such a rude lady. We paid more than 7000 rs for the check up and not able to meet the doctor. She did not help, we could enter into doctor's room ourselves. Such pathetic patient care I have ever seen.
Doctor delay not informed and irresponsible staff response

I got the info during a call with Apollo electronic City phase 1, Appointment for ortho doctor is at 11AM and its first come first serve. We were waiting there for a hour and half and its now 1PM and still waiting for doctor to arrive, we are here for ortho and patients have there history with some joints and ligament issues sitting here in pain. We are the second person to come and after us 2 more patients came. All of us waiting for doctor for past one hour, actually the 1st person waiting more than 2 hours and she is around 55 years and sitting in pain. Kindly make sure we are informed prior by booking appointments or Doctor to be on time +- 30 min would be fine ... Coz we also have a queue to wait apart from doctor timing.

The belongings of my father was not handed over to us and we left the premises and post rituals on 29th Jan when i approached the hospital management they guided to be to security and i contacted SO Sridhar mobile number [protected] and informed me that they have not find any those are our belongings are Kada steel one ( We are Sikh community and that is very auspicious to us )and silver locket in the neck along with black thread -
despite of fallow up i don't see any response from team, I would suggest please look into those belongings and ensure they are returned to us soon

Extra bills charged for medicines and injections
Hi Team,
My father Mr. Kishore Kumar Giri was admitted to Apollo Bhubaneswar on 15th August 2020 and discharged on 24th August 2020. During the discharge, one of the nurses gave him a bag and told him that these are the extra medicines which are left and he should take them with him. After getting home he saw there were many injections inside that bag which include COVID injections. He was also billed for those extra stuff. I can clearly see that on the date of discharge also he has been charged with injections worth of around Rs10, 000. I need to talk to management regarding the issue of sending injections with the patient and charging extra to the patient.
I have sent email to Apollo Bhubaneswar regarding this issue. But they didnt respond it yet. If we call them, there respond is too bad. I need a proper explanation for this kind of service and issue. Otherwise I have to go through legal procedures.

Sorry to hear about your experience, but same thing also happened to us, someone indented a lot of extra medication on the day we were discharged and also indented medication whilst my father was in ICU, even the management are in on this so please be careful
Poor management despite having high fees
I went for a checkup to a urology doctor, he asked me to get some testings and then visit him again after getting the reports, accordingly I went to the lab in the same building and got the tests done, but the reports were supposed to be given the following working day. I went and collected the reports the following day and instantly went to the doctors chamber room in the given time when doctor asked me to come, i.e., between 11am -1 pm, and I found out that the doctor wasnt available and that I would have to visit again the following day.
Now here is my complaint about the management of the hospital - why were the patients not informed before hand if the doctor was not available? Isnt it the duty of the receptionist or the customer care department to do this? I took a leave from the office for this, I took ola cab to travel 8 kms to hospital from my home only to find this? When I went to file my complaint in the customer care dept, they reversely scolded me saying that's not their duty, that is the duty of the doctor.

Dr services not rendered in spite of paying
Online appt was booked with Dr Balvardhan for 4.15pm Orthopedic on 21st April20. The Dr did not arrive online for consultation inspite of several reminders to custumercare. Sked for a refund which has not been done till date. money not repaid and consulting is still not done. Done though the Appolo 24.7 ap . I would like to know why such apps are made by big hospitals if they only want to make money .

I go to apollo pharmacy bhawanipur. I want for 1 strip metrogyl tab. give a medicine. I given 100rs note. but pharmacy staff talk a bad language and bad behavior. present staff name shaktipada. is so bad behavior for me and my wife.
remember! the more detalis you provide, the easier it will be for a company to resolve your issue.
Incompetence especially for international patients
Very commercial driven and incompetent staff and service especially with their international patients department. Very bureaucratic management and their doctors don't give attention to their patients.
I strongly DONT recommend this hospital to any international patient. There are several private clinics who are way more qualified than Apollo.
For every international patients I strongly recommend you explore options very well and remove Apollo from your list.

My uncle name H. N. Singh, age 59, came to see the Dr. Sarin, in apollo hospital, sarita vihar, New Delhi on 15/01/18 at 5 pm. After Doctor Instruction they admitted him in Emergency ward for further treatment. When I asked for reason for putting him in emergency they said General Ward is not free for now and within a few hrs they will transfer him in general ward as he is not any emergency condition. After primarily diagnosed and test DR declared its Pneumonia.
The full night they kept him in emergency ward and as per him they did some test without any information or consent of Patient or attendant.
Today morning they said the bill is 1.75 lakh for test and emergency charges.
However, we are not in financial condition to pay this amount immediate and moreover since they have done wrongly to cheat us and taking advantage.
Its not even a 12 hrs and they charged this much amount without any of our consent information.
Pl. take this matter urgently to help us from this fraud.
I am depeing on your prompt intervention to stop this kind of false or lets say fraud to cheat patients.
