App Store Connect Really bad from Apple

Wow, was excited downloading this app... then.

I logged in for the first time (expected).

When I opened app the second time, it didn’t keep my info and I had to enter login info again! Seriously Apple! I can see that maybe you want people to log in every time... got that... but then why don’t you even support your own Face ID login? Really Apple? What were you thinking by not even supporting a key Apple feature in your own app!

Boo Apple!

App Store Connect Please add this feature

I have lots of apps and I really don’t want to have to tap on all of them one by one to find out if I have new reviews or not, then hit reply, etc... could you put together a way to see all reviews for all apps from say the past 7 days? And give us the option of checking off if they’ve been read so they don’t show up again in the queue of unread replies? And make it so we can respond on one screen to all of them instead of dealing with all of the navigation?

App Store Connect No search by Territory and

There is no search by Territory in Ratings and Reviews, so every time I have to scroll a deep down to find needed country.

I can’t check Rating and Reviews for current and previous versions.
Say I pushed update v1.1 and how compare ratings between v1.0 and v1.1? There is no way to check that.
There are AWKWARD filter in this app: by version: All or Current, which is doing basically nothing. When I set it to current version- nothing changes, I still see same numbers of ratings and reviews.

App Store Connect Serious disappointment

After attempt attempt to login consecutively for five consecutive attempts unable to come to the climax taking into consideration that I am not the only individual that is suffering from these difficulties it is an atrocity to the application in the developer.
Any individual that would not be able to use this application to the best of their ability Is suffering from a loss not financially but even more serious for my time I cannot be reimbursed resolve the issue please so I may continue my work have a good turkey day

App Store Connect You can do it, Apple!

This is an update. Two out of four wishes came true. Thanks, Apple.

Obviously the app is for the developers. We all know how to make apps. And, I’m yet to be impressed by the way this app works. So, here goes several suggestions.
- (Solved) Set default review territory to all or at least the last chosen one.
- (Solved) I get status update, but not for reviews. Something is wrong.
- Translation button or at least copyable review text fields for reviews
- Customizable reports by unit, sales and proceeds
- Promo code generator

App Store Connect This app crashed after one day

This app may need a little bit of and update sincerely I’ve seen a lot of crashes happening in this app and a lot of people text and call me about it.
The creator should actually make this app better so others will give a five star rate.
I checked it out and then in my mind I’m like “what is happening” then I realized that it was a really annoying bug.
I tried to open the app once again and it didn’t work also after a day I checked it out and it didn’t work at all...
So I deleted it and again downloaded it but it didn’t work at all.
Please try and fox this bug

App Store Connect Inhumane

“Inhumane: without compassion; cruel”.

This is the best word I can think of to describe the App Store review process. There is no acknowledgement that either side of the conversation is a human being with feelings. The software layer appears as though it has never been tested in the real world. It hangs together by a thread. The only glue that holds it all together is Apple’s crushing monopoly on iOS software distribution. Developers have no choice but to suffer through it - or give up on the iOS customer base entirely.

I am leaning towards the latter option.

App Store Connect An improvement, but still lacking

This is a definite improvement over the old app, but it still makes odd choices that limit its usefulness. Why is Apple insistent I need to tap multiple times to see my sales?

I’m guessing 80% of developers use this app to check their sales first and foremost. That functionality is on a secondary tab... why? Also what happened to text labels? Tell me I had 100 downloads yesterday, don’t show me a vague but pretty graph.

Being able to respond to reviews is great and I appreciate the functionality. I just wish Apple could nail the basic functionality of the app first.

App Store Connect Barebones Features, Lag in Data

The app generally works well and serves a basic purpose so I’ll give it 3 stars.

This is a really barebones app compared to all of the information presented on the App Store Connect website. It would be nice to see page views, impressions, referrals, etc. so I don’t have to log into my computer and check.

I also often times have issues with data not updating. My sales and trends have not updated for 5 days. I’m assuming this is a failure on the server side because the website shows the same thing.

All in all, it’s like any other product Apple makes for developers: it meets the bare requirements and looks pretty, but the buck stops there.

App Store Connect Good but could be better

I love the improvements Apple made. App Store connect is better than iTunes Connect in UX and UI.

It’s not 5 stars only because I don’t have the three options I really care about. I end up having to go online to get what I need.

1. Trends only go 26 weeks back. There are no options for life time of the app, year to date YTD, month to date MYD, week to date WTD views. No custom range like online has.

2. The app doesn’t show number of Sessions or app usage/retention stats.

3. Proceeds only include money from purchased apps. There is no option to combine In-App purchases to my proceeds view.

I do love the app reviews in App Store Connect though. Progress. Yay!

I’m not here to talk about this app moreover I’m here to talk about music it’s a scummy thing ,I loved music to the point I use it everyday so I put some iTunes 25$ I understand where 15$went. I wanted to pay for I tunes music so the subscription was 9.99 and I had 10.17 which is clearly more so I decided to pay for it and it said insufficient remaining store credit I was infuriated so I deleted the app and downloaded it (music) IT WENT ALoNG WiTH All MY MONEY now it would be reasonable if there was 0.18 left and I can use the app but there was 0.00 and I couldn’t use the app so I checked my recent purchases on 15 was gone I demand a reply don’t think you’re getting Scot free by scamming.

App Store Connect Poor sign in experience

For some reason this app isn’t set up for shared web credentials. This allows apps to automatically suggest the correct password above the iOS keyboard. It’s convenient, but it’s also secure—it verifies the app is associated with the site and authorized to use that password. It’s so bizarre that a brand new Apple app wouldn’t use this feature introduced three years ago that I had to triple check I wasn’t falling for an elaborate phishing attempt. On top of this the sign in form works very poorly with password autofill—the password field disappears after you select the password, then you have to tap a button and fill it in again.

Once you’re past the sign in form, the app is well made and useful—a solid improvement over the previous iTunes Connect app. I do wish it offered access to a bit more—one thing in particular I’d love to see is my next payment date and amount.

App Store Connect Keeps getting better

Great app, very easy to use. Here’s a pro tip: I have 15 apps that I check daily. Previously I’d tap a app, wait for it to load, and then access what I needed. Tap the next app, wait, and so on. Now the first thing I do is tap all 15 apps first, and that seems to start a thread on each app. By the time I’m done all 15 apps have loaded and ready to access. Much less wait time.

Previous review:
A few bugs: 1) When I reply to a review, the text I just wrote is not refreshed after I save my reply. I have to go back several views to show what I just typed. 2) The app doesn’t seem to refresh the data if I go back to it after a few days and it was never terminated. I have to manually terminate the app and start it again to refresh the data. Seems as if it should auto-refresh after a time period in the background. 3) It would be better if I could report these items within the app instead of in a review.

App Store Connect Some feedback!

I appreciate this app and use it every day. Thanks for listening to feedback and implementing my suggestions over time!

☑︎ Can you support the standard Share and Translate menu buttons in the long press menu? It would be immensely helpful to be able to use the iOS 15 system-wide translate feature that appears in any app but is strangely absent here.
☑︎ In previous versions the territory was shown when you tap a review. It seems this has disappeared so it’s impossible to know which country a review was posted in unless you change the territories filter and it doesn’t disappear from the list.
◻︎ When replying to a review could you show the review text? I often have to cancel to go reference the review to figure out what to type next.
☐ It would be very nice to see stats for number of sessions and crashes.
☐ It would be incredible to see data that’s in Xcode’s organizer to examine scroll hitch data, energy usage, etc.

App Store Connect Login issues; many levels to tap through

Well now I can’t log in at all; FaceID expired, all the controls are disabled, says a password is required but gives no way to enter one. Killing the app doesn’t fix it.

How many more billions does this store need to make before decent software is provided to the developers directly responsible for that success?

Even before, the app seemed to have login issues almost every single time I opened it. Usually some vague authentication error that required reentering a password, or it just failed repeatedly until killed and reopened.

Also, almost every piece of information is buried *at leastone level deeper than it should be, making common things very frustrating to dig up. No real aggregation of information either, just app-by-app. These two things make the app very tedious to use. That is just inexcusable, considering how many developers use this app and how the company clearly could afford to invest in this app and deal with all the issues.

App Store Connect Very disappointed in apple

I’m disgusted by the what appears to be greed by the apple developer team. I get it your short in sales and everyone’s affected by corona events.

However I have the right to submit as many apps and any type of app under my paid account that is mines

Your agents keep giving me this 5.2.1 intellectual guideline rejection when I’m making my own apps and these are not for clients.

I use a lot of framework then reconstruct the baseline and all the features so that I have a building block of my own.. no two apps of mines are the same yes I’m being racially or biasLy profiled as if I’m doing something wrong.

Your not going to force me to create 20 apple developer independent accounts for 20 apps that’s created by me and for me

We need to have this taken care of sooner than later

I’ve worked for apple before so this lack of transparency as to why your holding a grudge against my company is highly disrespectful and it’s wasting a lot of my valuable time I don’t appreciate it at all what so ever ..

App Store Connect Completely sold out Marxist Socialist propaganda “woke”

CCP China and #AdolfJinPing burning places of worship Tibetan monasteries, Christian Churches, and Muslim mosques and taking the surviving women and children to the Cobalt and Lithium and yes, coal mines or the forced sterilization, rape, labor, and re-education camps (Communist government is your god! SAY IT! SAY IT AGAIN!) to make cheaply the most toxic components of CCP China “Climate Change” propaganda LED, Solar, Wind and with our stolen Intellectual Property and attempts to undercut same US companies they stole it from…and when #AdolfJinPing perfect compromised patsies aka all the #DNC election coffers filled with foreign money (FEC violations)…and now the folks of Taiwan who simply want to get along with all..shameful…
Why, how with bipartisan government intelligence warnings and bans does Apple still have TikTok in App Store?!? Beyond rational, well Apple or Crapple…overpriced, under-powered and lost innovation for Marxist Socialist ideology “woke” and CCP China propaganda “Climate Change” …and resulting insecure, Crapple…and like the other Marxist Socialist sold out tech companies, will “get it” or go the way of Palm and Zune.

App Store Connect What are we paying you for?

There’s no reason this app should be so shortchanged vs the web version, not when paying 99 USD per year for a dev license. I end up using the web version in Safari on my phone, as bad as that experience is too. This app is a complete joke and always has been.

I can no longer view app stats on older devices that are not on iOS 11. You should continue the support the old Connect app for at least 1 more year until you fix the slow performance of iOS 11 on older devices. In addition, you have not upgrading iPad Mini, so we can't buy better performance.

Hello, I notice the App Store app is not in your apps page.
I would like to ask why.

I would like to download the ipa files from the App Store like how I can download the apk files from the play store.

Why does your os make it so difficult to download anything that is not an app?

You are driving people away from your company.

App Store Connect No response from Apple

This app is a way for Apple to avoid customer service. They only respond to questions they want to answer. App Store Connect Monopoly

This app will serve as your daily reminder that the App Store is rigged against you in so many ways. The algorithms won’t help your app find customers and Apple won’t change things due to the lack of competition, there is no incentive for them.

You can always pay Apple for prime ad placement on their storefront though. Because that isn’t a giant conflict of interest or anything.

App Store Connect Basic reporting is broken (24h, 1d, 7d)

How can the proceeds from a 24h period be larger than the last 7d? Sadly shows that nobody in Cupertino actually uses this app. An embarrassing offering when companies like Stripe exist that provide what developers expect: live, accurate data that does not become inconsistent when you change the filters. Apple and its developer community have come to expect too little in this area.

App Store Connect Great when it works

This app loses it’s Tab bar at the bottom and I can’t get it to show up even after killing the app. This has happened multiple times of the last year or two where it eventually comes back after a week or so of being gone. It has currently been missing for two weeks which makes it impossible to view analytics across my apps. It would also be great to add a pull to refresh feature on the analytics screen.

App Store Connect Fingerprint login ignored

Like others I’m not entirely happy with the layout of this app versus the old iTunes Connect app, but I also have a problem with logging in using my fingerprint. It prompts for the fingerprint and accepts it successfully but then subsequently asks for my password too! I might as well turn off fingerprint login because it’s ignored! The iTunes Connect app doesn’t do this - it never prompts for the password after accepting the fingerprint.
