So you claim you have been bullied and harassed for 1-2 years now, "Cynthia 10/Sandy Waters". If that is true, WHY HAVEN'T YOU EVER GONE TO THE POLICE, like any decent parent would, to protect their children? That is how it's obvious to the world that you are making this all up. Where are any recent photos of Candy? She is 17 now. Is she ok? The Waters keep regurgitating old photos from several years ago, pretending they are current. Many people are worried about that sweet, innocent young lady and her welfare.
Come on Sandy aka Cynthia 10, we can tell that Candy, your SEVERELY AUTISTIC DAUGHTER, don't necessarily enjoy painting sitting there and putting blotches on paper in your very heavily edited and deceptive videos. You use clickers, loud music, stupid noises and other tactics to get Candy to move when she stops painting, seen in your very heavily edited and deceptive videos. More coaching to get her to laugh and smile too.
In the very first video she actually did do the painting using her left hand. But then Robert was talking to Candy as if she was a dog trying to get it to do tricks. When there is that much coaching as seen and heard in these videos, than the question needs to be ask, "Does Candy really love painting?"

Robert and Sandy Waters are pathetic. They posted a painting on their CWAA Facebook page with "Praying for all those in the path of Hurricane Irma ~ Please Share." Then proceeded to promote said painting trying to get sales. Of course they didn't bother to offer to donate any proceeds to an organization. No, they are greedy [censored] people. Keep posting your BS on your cyber-bullying page on Facebook~KARMA!
They love to try to profit off of tragedy. That is their specialty. They did it with the deaths of David Bowie, Prince, the Pulse massacre...among many others. They recycle old pictures of fake art and then act like they "just painted it" in honor of ___.
They aren't donating to charities or raising awareness. They are pocketing all of the profits.

I have had the worst experience with tuna pohlman. A friend of mine had a birthday party and lots of money was donated but tuna would not give us a tax receipt or even admit she got the money. Look up apsfa on the. Bbb it is true. She is a bully and a fake doctor who probably don't have aps. She hates all other groups for aps and lupus and even als. She is such a hater and a liar and a thief. What a disgusting excuse for a human being to steal from sick people. She wanted $20, 000 in donations to take her friends to the biggest aps conference in the world to pass out info flyers to a bunch of aps experts. Just so happens it was in beautiful brazil. Regarding Brazil, the is hilarious. Would you like to see our passports? We were to speak there. We had 5 scholarships to pass out, a booth to run with APS ACTION, materials to print and lectures to attend. Take our friends; no. The proof of the scholarships is listed in our IRS 990 which can be found on GuideStar and Antiphospholipid Syndrome: Insights and Highlights from the 14th International Congress on Antiphospholipid Antibodies. Tina was unable to attend but materials were shipped, scholarships and sponsorship were made. If you remember this was the year Dr. Pierangeli died so it was quite a sad Congress for us. So, this claim is false as well.

So clearly, we have nothing to hide. All donors get a tax receipt, even if the donation was for a penny. We have copies of every receipt, so if you can please provide us proof of the donation (cancelled check, cancelled money order or PayPal transaction number, we do not accept cash) and of course their full name and address as we have no donations from the United Kingdom or from a "Birthday Party" in honor of your friend, we will be happy to research that out. I am sure we will find that is claim is false as well.
As far as Tina's medical history, that really is not this board business. But we do know that she has made her diagnosis she public on her public page. Please note, your post is libel and proven as such.

Zazzle, please do the decent thing and remove the "Candy Waters Autism Artist" SCAM and stop helping the parents to exploit their severely Autistic child. Sandy as of yesterday is spamming the Chicago BBB with her Zazzle Store(Click on Website button). It went from the "Candy Waters Autism Artist" facebook page to the "Candy Waters Autism Artist" Zazzle Store, selling her fraudulent art. I hope the Chicago BBB don't allow this [censor] because I didn't think a person is suppose to set up a store there. But, we shouldn't put anything past Sandy since she has spammed 1000s of websites for the sole purpose of selling her fraudulent art. She has Chicago down for the city where she lives instead of Park Ridge.
And besides, what does selling her fraudulent Zazzle art has to do with In-Home Autism Therapy anyhow? I look for Sandy to make more changes to her BBB page.

True, the APS Foundation will get some 1 star complaints, but they are very few compared to the overwhelming number of 5 star compliments it gets. Even the most honest organization can’t make everyone happy. That is how it is in this dog eat dog world. APS’s 4% of 1 star ratings is minimal next to your “Unspoken Gift” book on Amazon, of a whopping 57% 1 star ratings and 4% of the 2 and 3 star ratings. You should be so lucky to have only 4% 1 star ratings, Cynthia 10 aka Sandy.
