I have been using Arbonne products for a while now and my skin, body and hair has never looked/felt better
I have been using Arbonne products for a while now and my skin, body and hair has never looked/felt better. Also my consultant is an absolute dream and the community just seems so lovely and like one big family! This company really wants the best for their clients, consultants and the planet. Hello? Cruelty free, gluten free, vegan, botanically based products! AND they have a terracycle program where you can send the empties back to have them properly recycled if they are hard to recycle materials! They are simply the best.
I just read almost a dozen of these negative reviews and they just seem off to me
I just read almost a dozen of these negative reviews and they just seem off to me. I’ve been using arbonne products for almost 7 years and never had any issues with quality of products or their customer service. When one person said they called and Arbonne didn’t pick up the phone makes no sense. They have a huge customer service team dedicated to resolving any issue and they list their call times that they’re open. There have been certain times where it states high call volumes and you’ll be waiting a while, but you can get a call back. Out of the handful of times I’ve had to call them, they’ve always helped and half the time they send me a free product for my trouble. If you happen to get the ONE person who isn’t up to par on the other end of the line; just call back in a little while and you’ll get someone else. They also have a 45 day return policy so for the few people who feel their skin didn’t react well, you’re capable of calling or emailing and asking for a refund with no questions asked. And all the reviews about being charged mysteriously is also very questionable. I have heard that arbonne has been dealing with fraud orders placed, but that’s not on them; that’s on whoever stole the credit card information and is trying to either see if the stolen card will work on big purchases or maybe trying to resell product. I wonder if these people asked where the order was shipped to. Arbonne is very aware of fraudulent purchases and welcomes the reports. My consultant does her due diligence by monitoring every order she doesn’t recognize that goes through her manifest and reports unknown clients. I have had my payment info saved to my online account with them for 7 years and I haven’t had one order placed mysteriously by Arbonne; they would clearly be sued. CC theft is real; please monitor your accounts. If you don’t know a brand, how would they magically have your payment info? It was clearly stolen by someone else by some other means. Whether you entered your info on some other website or someone scanned your card at the gas station. Use RFID wallets and pay encrypted-ly online. Arbonne’s transactions are encrypted. You can’t even place an order if one letter is out of place in your billing name or address; seriously, the order won’t go through. Rant over. Arbonne has been in business for over 40 years. And they’ve been recently recognized as a certified B Corporation as of last year which is phenomenal and proves their business ethics, quality and social and environmental responsibilities through this third party verification. B Corporation certificates aren’t handed out so easily. There’s a lot of responsibility behind applying and keeping approval.
I have NEVER ordered from this company yet i have been charged twice on my debit card. The 1st time, i called my bank and they investigated and replaced the money, but i also had to cancel the card and get a new one. I finally got my new card and 2 months later (3/1/21) i have another charge from this company! How can that be? The card is NEW and i dont know what this company is... what else do I need to do to avoid being robbed?
I also just got a fraud alert from Amex for a $71 charge from this company that I have never heard of. Very alarming to see that others have recently experienced the same thing.

Arbonne Review: A Costly Mistake That Cost Me More Than Just Money
I went to this party and thought it would be a good idea to sign up for Arbonne. I met some really nice ladies who told me all about how easy it is to make money with this company. But boy, was I wrong! It's a really long story, but let's just say that I lost a lot of money and even some good friends and family because of this marketing scheme.
I had a customer who bought a bunch of face powders from me, only to find out on Christmas Day that they were empty! I had no idea that the actual powder refills were sold separately. My customer was so embarrassed and I felt terrible. And to make matters worse, I didn't even get a commission on that order because you don't get commission on the powder cases! It's always something with Arbonne.
I used to invite people to parties and try to sell them Arbonne products, but now no one wants anything to do with me. It's really sad because I lost some really good friends over this. Arbonne really humiliated me and conned me out of my hard-earned money. I wish I had never gotten involved with this company.
Overall, I would not recommend Arbonne to anyone. It's just not worth the hassle and the heartache. Stay away from this company if you value your friendships and your money.
Arbonne Water Bottle Review: Leaks, Hard to Open, Poor Customer Service & Return Policy
Yo, I was checking out some reviews for Arbonne and I gotta say, I feel the same way as some of these peeps. I got one of their water bottles from a friend and it's been leakin' like crazy. Plus, the lid is super hard to take off sometimes, which means the seal is probably busted. I got three of these bottles, one for me and two for my nephews, and they ain't had no problems. But when my friend called customer service to complain, they said I gotta send a picture of the bottle leakin'. Like, how the heck am I supposed to do that when it only happens sometimes? They should just take my word for it and send me a new one. But nah, they don't stand by their products and even make you pay for shipping if you wanna return somethin'. That's whack. I say skip Arbonne and just buy from Amazon. ARBAD needs to go outta business, for real.
Arbonne Review: Terrible Customer Service and Delivery Issues - Not Worth the Hassle
I gotta say, I'm not one to write reviews, but I just had to share my experience with Arbonne. I spent a ton of money on their products, but when the courier delivered it to the wrong address (which they even showed me a picture of), Arbonne just shrugged their shoulders and said it wasn't their problem if I didn't get my order. Like, seriously? You're just gonna take my money and not even try to make it right? I've sent them so many emails trying to get some help, but they either ignored me or just kept saying they'd send it again. But guess what? I still haven't gotten it, and it's been weeks and weeks. And don't even get me started on how long I had to wait on hold when I finally tried calling them - 4 hours and 15 minutes! That's just ridiculous.
Now, I will say that the products themselves aren't terrible. But after this whole mess, I'm never buying from Arbonne again. It's just not worth the hassle and stress they put me through. And you know what really grinds my gears? There are actual laws and regulations in place to protect consumers when stuff like this happens. So now I have to go through this whole legal process just to get my money back. Ugh. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a company that actually cares about their customers.
Arbonne Review: Manipulative Friends and Inauthentic Products
So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Arbonne. I tried to save a friendship that was going down the drain, but boy was I in for a surprise. First off, let me just say that I don't appreciate the way Arbonne operates. It's one of those multi level marketing schemes, you know? And they try to pass themselves off as all natural, but I'm not buying it. Plus, their prices are just ridiculous.
But the real kicker for me was how my friends, a mother and daughter duo, were using Arbonne to manipulate and control our friendship. We've been friends for over 10 years, but for the past 3 years, every other conversation was about Arbonne. It was like they couldn't talk about anything else. And then they wanted me to do a live video on my personal Facebook page for a virtual Arbonne party. Like, what? I don't even like being on Facebook, let alone doing live videos. I'm not gonna let them manipulate me like that.
And let me tell you, the daughter is a real piece of work. At home, she's a total prima donna, but on social media, she's all innocent and caring. It's like she's trying to get attention or something. And don't even get me started on the selfies. It's like, enough already. And both of them are just so fake and two-faced. They act like they're good friends, but really they're just attached at the hip because of their young grandchildren and their need for control. And now they're using the kids as poster children for Arbonne. It's just sad.
But I guess that's the Arbonne way, right? Not authentic at all. So, if you're thinking about getting involved with Arbonne, just be careful. It might cost you more than just your money.
Arbonne Liquid Sunshine Review: Disappointing Product and Bad Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm a fan of Arbonne. I've been using a few of their products for a while now and they've been treating me pretty well. I keep coming back for more, you know? But let me tell you, I had a real bad experience with their Liquid Sunshine. I bought two 4oz tubes of the stuff and it was just terrible. No matter how little I used, my skin looked straight up orange. Every time I wore it, people would ask me why I looked like a pumpkin. Needless to say, I stopped using it and told my Arbonne person about the problem.
Now, I gotta admit, I bought the product over a year ago and didn't start using it until the next summer. But still, the products are pretty pricey and I expected better. When I told my Arbonne person about the situation and ordered some other products, she reached out to whoever she deals with for some direction. She even told them that she tried it herself and it turned her skin orange too! But you know what they said? They said it was too late and there was nothing they could do. Can you believe that?
I mean, I know it's just one product, but it's completely unusable and expensive. And I wouldn't be surprised if other people had the same problem. The customer service was just awful. If it was a smaller issue and they offered me some product or some kind of compensation, that would be fine. But to just say "too late" and leave me with unusable product? That's just bad customer service.
Anyway, I still have one tube of the stuff in the original packaging, unopened, and another tube that I barely used. I don't know what to do with them now. Maybe I'll just give them away or something. But yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with Arbonne right now.
Disappointed by Arbonne: Rude Salesperson, Wrong Item, and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not one to complain, but I am so bummed out by Arbonne, or more specifically, their sales person. I was invited to an online Facebook party and decided to place an order. The consultant asked me if I wanted to add $20 to my order to become a preferred customer and get 20% off for the whole year. I thought, "why not?" and went for it.
I put in my order at 8:00 PM and the next morning, I saw a post on Facebook about a big sale. If you spent over $100, you could get $50 worth of free products, and if you spent over $200, you could get an extra $100 worth of free products. Since my order was over $200, I asked if I qualified for the sale. The consultant responded with a really rude "Ha, ha, I didn't even think of this sale until now. I just need a few more orders to get my District Manager's promotion." I mean, come on, that's not a very nice response.
When I finally got my order, I was so disappointed. They sent me a catalog that was all in French, and one of the items I ordered was the wrong thing. I wanted eye makeup primer, but they sent me something else entirely.
Now, I'm trying to get in touch with the exchange or refund line, but it's a total nightmare. The automated system keeps telling me I need an area code or that I have the wrong number.
Honestly, I'm so frustrated and turned off by this whole experience that I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Arbonne again. I just don't appreciate the lack of integrity and the high-pressure sales tactics that this company seems to be using.
Arbonne Review: A Pyramid Scheme That Preys on Vulnerable Women
This company, Arbonne, is not worth your time or money. They claim to care about their products and people, but the truth is far from that. As you can see from other reviews, this company had a boom in 2020, but since then, the reviews have been negative. I unfortunately lost a dear friend to this company, who was vulnerable and manipulated into joining. Arbonne is a pyramid company that claims to empower women, but in reality, they do the opposite. They prey on those who are financially and emotionally vulnerable, promising them a Mercedes and a false lifestyle. However, the reality is that the car is in your name, and if you don't meet the sales quota, you're stuck with a huge car finance deal that you can't afford.
To make matters worse, Arbonne consultants use social media platforms to sell their products, which can lead to inadvertently isolating yourself from your friends. They share each other's posts, attend parties, and add intriguing posts to build their profile and add more members. Stuart Armstrong, the founder of Arbonne, claims to empower women, but in reality, he's manipulating vulnerable women to build his own pyramid scheme and create a larger income for himself.
Arbonne consultants use affirmations, positivity, and self-worth to cover up any negativity and promote their business. However, the truth is that they don't care about their people or products. They only care about making a profit and building their pyramid scheme. Don't be fooled by their false promises and claims. Stay away from Arbonne and find a company that truly cares about their people and products.
Arbonne Review: Impressive Ranks, Expensive Products, Cutthroat Company Culture
I started working with Arbonne back in November of 2018 and I have to say, I was pretty impressed with how quickly I was able to move up the ranks. Within just a few months, I was promoted to a District Manager at the first level, and my friend who was also a consultant helped me sell $8,000 worth of products. That's how I was able to get promoted so quickly.
One thing I really love about Arbonne is their 30-day program. I did it back to back to back and the whole food nutrition, along with the break it gave my digestive system, made my body so happy! I will admit, the products are a bit on the expensive side, but since I sell them, I basically get my stuff for free.
However, there are some things about the company that I don't particularly like. For one, it seems like the District Managers are the ones who really keep the company afloat, while the Area Managers, Regionals, and National Vice Presidents get all the perks. And if a DM quits, the upline doesn't seem to care because then they can just take over their customers.
I also had an issue with my upline manipulating sales to promote my best recruit out of my central district, which made it impossible for me to bonus. It's frustrating because it seems like the higher-ups are the ones who benefit the most from the company's success.
Despite all of this, I still consult for my base of friends because I still want my stuff for free. However, I don't make as much as I'm used to because my bonus potential was stripped from me. I did report my upline and they are currently investigating her. I hope she gets what's coming to her and loses her consultant ID number.
Overall, I really do love the products that Arbonne offers, but the company can be pretty cutthroat at times. When certain areas are going for region and a Mercedes stipend, they will sideline you to get to your network, especially if they don't think you're working as hard as they are. It's definitely not for the faint of heart, but if you're willing to put in the work, it can be a pretty rewarding experience.
Arbonne Skincare Review: Not So Natural After All
So, I went to this party for Arbonne a while back, and they were talking about how their products are all natural and don't have any of those nasty chemicals that can mess up your skin. I have really sensitive skin, so I thought it would be a good idea to try it out. I got the Re9 kit, which is supposed to be good for acne and dry skin. But after using it for a few weeks, my skin was worse than ever. My acne was flaring up and my face was super oily all the time. Plus, the masque gave me an allergic reaction and my skin was starting to burn. I was like, "What the heck? I thought this stuff was supposed to be all natural!"
So, I did some digging and found out that even though Arbonne says they don't use the most popular chemicals like parabens and mineral oils, they still have plenty of other toxic chemicals in their products. I was pretty disappointed, but I decided to give them another chance and try the calming range. But, surprise surprise, I had the same reactions. I told my consultant that it wasn't working for me and I wanted a refund. She said she would come pick up the products and give me my money back, but it's been over a month and nothing has happened. I still have the products sitting in my mailbox and no refund in sight.
It's really frustrating because I feel like I'm not getting the same customer service now that I'm not a customer anymore. I was really hopeful about Arbonne and their all-natural approach, but it just didn't work out for me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with sensitive skin or anyone who wants to avoid toxic chemicals in their skincare.
Arbonne 30 Day Challenge: Expensive and Ineffective, Not Worth the Hype
So, I'm like almost done with the 30 day Arbonne thing and honestly, it's not great. I mean, I eat pretty healthy normally and don't have any like major health problems (which they keep talking about), so maybe I'm not the right person for this. But my friend is a consultant and I wanted to support her, so I signed up. And let me tell you, it's expensive. Like, I had to buy all these products that make some pretty wild claims, like this "Digestion Plus" stuff and these fizzy drink things and these super sugary shakes. And then on top of that, they want you to buy all this organic, free range, blah blah blah food. I'm spending like 50-60% more than I usually do on food. But I figured, hey, if it works, it's worth it.
But it's not working. I'm on week 3, which is supposed to be the "cleanse week", and I'm just so tired all the time. And those shakes? I'm so sick of them. And I don't know if this is TMI, but I'm constipated like crazy. And I'm not the only one in my secret Facebook group (which is actually pretty cool, I like that part). But even our coaches don't seem to have any good suggestions. I'm gonna stick it out for the full 30 days, but I would never recommend this to anyone. Maybe if you only eat junk food all the time it could help, but otherwise, no way.

re9 line
Date of the incident was january 23rd, and the product (eye cream) created a huge allergic reaction, my eyes swelled up like balloons, and the under eye skin was bright red, scaly, peeling, and had a leathery texture.. This lasted about a month and during this time all of my acquaintances and clients thought I was dying, I looked so terribly sick, and literally nothing helped it. No natural products like coconut oil, or aloe vera, or anything. It has since been perpetually reacting to literally everything I put on it so I can no longer wear makeup and prior to this arbonne product exposure and chemical burn/allergic reaction, my skin was never sensitive to anything. Anyhow, my skin still reacts to everything now, five months later and I must use corticosteroid creams to manage the contact itching, burning, redness and puffiness... Which is horrible because you can not use steroid creams on the most delicate skin on your entire body without destroying it... Which means that not only did the reaction and the scarring it created age me by about ten years within a few weeks, but on top of that, the steroid cream I must now use on a regular basis to manage it, is also aging me prematurely. So I look forty now all of the sudden and i'm only thirty. Because of this theft of my youth and the fact that the company has known about these reactions for a decade and yet refuses to investigate why the product destroys so many womens faces, nor give warnings on the bottles, I would like to start a class action lawsuit against them and am collecting people who want to join. If a quick google search is any indication, you all have had similar experiences. Its a terrible product line. And they must take it off the shelves or at the very least pay for how much they've destroyed my face and thus my life. I'm in the holistic health industry so I can't look deathly ill or prematurely aged if I want to sell my services. Yet that is what they did to me. Please email me at conscious touch 88 @gmail.com if interested in joining. There are no spaces in the email, however they would hide the email address if I didn't space it out.
it’s a long story mascara
I purchased a new it's a long story mascara late last year & have just started to used it . It's one of my favourite products. I noticed a small crack in the plastic & now the casing has snapped completely at the top. It is now ruined & unusable. It was clearly damaged to begin with. I am very unhappy as it's not a cheap product & one of my favourite items. I would like a replacement.
Have you gotten a response? I would contact your consultant or Arbonne customer service directly if you haven't. I had the same issue and Arbonne immediately replaced the mascara with a new one!
both products and services
I was super excited to meet new people as I was new to the neighborhood and wanted to make friends. The first new friend in town I met pitched me a sales pitch... surprisingly not to buy products but to quit my regular job and become a consultant. Although I despise my work I despise selling stuff even more. I declined but said I may be interested in purchasing some overpriced products just to leave and avoid the hugely uncomfortable and awkward situation. Seemed to smooth things over although a few more attempts were made to pressure me into becoming a consultant again. She continued to list me as a client and things went on for a bit with no more pressure. Then another friend hooked up with her and became a consultant. Now I had two friends pressuring me to become a consultant. I totally totally suck at sales. They assured me that the products sell themselves and that I didn't need to anything. If products sell themselves why do they need consultants? Smelling BS from a mile away and not wanting to lose two new "friends" I made in town I reluctantly agreed to throw a party...I though great opportunity to make friends. I threw a party and it went well although was more of a sales pitch to become a consultant (following a script) then selling products. The party was a success and I received a bunch of stuff for cheap which was awesome. I realized though that my family and friends must have spent a fortune for me to get such a discount so I call and message them the next day apologizing for pressuring them to come and buy stuff. Let's face it you go to these parties and buy stuff so you don't hurt friends feelings. After my successful party I made it clear it was fun and glad I could help the two consultants get some clients but never in this lifetime would I become a consultant. That subject has never been brought up again.
Now on to the actual product. Thank goodness I got most of the stuff for very cheap as I am not happy with much of it. The lip balm at $24.00 a stick is the worst chap stick I have ever owned. I like the energy fizz sticks but I am reluctant to actually use them as it's like using and wasting gold it was so expensive. Dont get me started on shipping costs $13.00 for shipping a small tube of chapstick? You got to be f'ing kidding me? I ordered a bottle of shampoo back in November and still have not received it in January. I call the company and they say they have no order on file. There is nothing they can do. I remind them that I can go to a salon buy a cheaper bottle of shampoo and walk out with it that day. They tell me I am Purchasing chemicals and it's not natural etc. I say "you missed the point...I can get it the same day". I had put it on my credit card so after 4 months of no product decided to call credit card compy to reimburse me for. Product I did not receive then they can fight with Arbonne.
Lastly aside from this being an obvious pyramid scheme (don't say otherwise my work does not ask me to find more employees so I can make more money). The return policy is 45 days but return products have to go through your consultant and no one wants to upset their friends. So I am sure friendships have been lost over this etc...infact I could very well be losing friends just for posting this. Be aware of this company...say no to purchasing (honestly I have tried a ton of their products and they really aren't that great). Say no to parties. ...who needs that guilty feeling amongst friends and family and most of all say no becoming a consultant. The top execs clearly make their money by consultants buying samples. Hence why neither consultant cared too much if I bought product or not they were more pressuring for me to become a consultant.
service
One of your Consultants
Christine Dickson is trying to get me to drop my consultant whome I am very happy with. She is very presistant in telling me how bad other consultants are and to go with her. I think it is very poor business for Arbonne to allow consultants to overstep their boundaries by trying to steel other clients from other consultants.
This is very underhand and I certainly will make this public on social media if this isn't corrected.
loss of consultant status
I have been a consultant since approx 2006 and have been grandfathered in at the 35% level.
I received an email approx. 6 weeks ago stating I needed to renew to keep my grandfathered 35% status. I went in to the website and saw no banner or prompt that my renewal was due. Nothing came up saying it was due. I attempted to go in anyhow to multiple places to renew, putting in my credit card number several times. It just didn't seem to be going through like it usually had in the past and nothing was reflected with my credit card statement. I then called customer service over my lunch hour the next day and spoke to a gentleman who checked and said I was up to date and no further action was needed on my part. I asked him multiple times, and each time he gave me the same answer that everything was fine and up-to-date. I reminded him about the email that I had received and he informed me that is a random email that goes out to all consultants regardless if they're up-to-date or not. He told me to disregard the email. I tried to verify over and over informing him that I did not want to lose my status and he assured me everything was fine and up-to-date. So I hung up and did not pursue any further action.
The end of last week, I received an email stating that I needed to renew my preferred client status to keep my 20% discount and update my credit card information. Why am I at a preferred client status and only a 20% discount?
So for a second time, today I took my lunch break and made a phone call to Arbonne customer service. This time I spoke to a woman who was very helpful, was able to see the phone call that I had made in December and stated that the notes regarding that phone call verified my story. However, she said she was unable to do anything for me, she could not reinstate my 35% grandfathered in status. She gave me the name and email address of Ann Wandishin and told me that she would be the one to contact to be able to reinstate my 35% grandfathered-in status. I sent her an email and heard NOTHING back from her. So today I tried to get in to my account to update information and at least get my 20% discount until this mess can be straightened out. I cannot get in, cannot reset my password, cannot update my credit card information...NOTHING! It continually says nothing is valid. What the heck is going on? I have been with Arbonne for over 10 years and this is how I am treated. I was lied to by the initial Arbonne rep and then ignored by my upline. I am someone who has always paid renewals in a timely manner, used Arbonne product for over a decade...and am being completely ignored. If mu business is not wanted, the decent thing to do would be to be upfront and honest instead of this run around I have been getting.
the company sent wrong items and still hasn't changed them
My sister told me that she bought beauty products from the company www.arbonne.com. She told me that it was easy to navigate the website and the description was clear. But the seller mixed the orders and sent completely wrong items. She returned all products and asked to change them as soon as possible, but the owner still hasn’t done it. Suspicious attitude and work.
scam
Arbonne is ripping you off on sales tax because they are charging for the full price before the " supposed" discount and not on actual dollar amount which they remit payment on. They are also collecting way too much on their shipping charges . Shipping doesn't cost that much, therefore its going in someone's pocket. In addition to that the consultant pitch for $79.00 is a scam.
I purchased a product from arbonne recently and it does not live up to its promise. The shipping charges are astronomical as well. I would give this company one star.
crappy customer service
All in all arbonne has great products. Buuuut they are so expensive and always adding on extra fees. The last time i made an order they messed it up so gave me a customer service voucher worth $32. 50. You can only use it on items $32. 50 and less (So if you want to use it on another more expensive product and pay the difference you can't) . And if you don't use all the voucher it doesn't go towards taxes or shipping. So my "free" voucher costs me $18 to ship my product. $18 isn't that much but if something is free stop adding extra taxes! I've spent a ton of money with arbonne and am sick of the crappy customer service. They take your money and then they're good. They get all these people amped about easy way to make money and they are just fooling people. I once tried to cancel an order (And did so within the hour) and said there was nothing they could do. I ordered that with the speedy delivery option and my roommate ordered something with normal delivery time. With the order they wouldn't let me cancel that i paid extra for fast delivery came 3 days after my roommate's order with normal delivery made the same day. . . Garbage. Done with the company. Treat your loyal customers better or don't plan to be around too long.

arbonne re9
I have been using Arbonne products for 13 years. I was introduced to Arbonne by my daughter who previously used Arbonne products. Her complexion was gorgeous. I was hooked on Arbonne UNTIL they changed the ingredients in their RE9 Restorative Day Creme. I always made sure I was fully stocked with the day creme because (besides the facial lift) I considered...

I used the Arbonne Celluar Renewal Masque for the first and last time yesterday! The box states "slight transient tingling or redness may be experienced and is normal for a masque this type". Applied the product as instructed, left on less then 7 mins, and it wasn't just redness I experienced! It burned my face, and was extremely red. My face has been red for over 24 hrs, and is painfull, as well. The box doesn't stated why there would be redness, and how long it could last. Also, doesn't state that it may cause burning. I do not have sensitive skin, which is why I tried this product in the first place. There needs to be more warnings on this product. Use with extreme caution.

ridiciulous &return& policy
I went to a party and was convinced by the presentation how good the foundation was so I spent $45 on it. After using it for about two weeks (not every day) I wasn't happy with it. I contacted the consultant via Facebook message. She responded and said she was sorry I didn't like it and did I want a refund or a replacement? I asked her what the policy was and then didn't hear back for two weeks so I messaged her again. She messaged me that she was so sorry but now it was too late to return it. Are you kidding me? I messaged her in PLENTY of time. I contacted her upline who defended her and basically told me I should have called her instead (even though Facebook showed her reading my messages and she'd been responding originally). So now she's going to "act" like she's returning someone else's order and I have to fill out all this paperwork to send it back, and then wait FOUR-SIX WEEKS for a refund. I'm not holding my breath. Will not buy from this company again. I was a Partylite candles consultant for years. This is not how I nor Partylite takes care of customers.

rashes and hives
My sister and I attended a arbonne party and felt oblige to buy something to encourage our host
I ordered shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser, nothing bad but nothing great happen
My sister got skin care product with sun protection, she got rashes and hives all over her face, stop for couple days and tried again same thing happened, so we spoke with the rep/host and were told that she returned all products and got reimbursed but that it was to late for my sister to do anything... Never buy arbonne product
Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
My sister and I attended an Arbonne party and felt oblige to buy in order to encourage the person; I felt I would be safe in ordering shampoo, conditionner and body wash, well nothing bad happen but nothing extraordinary happen either; as for my sister, she bought a facial spf cream and got rashes every time to the point that her face got swollen and very red...has not been able to get any information nor reimbursement...so NEVER again will we buy from ARBONNE

severe skin reaction
Severe skin reaction. Beware! I have been to my dermatologist twice now. First time was 72 hours ago and received a steroid injection. No reduction in severe face swelling as of this writing. Paid us$230.00 to fry face and spend money on visits to dermatologist! Buyer beware. Don't say you weren't warned!
Ive had a reaction to the retinol for two months now. How long did ypurs last?
allergic reaction to 'natural' product
I have contacted Arbonne UK 5 times now to complain about an allergic reaction I had to their products, not so much complain actually, more to advise them of my reaction, so they can investigate it... I did not have sensitive skin... but I certainly do now after using Arbonne's products. I am copying the letter I have sent them 5 times now below, to shame...
Read full review of Arbonne and 11 commentsa nightmare
I purchased the Arbonne Clear and Clean Advantage kit from my sister-in-law, who is an Arbonne Consultant, after she claimed that those products worked on her in less than 12 hours. She also bragged about the success of this muti-million company and how it transforms the lives of many individual distributors. To satisfy my curiousity, I even went out with her to one of her Arbonne meetings and I was introduced to her Regional Vice President that drives a company Mercedes Benz.. I've learned from their presentation that the success of this business primarily depends on how many people you'll recruit to become consultants. Moving on, I decided to try those products first on my stubborn acne before I sign up as a consultant. Here's my experience:
Week one - Little to no changes
Week two - Saw more pimples than ever before and I developed cystic acne
Week three - (Thought it might have just been an initial breakout cyle so I gave it another try and only used it once a day) The result? One hundred times worse! I could not even cover it with make up anymore that everybody could help but notice the dramatic change on my face... Very bad
To my frustration, I called up my sister-in-law and told her my experience. She admitted that she had the same reaction and had to stop using them for a while. Instead, she used toothpaste and mouthwash to undo the damage. That's when I decided to return all the products and I had to pay the shipping which was $15. I told my sister-in-law that I would never sign up as a consultant and she called me a 'loser'. With my horrendous experience with those products and the people working for Arbonne, I say no thank you. I may not become a millionaire in my 9-5 desk job but at least I have dignity. I don't make false claims just to fool people to buy into purchasing their products. I'd rather stand up for my morals and work ethics at this point.

I am new to Arboone, and insisted on becoming the product before my first launch! I feel bad for anyone that has had a bad experience, but for me, IT"S AMAZING! I have been using the RE9 for 25 days and the proof is in the picture {below} no make-up (mascara only in bottom pic) no cover up no foundation no photo shop! Just real results! Needless to say I AM the product, I AM a believer, I AM Arbonne! In my first week of RE9 I did produce a few pimples and a little puffiness under my eyes HOWEVER when dirt is being surfaced and removed from your skin, that my friend is a pimple! SO THANK GOD IT WORKED! As for the puffiness, that was my skin coming back to life! THANK GOD for that too! Just look at the difference in the pictures!

HEY! :) My wife is rockin the ARBONNE life. She was awesome before (toot toot) but now she is exuding such POSITIVITY that we love it. I want positive people in my life (and family's life), and this seems to be the avenue. Good products. Awesome value. Outstanding support all around. Just seems to bring out happy people. SO, with that said, I want positive people to reach me and we can let you know how Arbonne works. It's your call or not. Thanks, Eric.Levin@yahoo.com.
I'm sorry that you had a bad experience, but every product isn't for every person. What works for some necessarily does not work for others. I use some Arbonne products that have worked well for me, and others i have tried I have not been crazy about. I do think your sister in law was wrong in calling you a "loser" but it's possible that her claims about the product weren't "false claims" IF the product worked for her. I don't have an acne problem so I have never tried that product. I do use their RE9 facial care system and it seems to be keeping a good handle on my dry winter skin. I was actually going to check their website to see if the moisturizer was available when I found your complaint, and I felt I had to respond to let people know that every Arbonne consultant isn't like your sister in law (mine is actually a lady I met at the library and is very nice - no pressure to be a consultant or anything), and they should give it a chance, maybe ask for a sample before buying anything. I got samples of the RE9 before I bought and used them, liked it and made my decision based on MY experience, not anyone else's.
Arbonne has great products! https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/beautyadvisor.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1
So sorry to hear about your experience with your sister in law and the Clear Advantage. We have had great success with Clear Advantage but everyone is an individual and you may have needed more hands on assistance. Please contact Arbonne and share your experience. They will want to know everything from your reaction to the products through the response or lack of from your sister in law. Arbonne is a 32 year old company with high quality products and high integrity. Give them a chance to respond to your experience. In fact, be sure your notify CEO, Kay Napier. 1-800-Arbonne
If you are able to keep me posted, I would be most grateful!

Have fun on my money if you need it more than me.

I am sorry to learn of your dissatisfaction with the hand treatment for age spots. We have had great success with this product and have many before and after photos to see the results for yourself. I would need to discuss with you further to determine why it was not successful for you. Beyond this, your consultant should want to take care of you even if it is beyond the 45 day guarantee. Please contact me. I would be happy to discuss this matter further with you. Arbonne has been in business for 32 years. This has not been accomplished by creating products that don't work and accumulating dissatisfied customers. Quite the contrary. I hope to hear from you.
refuse refund
This company would not refund an item and claimed that it had "no value" because I exchanged it. Trying to explain that I paid for the item to begin with and that I am still out the money went on deaf ears. I will never purchase from this company again. Beware if you don't get the right item when purchasing on line you might be stuck with it.

baby sunscreen doesnt work!
I ordere ABC spf 30+. Both time i used it my kids wernt outside for more then an hour and fried! I have never had a problem with neutrogena, and i am definatly switching back to it. I cant believe I fell for this product. I tried contacting them twice and both times my complaint was left unanswered. You think with all the networking site they woulf have atleast contacted me back. but nope. got nothing. I Will never ever order or reccomend Arbonne to anyone, Espically the Arbonne Baby Care Products! oh, and i also would never even consider selling the crap!
ALL sunscreens, including Arbonne's ABC, should be applied 30 minutes prior to going out in the sun. THen, , it should be re-applied periodically. We use this on our 2 1/2 year old grandson and his skin has never burned. He goes to the pool for swim lesson and to the beach, as well. Carole Conatser
I use the baby care products and love the sunscreen! With an SPF of 30 it provides great protection. It is very unusual that your complaint went unanswered. Sounds like you need a new consultant! Call 1-800-ARBONNE and share your experience. They will take care of you.
rip off-awful & overpriced
Purchased Arbonne product at a friend's party because I felt like I had to due to friendship. The rep was an ***-couldn't answer basic questions about the line even though she was a full time rep for ten plus years and had to read notes about the 'benefits' of the line. I should have known better. The product I ordered stinks but I thought I'd give it a try. I had to endure the smell of it all day long. I couldn't wait to get home and wash the stink off my face. And of course it broke my face out terribly and I have never had breakouts even when I was a teen. Stay away from this overpriced stinky crap who's reps are uninformed and ***! I should have known-the rep's skin looked like pitted and wrinkled!
scam
Arbonne International is a cosmetics company based in Irvine California. Their main product line contains more than 300 products, such as skin care products, anti-aging therapy, hair care products and weight loss supplements, all supposedly formulated with100% natural herbal and botanical products.
Would-be Arbonne salesmen and women purchase starter kits from distributors for between $29 to $65, relatively small amounts of money compared to most of the major MLM companies.
Many people are convinced there is an Arbonne scam, but the fact is that like most Multi Level Marketing businesses, its business practices are completely legal, though arguably ethically questionable. There are those who have made money participating in the program as well as those who found that the profits, if any, that they made did not match the expectations fostered by the company. The claims Arbonne International makes about their beauty and weight-loss products have not been verified.
I am not an Arbonne rep, but do buy from one. I love their products and never had any problem. The woman I buy from has been doing this for a while and has 2 kids, She seems to do well and enjoy it.
Maybe some people have had bad situations depending on who their other uplines are or something . But as a customer and not a rep, I will continue to buy their products. They give a great discount on my birthday month.

I also had a charge from this company that I have never heard of for $213.94 . Extremely frustrating!
unauthorized charges from this company I've never heard of. Seems like a repeat offender. Would advise steering clear, but appears they like to charge your card even if you don't do business with them."
Scam and predatory business model. I hope this company dies.
