I went into the Ceres store on Mitchell and I got hamburger for my son and my husband and when we got home to eat the cheese burger had nacho cheese and my son of 5 years got sick I had to take him to the emergency room so I called back that same day to speak to the manager and I was explaining what had happened and all she said was ( and what do you want me to.) So I told her you need more customer service cause as a manager for the store has the worse service she was using nacho cheese for the cheese burger and also we bought donuts and the person who had made the was not in the proper clothing. Her hair all up in the donuts no gloves and when my eat the donuts he found hair. The Manager at that store has the most ugly customer service for being a manager she was cussing at me when I was trying to explain the situation I will never again step foot in that store or recommend it to anyone and I will be calling corporate to make another complain against that store thank you

refusing to accept form of payment
I stopped to get gas at the Arco on 2439 Garfield Ave S, Monterey Park, CA 91754. I attempted to pay $12 in dimes because of my circumstances and I was denied because the worker Lorena said that they had to be in coin packs. I myself offered to count out the money but she refused and said she wouldn't take anything. I am extremely disappointed in this service because it is the first time I have been denied service at any Arco station. I have been buying gas from Arco for approximately 20 years and this service was a disrespect towards me. Unfortunately I had to take my form of payment to the competitor Shell, where they gladly accepted my form of payment. The time of the incident was between 7:30 and 7:35 on Friday October 5th. I know the worker does not represent the face of Arco but this is what she is portraying right now. I hope proper action is taken.

I had an BAD EXPERIENCE at one of your Station in Van Nuys, CA...The location Arco am/pm 7557 Sepulveda Blvd receipts says site ID: ARCO42799001...csh: 8 happened at 03:20:04 AM on 9/28/2018...a Hispanic was behind the counter, giving me problems with buying Fuel and would not let me inside the store, when other customers were already inside buying items..I was trying to get gas, cuz the outside pumps were turned off for some reason when I pulled up. When I finaaly got inside he said the pumps are working..No the pumps were not working. I go to arcoalot and this the 1ST time I been Humiliated...I dont like ARCO and IM gonna tell TV stations and NEWs about you.

I drove from oregon and had a cell that needed charging for the rest of my trip, my car charging port did not work, I was told if I wanted to buy this blue usb charging bank I can bring it back to an am/pm to get a refund if not working, the attendant had to scan another product and override the price as it was not even in the system, well the charger did not work, I asked for my money back at a local store for me and was told no cannot take it back, corporate told me a would get a call from them and owner of store well this was on 9/22 and now it is 9/28 and guess what no call.. Do not by from them as they do not stand behind the stuff they are selling..

maria, the manager at this location, refused to help me, a disabled person, by having an arco employee put air in my tire.
My truck needed air in the front left tire. I went in and asked for help per the sign outside and in the store. The worker wanted to charge me $1.00. I once again stated "Im disabled and cant put the air in my tire myself. Can someone put air in my tire?"
She then ca lled Maria the manager, swho stated, "We can help with gas, but not air." I asked "Why not?" To which she replied, "We can't." Maria then says that I can ask someone outside of they'll do it.
I have been coming to this arco sation since I was first licensed. Over 20 years ago.
I did not know that Arco gas discriminates against the disabled.

So I stopped to get gas on September 16, 2018 told the gas attendant I needed$ 25.00 in gas he said pay cash inside so my son said he would go in and pay for it I handed my son the money it was a 20.00 bill and a 5.00 bill he went inside to pay I was only pumped 10.00 in gas I started asking the gas attendant why was I only getting 10 when my son paid 25 .00 to the guy inside at the I explained that my son is developmentally delayed and he got confused at the register I was telling him my son gave you a $20 and $5 he said no he gave me a 10 he tricked my son into saying yeah a 10 so I stayed there over an hr waiting for him to give me either change or more gas the gas attendant told me he was ripping people off all night not putting the right amount in the gas tanks and said I should call the police if he dosnt give me gas so all of a sudden the guy running the register came out and pumped me 6.00 in gas and said nothing to me wich I'm confused so I go in to talk to him he starts degrading me putting me down for being a white women tells me I'm trying to take advantage of a black man trying to lie so we argue I call police they say nothing they can do about it they say call manager in the morning I do call manager he says nothing he can do about it so now I ask him to look at the cameras he says no he is not I ask for owner above number says no there not giving it to me and says that the guys till is under and it's my fault wich I know that the guy that was working had to of pocketed the money or his till would be over I just want this to be stopped that it doesn't happen to Anyone else it was so wrong of the guy running the till to take advantage of a developmentally delayed boy who is 15 yr old who has a capability of a 10 yr old and he darn well knew he ripped my son off and took advantage of him it's so upsetting and my son after all this is very hurt by it because he thinks it's his fault .and is not it's the man fault he took advantage of a child with a disability .

This man degraded me for being a white women called me names treated me like dirt was very verbally abusive I’ve never been treated so badly in my life 😞and not to mention that how horrible he was to take advantage of my young son who is developmentally delayed and he knew right away how to rip off my son this needs to be stopped .

On Thursday, Sept. 6, 2018 at 2:30 pm I went to the Arco station located at 2031 Palos Verdes Drive North, Lomita, CA. When I went in to pay for my gas there was a "discussion" going on between the cashier, manager (Miran) and an older gentleman. Apparently the gentleman asked for a token for the air and was refused. Things quickly escalated when the cashier told him he couldn't have the token because he was not a customer. The man told him that he has been a customer of the station for over 40 years and he needed to put air in his tires. He was loudly and rudely refused and told to leave. The gentleman asked for the manager's name and was told "Miran". He would not give his last name and the cashier told the man to "Get the [censored] out of here" over and over. I finally requested he not use that language is my presence and the manager took over the yelling. The customer asked where his business license is posted so he could take down some information. The manager loudly claimed he didn't need to show him the damned license. The customer said that the license should be posted. When the manager made a move toward the customer the customer said "Do not put a hand on me." He was obviously in fear for his safety. I should note here that at no time did the customer return the verbal abuse. He just kept explaining that he WAS a customer.
I couldn't believe what I was seeing...over a stupid air token. Something is seriously lacking in your training. That type of behavior should never be tolerated. I will NEVER go near that station again. You should all be disgusted.

We bought gas at the arco station august 31 2018 some young fella didn't put that gas cap back on.. It cost us $14.99 to replace the cap.. We ask arco to reimburse us for the cap at the gas station but the manage refused.. Well we won't be getting gas there anymore and being a facebook member I can pass this around real fast. Would be nice however if arco gave us the money back that the worker cost us for not putting the gas cap back on.. My local Arco is Arco ampm 42255, 20455 Devonshire St Chatsworth, Ca. 91311. On June 10, 2018 I purchased $35.00 gas on an $50 Arco gift card I had purchased as a fund raiser at my church. When I went to pump the gas, I immediately saw that I had given the wrong pump number so I went right back in and told the attendant, Addi, to stop the transaction which she did. She did not know how to put it back on the gift card so she told me I had to come back the next day and speak to the manager, Rose. The attendant wrote on the receipt that I did not pump the gas. I have a copy of this. When I spoke to Rose, she was very abusive and said I pumped the gas and then changed her story and said someone else pumped the gas which wasn't true. My husband then went in to speak with her and she said it was my fault because I gave the wrong pump number. She said the employee, Addi, didn't know what she was doing because she was new. Rose kept giving a different excuse. I have a copy of the receipt which if can also email to you. I'm not trying to get something other than the $35 in gas I paid for. I live close to this location and up till last night would go to their store about every other day. I went in two nights ago, (sober if anyone was wondering) to buy some milk. I asked one of the employees If They Carried half gallon milk he looked at me and ignored me so I asked him again I said, "Sir, do you carry half gallon milk. He looked at me with a scowl and said, "Go look! No we dont have!" He is raising his voice at me at this point. I pay for the milk and leave. I stopped in last night and parked my bike against the wall by the store entrance door. The same employer was including garbages outside right next to me and against Cal and made some noises it looked at me. So I asked him is my bike in your way and he looked at me and turned away I said, "Sir, is my bike in your way or is it okay to be here he said it was fine and i said okay. I walked into the store and was looking for a particular soft drink I didn't see it so i asked the same guy as he walked by. He yelled at me threw his hands up in the air and threw the garbage bag in his hand up in the air turn towards me and give me a dirty look. By this point I was upset and starting to raise my voice but I asked him, "Why are you treating me so rudely? I'm here to spend money. I've never been disrespectful to you. Why are you doing it to me. He refused to answer it just kept giving me dirty looks I don't even know this person other than coming to a store and buying something once in awhile and seeing him there. Several people have told me they had problems there before with this employee but the owners don't care and they're [censored] towards the complaining customers as well when they say something to the owner. Taking my business elsewhere and so is my family. My aunt gets gas their and herhusband gets Gas there. It may not matter to the employees and manager, but I'm not that it matters to Fargo's corporate office when I'm going to be in touch with tomorrow unbelievable anger and yelling to the point I had to step back wondering what he was going to do next that's how loud that's how rude.

On July 22 2018 I visited the Arco Station on Sunrise Blvd in Fair Oaks CA. I pumped 40 dollars worth of gas and was charged $150.35. The complaint board says they cant do anything REALLY? I buy a lot of gas for business and guaranteed if some one don't make this right, I will never buy Arco again. They say its independently owned. I say there names on the sign. I just want a refund for $110.35 THATS ALL

The commercial that you are currently airing that had the cat jumping out of the car window is horrible. In a normal situation the the would quite likely get struck by a car in the gas station. I can't believe anyone would be that stupid to not put their cat in a carrier or at least keep the car window closed. I will not be purchasing gasoline or anything else at ARCO as long as that commercial continues to be aired. I find it very upsetting.

I came and paid in cash for some gas at self serve. I then went outside and pressed the button to start, nothing was working. I went inside to check that the attendant knew what he seemed stunned and came outside and spammed the same button multiple times with no result as I arched him for more than 30 seconds. I had to raise my voice to ask second time if I could use the gas pump on the other side. He mumbled something back, I went to the other side assuming he understood.
It still didn't work, I had to go back inside third time and ask why the pump is not working. I feel like he was being racist was trying to waste my time on purpose as I asked for a receipt for gas purchase which seemed to have surprised him.
I went and positioned at another pump and waited for about a minute and then pumps where not activating. I go inside and he finally activates the pump when I yell at him todo so. I come back pump my gas after a 15 plus minute issue. As I'm pumping another customer comes and uses a credit card to pay for the pump That wasn't working for me. This further solidified that the pump was working and either the cashier didn't know how to activate pumps or he was doing it on purpose. I believe it was the latter due to the factje was activating pumps as I was there. I'm going to never use this [censored] gas station.

On 7/12/18 @ approximatly 9:45 pm, I went for gas at the Burlington WA. Arco station on Burlington Blvd.
As on two previous occasions, four employees were standing around and I, was turned away due to their shift change. At the time of shift change they do not allow any gas pumped.
If your employees are so inadiquite in that they have to shut down the gas pumps without having a smooth transition of shift change, or, the individual(s) who made up this rule, think this isn't a turn off for customers there all wrong in my book.
Any shift change should not effect normal business.
I complained in writing before to the store manager, however They stubornly insist on inconviencing customers with this shift change shut down of the pumps .

arco rude customer and cashier= hate speech
ARCO on Riverside and Cirby in Roseville CA. Many cars were waiting for pumps and some girl was busy talking with another customer after finished pumping gas. I asked her to move on so that others could have a turn. She told me to "[censored] off entitled white [censored]" so I went inside to complain to the cashier. The cashier went out and started laughing with the rude customer. This was very upsetting as she is then encouraging the racist hate speech. When I came out of the am/pm the rude customer accused me of being entitled white racist. I never said anything about race! She was the one using hate speech against me. The girl was acting like a prostitute and yelling profanity at me. Feel free to review cameras . This occurred on July11 at approximately 3:30 pm. It was very upsetting. I will not go to this ARCO again. I have photos of the cashier for identification purposes. but a shift schedule should also reveal to you who the lady cashier was that sided with the rude customer who was keeping many others from pumping gas. I will also post this on YELP and Facebook. It was extremely upsetting.
I went to an ARCO station today at 4021 Douglas Blvd. On the door was a sign that says "ONLY CLEARLY LICENSED SERVICE DOGS ALLOWED IN STORE.' I told the two clerks that the sign was incorrect that businesses can't require a license. Both of the clerks became very angry. I felt intimidated. I left the store, but before I left I decided to take a picture of the sign. The male clerk came flying out of the store telling me I can't take a picture of a business. I felt so threatened by him that I got in my truck and left. I have tried 4 times to fill out the complaint form on line and when I finish typing it, it disappears.

When this Arco first opened, we were charged $2 to dump our RV. It went quickly to $5, then $8, then $12, and now $16. And thats been only over a couple years. I feel that they just raise it when they feel and are never on the same page with pricing as other stations. Why such a huge increase and so fast? i won't be using services at this gas station again! employee was being racist and accused me of not paying for items he thought I had taken.
Around 3 p.m. Monday June 8th 2018 I went into Arco gas station in Fremont California located on Automall and Grimmer Boulevard to purchase a few items and get air in my tire. I picked up some cherry and apple pies located towards the front of the store by the cash registers and decided that I did not want them and put them back in the same place I had grabbed them from and decided to buy a soda and a couple of beef jerky's. When I went to pay for the items email employee I did not catch his name. When I put the beef jerky and the soda on the counter he asked me if I was going to pay for the apple pies to. I said I put the apple pies back I decided not to get them I wanted to get the beef jerky instead he proceeded to the back office and told me that he's going to watch the cameras I said that's fine stood back there for about 5 minutes and came back up to the register and ring me up for my beef jerky and apple pies and I asked him for an apology and he told me that he's not going to apologize and that he doesn't trust white people and started going on a rant about how white people took his land from him and I said why are you being racist and he says I am racist so what. There were few other customers in the store who could not believe what this guy I was saying and neither could I. I paid for my items and left on my way out he continue to say how he doesn't trust white people and that he how he is racist and I said that's great you have a good day and when I went outside there was a few other customers who could not believe what he had said. I work in the area and go to this gas station often and I am very upset about this whole situation and for you to hire employees who blatantly say they are racist is something that I can't fathom. I really hope something is done to right this wrong.

On 4/2/2018, around 1500 hours my wife and I stopped for gas at the ARCO AM/PM, Yakima Ave. and 6th St., Yakima, WA. While I was pumping gas my wife went into the store to use the restroom. The clerk told my wife they had no restrooms for public or customers. The female clerk was very surly and rude to both me and my wife. How can you run a public business that has no restroom? What kind of training do the clerks receive?

I came into this gas station to get gas. The nozzle wouldn't connect to my car so I had to stand there and hold it. Once I was finished I cleaned out my car and gathered a small Wal-mart bag of garbage. I went to put it in the garbage and the can was full. I looked up to see the man inside pointing down quickly. I was confused at first until i realized he wanted me to walk over the the can by the door. I looked at him and there was no one else at the station and it just made me mad that because the can by my car was full that i should then search for a empty can. I set the garbage on the full can and he got up and walked out the door and said " I said to put it in this can." I said " I just worked 14 hours and would rather not walk away from my unlocked car because you wont empty your garbage can." He said" Its not my job" I said " You work here, who job is it?" He said very angry "It's the morning's job" I asked who the owner was and he said why. I said to file a complaint. He said he was the manager and that ARCO was the owner. He then told me to go and never come back waving me off. I looked at him and said you have to be kidding. I am a customer that just bought gas and your telling me because i wouldn't walk to the other can and I'm complaining to you about it that i am not to never come back. He then took a picture of me and my licence plate and said you never come back you don't buy gas her anymore. So I got in my car and left.
I usually get gas from the Arco gas station at 570 Redwood Hwy, Mill Valley, CA 94941. Last time I bought gas for the amount that was supposed to fill the tank but it only showed 7/8 of the tank. I am very much suspicious of the pumps calibration. Please check the calibration of the pumps.
I am complaining about the bad service my wife received from the attendant at this gas station.
On July 26th 2017 at 8:15 in the morning my wife went to the ARCO station located at the corner of Los Coyotes Diagonal and Woodruff Ave in Long Beach, CA to get some gas. She pulled up to a pump, exited her car, and walked up to the cashier at the Kiosk. She handed the woman a $20 bill for gas on pump #7. Then she proceeded to turn in a $30 scratch off lotto ticket where she had won $30. The woman behind the counter had told her that she did not have any $30 scratch off tickets but she did have $10 scratch off tickets. So my wife then purchased three $10 scratch off lotto tickets with the $30 winning on the $30 scratch off lotto ticket. Before leaving the Kiosk my wife wanted to confirm with the woman that she did put the $20 that she had given her on the pump. The woman then stated that my wife never gave her $20. They argued back and forth and then wife told her to go check the camera that was pointing at the counter of the Kiosk. The women refused stating profusely that my wife never gave her the $20. My wife then stated fine if you want to steal my money go ahead and again the woman responded that she did not steal her money. My wife then went back to her car to get another $20 because she needed to get gas and proceeded back to the Kiosk. When asked which pump my wife had stated pump #7. The woman then replied that there was already $20 on the pump. At this point my wife was infuriated and responded to this woman that this is proof that she had originally given her a $20. She then told the woman that she needed to apologize to her but the woman refused. This woman behind the counter was very rude and obnoxious. This is unacceptable service that no one should have to put up with.
