I accidentally overpaid my HOA fees for 2 years (set up autopay to go out twice a month instead of once a month) and I called to receive a return of the credit on my account on July 11, 2024. The representative i spoke with said they’d be sending me a check in the mail with a return of my overpayment. Since that call, I have not received a single update. I’ve called multiple times requesting a status update regarding my check and I am sent straight to voicemail. I’ve sent multiple emails. I’ve submitted “contact us” forms. And I can’t even get an automatically generated email back. I’m extremely frustrated. I truly wonder if anyone works at Ardent or if they’ve just laid everyone off at this point. Ironic that an HOA management company can’t even manage itself.
Recommendation: Just no.
