ABSOLUTELY FALSE ADVERTISING!

I tried to call and email several times less then 24 hours after ordering the rug cause I accidentally ordered the wrong size! ZERO RESPONSE ! THE WORST I’ve ever experienced! DO NOT do business wiyh this company!

Desired outcome: Return with no cost!

AreaRugs.com Area rug

They provide horrible customer service including Management. Rugs are not inspected before they are shipped to customer. Of course received damaged rug. Cost incurred $30 to wrap it probably to return which you have to take it to a fed ex location. They just don't care. A $500 rug damaged then have to pay more money to ship it back then wait for fed ex to return it which fedex is not reliable. Probably never see my $500. DO NOT USE AREA RUGS.com! Will not let me send picture which shows line down the carpet and has pulls coming from the fabric already.

Desired outcome: My refund once fedex confirms receipt of the rug plus the $30 I had to spend to ship it back

AreaRugs.com honesty in advertising and customer service

I ordered an area rug in June using a credit card to cover costs. When it arrived it was the wrong one, even incorrect on the label. I initiated a return and received a UPS number to do so. The second one came with the correct labeling but again it was the wrong one. Again it was returned at no cost. Finally the correct rug came but when I placed it on the floor it just wasn't right. I initiated a return again but no UPS label came. After a few weeks I began a 'chat' about getting the label and after hours was told I would have to pay for the rerun myself. Finally I called and got the same person who told me that they had tried 3 times to please me and now I would have to pay for return. When I pointed out their claim of "100% Customer Satisfaction" she said it didn't cover returning rugs.
I filed a dispute with my credit card and filed a complaint with BBB. Area Rugs do not have a customer comment section to their web site so I am doing this.

This company is the worst. Ordered rug, then realized it was the wrong rug. Tried to cancel order mere hours after placing order and I was told it was not possible due to it already being loaded on a truck (really ? That fast?). The company lists it has a "No risk 30 day return" policy, Their idea of "No Risk" is that YOU (the customer) pays for the return...
