Artemis Lifestyle Services Artemis Lifestyle strong-handed tactics unnecessary

This company is fining residents without contacting the property owner, forcing residents and owners to attend long, time consuming zoom calls ( and listening to countless other resident victims pleading to not be fined). Most would comply if properly noticed and given time to complete the tasks. Many residents are very unhappy that they are being treated in this malicious type of unnecessary enforcement.

Desired outcome: Contact the property owner as recorded in the County Property Records website. Then, give a reasonable amount of time to correct any property deficiencies without being fined until the time frame is up

Artemis Lifestyle Services The nature of this dispute is that we have tried contacting this company multiple times over the last 3 weeks with out any response

The nature of this dispute is that we have tried contacting this company multiple times over the last 3 weeks with out any response. My realtor own one of their homes and is selling it to me and we want to know about the life of the cdd fees and more. But they will not contact us back. Multiple emails, multiple phone calls and nothing is returned. We are out of options and we just want this home to be ours.

No action on request to replace dead hedges in front of house despite multiple emails, calls and conversations with landscapers beginning 27 Feb 2021. There are 4 red hedges that run perpendicular to the front walk to our home. Two of hedges on left side died and were subsequently pulled out, leaving a gaping hole. Beginning with first email sent 27 February, I have made at least a dozen attempts to have Artemis fill in hole with same kind of hedges. I sent four emails, made 3 phone calls and have spoken to every landscaper that has come through the neighborhood over the last seven weeks. All to no avail. We are planning to sell our home and the outside looks very bad. All we want are a few hedges matching the existing ones and replacing the ones pulled out.

Artemis Lifestyle Services My community *** in Ruskin Florida has not been managed by the HOA yet

My community *** in Ruskin Florida has not been managed by the HOA yet. My neighbors and I have been here since November and no grass has been cut or maintenance of the outside surroundings areas of each house. In the contract it says the outside would be controlled by the HOA yet nothing has been done. The grass looks like a forest now in everyones front and back yard. Since we are near water more and more bugs are starting to come around and more weeds are growing which is a problem. We are paying HOA fees every month and they still have never came. Why are we paying for service that never occurs. This needs to be fixed asap or we needs to be reimbursed if they are going to continue to charge us and not provide the service. I have tried calling and emailing and never get a response back.

Artemis Lifestyle Services Artemis Lifestyles (AL) manages my HOA, Bay Lakes at Granada

Artemis Lifestyles (AL) manages my HOA, Bay Lakes at Granada. This year AL falsified billing statements which also included inaccurate information - all in a year all in a year AL began charging high fees to pay online. The policies or are outlined on the HOA website managed by AL. Issues include: 1. Statements mailed nearly a month late. Required by 12/10. Dated 12/29, mailed 1/8. 2. Incorrect Due Date. Listed as Jan. 1 should be Jan. 15. 3. Late fees assessment incorrect. Listed as 1/5, policy states 2/3. 4. Late fee notices sent 14 days early. Sent Jan. 18, 14 days ahead of late date. 5. No proactive communication from Artemis Lifestyles regarding the delay. 6. No good faith effort to rectify these errors. Artemis Lifestyles asked requested meeting with the HOA (held 3/8) attended by Tracy D and Suzan K of AL. When asked about a refund to for services said they were looking at it and promised to circle back with a refund offer in a week or two. No response since.

Artemis Lifestyle Services My HOA is with this company at EPPERSON RANCH and I've sent multiple emails, phone calls & voice mails and they don't reach out to me

My HOA is with this company at EPPERSON RANCH and I've sent multiple emails, phone calls & voice mails and they don't reach out to me. It's been almost 3 weeks now. I'm frustrated because they canceled my automatic payments and 3 times have changed the way to pay (don't include lagoon fees, then include them, now back to don't include lagoon fees). They changed the portals of where to pay between the lagoon and HOA several times. 3 weeks ago I received an in person certified letter stating that they are planning on putting a lien on my house for ONE missed payment which they canceled themselves with no notifications or reasons why. I understand they charge quarterly so 1 payment includes 3 in 1 but a courtesy call would have been nice especially since NOT ONE LETTER has been posted on their portal advising of this. I paid the quarterly amount and now I'm fighting for the $125 Administration fee they are charging me in which they are adding 18% daily interest to it. Worst HOA ever!

Harassment by Angela *** over issues that aren't even a violation of the HOA Since my time living in union park, I've spent more than a fair amount of money maintaining my property, upgrading, and cleaning etc. On multiple occassions, I've been harassed by this management company over issues that are either no fault of my own but the builder, or issues that wouldn't normally demand the attention of the neighborhood management company. Most recently was the complaint over a weed in the crack of my driveway. The issue is not difficult to resolve, but with the stress of the world being that it is, I cannot handle additional problems being GENERATED by the HOA of my community considering that there are properties that look like absolute disasters surrounding my house, yet I'm harassed over a weed. For some reason these people are picking me out, possible due to my race. This needs to be addressed and resolved and a clear line drawn so that becomes clear that this type of harassment will not be tolerated.

Artemis Lifestyle Services Back in 2008, i made a payment for HOA dues a little late

Back in 2008, i made a payment for HOA dues a little late. I sent in numerous communications to the HOA giving explanation of why the pmt was late despite asking for leniency for an admin fee that was posted to the account and numerous letters siting hardship and automatic deduction set up so the HOA will be deducted automatically to avoid late payments in future, this Company has continuously ignore my request both by emails and calls and has now threatened to put a lein on my home along with an addition $2000.00 dollars in fee. I feel that this was done deliberately. I have numerous communication ask for us to resolve so that it does not prolong. In March I received a letter from a Law firm stating that i owe $771.00, i again call to discuss and received no response. Due to the pandemic, everything fell to the wayside as I try to get my kids set up for school, try to work from home etc, so i did not follow up. But now 3 months later i again received a letter from another law firm now claiming I owe the HOA over $2,000.00. This is not right, for months i have reached out to the company and also reached out to members of the HOA board in my community who stated that they will look into it and i keep waiting for it to get to a conclusion and now this. I am a single parent, who is struggling to pay my bills ( it is the reason i asked for leinency and forgiveness of the $125.00 in the first place). I should not have to pay and extra $2,000.00 for something i beleive was done in error and was address proactively. I did not ignore this. Please help
