I have emailed artfire numerous times about my order that I was charged for but never received.$ 76.47

stockdominkl is processing your order #2690683.

I have copies of all the emails I've sent.. I was givin the runaround from almost a year. I was told I would receive the speaker but when I didn't the email of the seller was no loner able to connect.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund and response from them to where to send my money to..

Artfire.com I paid on or about $55.00 for a gorilla cart I never got

I ordered a $55 gorilla cart on or about a year ago and i have never received it. my order number was 197251. I will go to the ftc and bbb if i do not receive it. I have called your companys telephone number and i have emailed you all several times in the past. i just got a facial cream company in trouble with the ftc and bbb. I am reporting this company now.

I never received my gorilla cart I paid about $55 for it almost a year ago. When i did not receive it on or about a year ago i called the company and sent alot emails. I still got the emails i sent. if you will go this companys website you will see alot of people have written bad reviews on this company for it being a fraud. I will go to the ftc and bbb on this company. Alot of people never received their products they ordered from this company. 52 reviews on this company and only 2 were ever taken care of. This company is a scam and it is a fraud company. $55 is alot of money to me.

As of today I have not received my merchandise. I have tried to communicate with you and it is impossible. When I send a message to the salesperson of your company, the following appears:

Oh no! We couldn't find any shops by that name "SHINGTOWN".

I need the intervention of Artifre to investigate and return my money through PayPal.

Artfire.com Cancle order and refund

☆⊙☆Update... Hi, Rebecca Campbell here, i had originally complained on July 20th... Well since then... The Elusive artfire.com finally after 39+ emails they responded back to me and it was only after after i made a complaint with the united states postal service fraud investigation team, their federal police law enforcement. Artfires response to me is they were not responsiable for a refund, to contact seller, the seller had deleted his account, i told them that. Artfire hasnt emailed me back on another response. I went to my bank and told them, they started a refund process to visa for me, visa will give me a refund. I had kept every email i sent to artfire and the ones i sent to seller that he never responded to, i showed them returned emails, i showed them the sellers artfire page showing he disapeered and my bank statements show he took my payment through my visa bank debit card. I have the emails to the USPS and the emails they sent me and emails from the law enforcement team for the UPPS. If you havent started doing what i did, start now, thats your evidence for getting your money back through your credit card company, good luck. I also think we should all get together and start a class action lawsuit against artfire. The sellers should be vetted! Credintials must be provided, they didnt and they are letting in scammers to scam us! ●√● Please Leave a reply if you think we should all come together for a class action suit against Artfire.com... To begin with, the address of the company is a Pizza Joint. The [protected] customer service number, no one answers. We have emailed and request the termination of our store account for 2 weeks now. Supposed they have relocated to the moon of Jupiter, they could at lease respond with a notification email, but no, nothing, as if the whole website is operated by no one, a ship with no captain sailing all over the place, from the online reviews, the site is PACKED with fraught seller with no liability. No wonder our Paypal account along with many other sellers Paypal are terminated for associating with Artfire! Our Chase bank also denied Artfire's transactions!

We are still waiting from Artfire's return from the moon of Jupiter.

Artfire, an entrance with no exit!

I ordered a tent a while ago and never received it. I've been trying to contact the seller but it's saying they're no longer available and I haven't heard back from [protected]@artfire.com. I purchased a Xbox one s from the seller FranklinHood234 I clearly entered my shipping info correct my name Jason Solomon 8566 Golden Valley Dr Maple Falls WA 98266 somehow the seller sent my Xbox one s was put in the name Tyler Dull 8935 Salem ln maplefalls wa 98266 no where in my address or shipping info did I mention Tyler Dull or Salem lane I don't understand how this mistake was made and I have sent numerous complaints and emails to the seller and I have not got no response

Artfire.com Swimming pool pump

We purchased a swimming pool pump on June 23 and my credit card was charged $98.99 on June 24. I have not received the pump nor any information from the seller. The charge was for East Coast Auto. I can't find any information on the seller. I want a refund immediately from the seller. I appreciate your help.

Artfire.com Macbook air 2020 13.3 inch screen with spanish keyboard

I ordered the laptop with the order number on the picture attached to this on July 11th here it is July 20th and still haven't heard back the seller removed his page as well. I have not heard back from the seller or customer service about the product I bought. And the price was $99 on artfire.com

Artfire.com I made a order and a few days later seller removed his account!

The seller took my money then closed out his art fire account couple days later, now I want a refund but can't get art fire to email me back or even give me a refund for my order #2653706, which will never come. I don't know what to do! I have emailed art fire support every day for the last two weeks about a refund. They just don't reach back out to me. What do I have to do to get my refund?

Update... Elusive artfire.com responded back to me after i made a complaint with the united states postal service fraud investigation team. This was ordered on July 6, 2021 and never received it, there's not even a tracking number. I've emailed your company more than once and not even an email back from your company. Also your 877 number doesn't even work. I am now requesting that I get my money refunded back.

Artfire.com I ordered a lawnmower

I ordered this on June 27, here it is July 16 and I have nothing but automated responses from these people. I want my money back...

I have emailed them 12 times, seems like a scam to me now and I feel like it's criminal.

Artfire.com 6 piece Dining table set Order #2645780

I purchased this item online on Jun 21, 2021. As to date, I have not received any communications from the seller regarding a delivery date. Yet they immediate took my paypal payment. I contacted artfire but they were no help. they told me to contact the seller, which I have. Janeeyres is supposed to ship this order but I have not heard from them either. I read this merchant's reviews and they all have similar complaints.
Please cancel this order and refund my money. I will advise Paypal and my credit card to refund my money.
Thank you for any help you can give me.

Artfire.com Store is loaded with vendors that scam buyers.

The store is loaded with vendors that are scammers. After selling bogus goods the vendors roll up shop and disappear with their gmail contact. Artfire does nothing to protect purchasers. Here is their position statement.

If Sellers fail to comply with our TOS they are removed from the platform and their shops are closed. We do remove sellers on a regular basis who have not fully complied with our TOS. All purchases are made between buyer and seller. ArtFire does not process payment or have access to any funds. This means that a buyer can always dispute or initiate a chargeback directly with their payment provider.
