From the time we walked in we had problems not being informed that our medical aid was not accepted there pls note we have always used arwyp to staff laughing at front desk thus missing to inform us. Test were done x-rays taken and only to be told on admission 5 hours later we can't be admitted. I asked for a transfer and a doc was called at linmed but insisted we get a CT scan before we can go. The treating doc in casualty explained that perhaps she had missed gall stones and must check this after I had told her his gallbladder was removed she just said ow here I see it on the file I must have missed it yet I had even told her. We could not be transfered to Linmed as the doc phone was off and we are left to pay for a requested CT scan. My husband was left with a very high temperature in casualty and the next doc said he does not know what to do after hours I asked if he can have pain and temp meds we eventually got him into waterfall hospital and I agreed to take him myself this was after 9 hours in casualty. I don't think treatment like this is fair and us struggling humans must now be responsible for an account we can't afford due to incompetent staff I will take this further
Desired outcome: I will not pay Arwyp medical centres account
