Unethical behavior
My name is Christian Reyes, last September 1 or 2 2019, somebody from Asia Telecom called my Wife (Asia Telecom got my wife's number because I'm sending mobile load to her through Asia Telecom). The guy was rude and threaten and harass my wife through words. I haven't paid my bill of 200 sgd for few months (Paid my outstanding on Sept. 2, 2019) but it doesn't give the right to Asia Telecom or anyone to call, harass and threaten my wife. Please do something to the employee/guy who called my wife and give him some punishment due to his behavior so that the same thing will not happen to other subscribers. I Just to Share My experience last night with these Two Staff of 7eleven: I'm paying for my bill with Asia Telecom and then I approached the Cashier at the counter and Said I'm paying for Asia telecom, Here’s The story:
CASHIER 1: Can I have the Membership Card?
Me: Sorry I didn't bring my card can I just write my Account No. and the amount of my bill because the last I just give my Account No. and amount of my bill that I'm going to pay, because the last time I did was also like that, then suddenly;
OLD STAFF: (senior staff maybe) interrupted us and said LAST TIME IS LAST TIME, WE NEED THE CARD SO WE COULD VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT NO. (Say it in drastic voice & rude), ,
ME: (I was shocked and My temper went high but I answered calm and nicely) I told her I understand, but that is why I'm giving you my Account No. because I don't have my card with me, You should not talk to your customers that way, You know Customers Always Right, You are so rude I told her,
SENIOR STAFF: answered: No I'm not rude, I'm just saying? We need the card.
ME: Saying? You talked to me so rude? Can you just get my payment and then Key in my account no. that's it, they send my bills through sms and so I’m paying you right now. It seems you don’t know customer service I told her.
CASHIER 1: Talked if this is wrong we cannot do anything for you, (answered sarcastically),
ME: Yes that's fine with me it’s not your problem if I gave you the wrong account no., so just get my payment and then key in already no point of arguing, , You should not working if you have this kind of attitude. YOU HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE I SAID AND LEFT THEM.
I just realize How These Staff acted so rude to customers provide bad service, so impolite, I wondered if the Management of 7ELEVEN knows that they hire this kind of employees, I also worked in a service line I know how it feels, My opinion is, If you can help and if you can give any option why not helped and be considerate to your customers. In this foreign country I know rules and regulation strict but we have options don’t act and treat us like we’re stupid people. I stand out because I know I am right. I didnt get the names of the staff because i was so upset already, ,
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
It is very rude to say, Last time is last time, we need the card to verify
hmm, some of them really have no manners... that is why Filipinos known for hospitality... we are number 1 in Call centers... 7/11 hire old Chinese or Indians that migrated (localized) in Singapore..they are the priorities in getting the Job, but they abuse the priveledge or maybe just lack of manners meh? You must have a very good Anger Management to deal with them
