Aspen Dental.. it took 6 visits to get my permanent upper dentures. On the day I was supposed to get my permanent dentures I was told that one of the teeth cracked and it would be 3 hours for them to replace it. I went to get something to eat and came back after an hour and a half thinking I would wait in the waiting room until they were ready. When I walked into the office the receptionist handed me a bag with the finished dentures. I had been told that when they were finished we would check to make sure they were right. This did not happen. I had to ask for the bag with the supplies that came with it. I was VERY disappointed in the final set. It looked like they had just thrown it together. The teeth were not right, and the bridge had areas that were so thin you could almost see through it. I had signed a paper that stated that I had agreed to the finals before I actually saw what they actually looked like, but agreed to a set that looked good. That was not what I ended up with. I will likely have to go to another dentist to get a good permanent set. Very disappointed in the final product.
Desired outcome: Replacement or credit. What I ended up with was not worth $6,000
