Went in and had 4 implants put in. 2 failed and my gums grew over one so that left me with only one usable implant. I went in to have the implant denture adjusted because it didn't fit, sat in dental chair for 45 minutes and was told by the dental tech that I can't keep coming in to have adjustments because it look like it fit to her. It was embarrassing and disrespectful. I also went in to have abutment put on. Dr Delaney sent in a dental tech to tell me she's done with me and that she will not put them on. She at least could have come in and explain to me what was going on. I requested a partial refund because there is a money back guarantee and also the job was not completed. Dr. Delaney gave me the name and number to the regional manager, Mike Clark. when I requested a refund. I called and spoke with the regional manager Mike Clark who promised me a refund if I took down my bad reviews. I took it down, then never heard back from him again, after several text messages, even though he told me I should be receiving my refund soon. Which tells me he's not really the regional manager or maybe someone who try to use me to take down my reviews. If he really is a regional manager then his professionalism should be questioned. I have all the text messages to prove what I'm saying is truthful. Went to oral surgeon who told me the implants were not installed properly and there is no sign of bone graph. Also there's a lot of work that should have been done that was not done. So I am putting back up this negative review.

Mike Clark said that he sent refund to my insurance company and the credit company. I called both and they have not received anything. I got ripped off. Everything that was done has to be redone because the dentist, Dr Delaney , messed up so badly. All I have to say is Beware !
