Earlier 2023, Tim began a plan of care for dentures at the Miller Rd, Flint MI .
Aspen dental center. The work was done up to and including the extractions and placement of the "temporary" dentures (upper and lower). We were told we were required to pay the remainder of the bill at that time ($3462.00). The final payment was made thru Care Credit. The treatment plan coordinator was Daniel Frilhauf.
In May, we needed to move back to Wisconsin but were told by the center staff, the work could be finished at an Aspen Dental center in Wisconsin.
We went to Aspen Dental, Appleton WI last week and are being told we have to pay and ADDITIONAL $3400.00 for the permanent dentures, even
though we were told by Flint staff we did not owe anything further. Attempts have been made to contact Daniel Frilhauf or any management at the Flint center but NO ONE has returned the calls, despite messages being left.
Is this a SCAM? We need to be contacted asap this business week of Sept 25-29, 2023. If there is no contact, the next contact we will make is to the Better Business Burea and the authorities.
Desired outcome: Call Tim Boots [protected]. We expect the work to be finished, using the money already paid per the agreement. The final phase of the care plan was for Tim to have permanent upper and lower dentures.
