Exterior wall found to have an expose pocket being very damaging. It is a construction defect. They should be covering it as per construction laws. That includes any of the mildew or critters or anything else that got in there.
Plumbing issues from two bathrooms.
Paint issues, and the areas they have damaged well doing repairs
Leaks, sprinkler system issues, pressure issues in the home with the water.
Popping and cracking in dipping floors.
Paint still on the windows in the bottom half with the screens. They refused to remove the screens and remove the paint, so it would be done later was never done.
Carpet seams bad and fraying, carpet tracks and carpet nails going to Children’s foot.
Random air vents in places they shouldn’t be like under cabinets

after you close a bother you become
oh the warranty tickets you have to file
months to years the repairs take a while

your voice cant share the issues
if you talk to your neighbors or share
they will threaten legal action to scare

too many nights of stress and lost sleep
Desired outcome: The repairs need to be done. We’ve only been in this home six months. We’re under construction warranty and there’s a defect warranty and the statutes. This is a defect in many areas of the home and it’s unacceptable.
