Aster Medical Centre review: Treatment and diagnosis

I am a patient who visited Al warqa Medical center yesterday 21/8 afternoon, for headache in my eyes and head.

The Opthologmist, she insisted that I should carry the reports from my previous Dr, I told her I did a check up with DR Ansari in Aster - Discovery garden but she didnt try to check on the system, She said there was no system from 2 years in Aster clinics.

She was very aggressive, she said I will get blind and I told her you should be better in the way of talking to the patients, as this way made me feel worst.

When she was doing the EYE PRESSURE TEST, I admit that I am a very scary patient, but even she gave the ocular pressure Wrong she mentioned it is 23

I visited today the opthologmist in Discovery Garden there was a huge difference in the measurements (14.9) and I was v nervous but DR Ansari and Shabu her assistant they made me calm.

it, is surprising me that she want to have the reports even from my home country, I Already explained to her my case, but she said she want the reports from 20 years back, which is not logic for me.

I appreciate if the management check my complain, as this is very important.

Also I would like to give big thank for Dr Alansri and her assistant for the treatment today and the way they handled a scary patient as me.
