Should be zero stars
If I could not give any stars I would. Upon cancelling policy company employee told me how to write and email to her confirming we cancelled. Because it was written the way she told me it was denied and they continued to bill me. Now will not refund me due to this. No help given AT ALL upon calling them. No complaints option. No request for refund. Highly unsatisfying company. Horrible service. Would NOT recommend this crappy if you wanna call it a business. I call it thieves.
Recommendation: Zero stars. Thieves.
Sam alert!!
BE CAREFUL! This company feels like a scam, and I will explain why I feel that way here:
I was overcharged in December by over $2000, (they said my card was continually not going through, but they ended up charging me three times for one quarter). I called and asked for a reimbursement for the overcharge for over three months, from January to late March, and they continually told me that my reimbursement was being processed. I chatted with some very friendly people, one being a man named Devon who, looking back, seemed to have been playing me. The most recent, and last time I called, on March 21, I was told by a woman named Tanya that the money I was owed was put toward future payments, however I expressed multiple times that I wanted to cancel my policy on March 31st. So, they essentially took my money and put it toward payments that I did not approve of or want. I ended up having to cancel my credit card so they would not charge me anymore because I did not trust them to listen to me and not charge my card for more insurance I did not want.
I am disheartened and sad that a company would take this much money from an individual. That is money I need to help feed my family, pay for my house etc.
Whenever I called, I received friendly people who did not take action, or rude people who had no intention of helping me. This pains me to say, but go with a bigger, more well known company if you need health insurance. At least you can trust they won't pull this kind of behavior on you because they are held more accountable as a larger provider. I am a mental health counselor and I have a lot of frustrations with big insurance companies, but these folks lost my trust in smaller companies who try to play the middle man.
Not sure where to go from here except to help others not choose Quick Health. Hope this review helps slightly.
Recommendation: Don't use! Work with a more solidified company.
Inability to refund premium payments
After three weeks of promises (I've received written assurances and verbal assurances) and still my accounts have not been refunded completely. Finally (three weeks later) I received "Proof" of the refund that was clearly marked as REJECTED due to their system failure and STILL received reassurance the transaction was to hit my account within the next business day. Still no sign of reimbursement. BBB has had several complaints and I have discussed lawsuit against QuickHealth. BE SURE THEY GO OVER BENEFITS PRIOR TO PREMIUM PAYMENT or you could experience the same lack of accountability!

Insurance
On March 8 2024 they billed me for 1333.88. this billing was nonconsensual they did this without notice and I had not agreed to any sort of reenrollment plan. None of their phone numbers work, including the one posted to this website which leads to an endless loop of piano music and no one ever actually answers the phone. I want my money back and I want to cancel my enrollment.

I open this policy for my son. We kept the policy for sometime and I canceled it due to finding other insurance. I received text confirmation from the company stating the policy was canceled and that they could do me another policy for cheaper which I never looked into, they charge me in November and December for a renewal policy which I did not do they state that it was auto renewable. I have text messages, confirming that this policy was canceled not due to nonpayment but due to finding other additional insurance yet they will not refund me my money .
Claimed loss: $625.04 was lost due to their auto renewal
Desired outcome: Pay me back my money

Insurance coverage
Last year they stole $871 from me through an unauthorized bank debit after I had canceled my policy. They keep promising to refund that money to me, but it has been over a year and still nothing. Now, this morning I woke up to an email from them with an invoice for $871! What?!?!? And, get this, the email contains a date for January of 2023, but the invoice is dated for October of 2023. But, wait, it gets better…When I checked my bank account, the company had hit my account 4 times over night for $871.55! That’s over $3,400 they just stole from me, plus the other, they have now stolen over $4,000! And, surprise, no one will answer the phone. The system just keeps kicking me out after a few minutes. I bet my number is flagged. Stay away!
Claimed loss: 4,357.75
Desired outcome: My money back.
It’s funny that they are asking me to reach out to them when I have been doing that for over a year without success. If they really wanted to resolve this issue, they would reach out to me.

Paid for Medical Insurance - Not covered and cannot get in touch with Customer Service
I decided to start working per-diem and was recommended to leverage QuickHealth.
I paid for a 1 year plan on Sept 26th, and when I did not receive my insurance card, plan benefits, etc. by mail or email 2+ weeks later, I went to go find a provider through my supposed insurance, and I was not found in their system meaning I have no insurance. Had I been in an accident or been injured in the past month I am NOT covered.
For 1 week I have waiting 4+ hours on the phone with no call back, emailed and spoken to a representative who has assured me they would get this resolved, but has not followed-up with me in 5 days and I cannot reach them via phone, email or text.
This is UNACCEPTABLE. I drive multiple days and do manual labor, and not being covered medically is concerning.
What if I would like to cancel? how would I do that. This is very disheartening and scary. I'm out thousands of dollars and now cannot afford to get insured somewhere else.
Desired outcome: I would like a response and resolution to my many follow-ups
I have followed up multiple times via your customer service number, info@quickhealth.care and with Tonya one of your customer service specialists. These avenues do not seem to work.
I have provided all of my information multiple times and no one has followed-up with me even though I was promised a follow-up call or email the NEXT DAY over a week ago, I need to know ASAP the status of my insurance and what a resolution will be.
I was told by another customer service representative that you are understaffed and that it's unlikely I will be helped in a timely manner
Please let me know a more direct way to resolve my issue or else I will have to take a legal route if this is not resolved this week.
Dental service
I was tried to contact customer service to ask about my dental plan but no one picked up the phone or email.
My dental office keeps telling me that my insurance didn’t cover for dental services but QuickHealth said it did on the email.
I’m really mad since I paid almost $315/ month for my insurance but it’s not working. I’m feeling like being scammed
I don’t see any information from the company saying that my policy has been canceled or the refund that I needed.
Please send me the following up email with more information.
Best,
TVN
Dental plan
I was told it was dental insurance and it was not it was just a plan for $174.49 purchased in September 20,2023. I immediately cancelled the plan due to being lied to and ask for a refund which I have not received as of yet.i call I get told it can be 30 or more days.i have had this happened before and received my refund within 72 hours looks like I'm gonna have to get my sister which is an attorney involved. There rude and misleading!
Desired outcome: To get my refund immediately so I can get coverage
I have spoke with Tara and some other rude female

What more information could you possibly need you have everything? You just don't want to refund! You say you have to go through a third party to get refunded, then you say the money is sent directly to United Concordia.
I have reached out everyday I get told the same old stuff everyday. I call everyday. I got an email yesterday stated my refund was approved but it doesn't show in my account.
Hello! To be honest with you, that refund is a total loss for you unfortunately. I went through the same thing back in September of 2022 in which they owed me. I tried to cancel a year ago, blocked the debit and I am still receiving text on how they haven't received the last payment. I went through numerous attempts before I gave up. This company is a total scam!
Quick health dental insurance
I’ve had nothing but problems with quick health.care most recently they cancelled my policy with United Concordia out of nowhere with no notice, and said they transferred my policy to United health care but they didnt give me my member ID or new insurance card. I called United healthcare and they have no records of my name in the system. I have not been able to get this problem resolved and i was right in between appointments for a root canal and the dentist can’t find any information on my new policy so United Concordia won’t cover me. This company is a SCAM stay far away.
Desired outcome: I would like to find out what exactly happened to my policy and have the new company cover my dental costs.
I spoke with tonya at quickhealth and she was very helpful she assured me my policy is still active it’s just a mass change over to UHC and it will take time to upload all the information to the system. Im still waiting on my information to be in the system but I’ve confirmed that my last claim from United Concordia was covered. My apologies for the bad review i have serious trust issues with companies like this i automatically assume they’re out to get me.
I spoke with Tonya and she was great. She is currently helping me get everything resolved. It was just a misunderstanding and my experience this far has been pleasant. She put my mind at ease and is taking all the actions necessary to help me.
Inadvertently charging for inactive plan and refusing to refund money!
As of June 2023 I cancelled my membership with Quick Health -confirmation # [protected] and have yet to receive my refund of $2,691 for payments made to a plan that was never activated in Feb. 2023. I was informed the quarterly payment of $897 would be deducted on 1/15/2023, when payment was taken out December 30, 2022 I was surprised and unprepared. I...
Read full review of QuickHealth.Care and 1 commentOvercharging and refusing to refund money or let customer cancel
I signed up for insurance in May 2023 and agreed to payments every 6 months. The insurance amount was withdrawn from my account in May and service to start June 1, 2023. My next payment is scheduled for November 2023. In July, they withdrew another 6 months of payment. I’ve been calling, talking to several, including 2 supervisors, Charles and Alex, and each time told all was fine and being remedied. My refund is coming. Today, September 25, 2023, no refund. I call again. Now, great news! I’m getting my refund! Wait, no, I’m not. The company is refusing to send me my money. Instead they decided to apply it to the next payment due… November. This, along with withdrawing the 2nd money amount they took, was not authorized. I told them I didn’t want that and to refund my money. Tonya refused. Told her just cancel all the plan and send me my money. Refused that as well. I specifically asked for my money and to cancel… and I was specifically told no to both.
Desired outcome: I want my money returned and the policy cancelled.
November 6… company won’t answer calls or return calls. They still owe me for 2 months of prepaid premiums they cancelled when I disputed. I also received notice on November 3 they tried to hit my account AGAIN and AFTER the policy was cancelled by them. That makes a total of 2 more times before my original 6 months had expired. So, they tried to take 18 months of payment for 4 months service.
Still waiting on the last 2 months prepaid (authorized) premiums.
I wish this company would just do right. If you take money early, refund it immediately. Why must it be a battle for the company to just do right?
I did receive my money for the payment they took in July but not due until November 2023, on September 29, 2023. I also received a text from Quickhealth on Friday, September 29, 2023 the company cancelled my policy due to a “hiccup” of nonpayment. Since I’ve prepaid the coverage for 6 months in advance in May 2023 for coverage during June 1 through November 1, 2023, I am still due and owed 2 months premiums for the prepaid for months of October and November 2023. When do I get my 2 months of premiums that coverage was cancelled?
Phone number? The one I have is the one I can’t get help from.
Dental policy cancellation, never received a refund
On March 23rd I cancelled the Dental policy with Quickhealth that I purchased in January. My refund was supposed to be for 889.91. I have never received that refund. I have made numerous phone calls and each time they tell me it will be refunded and it doesn’t happen. In July I got an email saying my refund was given but it wasn’t. After many more calls, Charles said that it had not been refunded and that it was an issue on their end. I still have not received my refund. They are taking peoples money and they should be in jail
Desired outcome: I want my refund

Medical insurance
I purchased a 6 month insurance policy for $5,000 for wife on April 27, 2023. They have yet to pay anything since she's been covered. All we get is excuses as to why her policy isn't working. This is a SCAM COMPANY and should be FLAGGED as such! What is the BBB doing regarding this company? Can they be sued? From all the complaints I've read, the AG of the state they're operating out of should be contacted so a Class Action law suit can be filed. Can anyone tell me how to proceed at this point? I Hate Insurance in America!

They ripped us off also
We paid up for a year canceled after six months because Bill’s was not being paid and they took out of another account and it took us six months to get that money back. They said we would get our money back over $3000 then after we were waiting for two months, they said we can’t have it they don’t give money back big rip off company.
Billed for previous plan then billed 3 months prior to 6 month renewal
Updated my health plan 2nd week of January and paid 6 months in advance at $1700. Then January 20th my previous bill of $316 was withdrawn from my credit card. Contacted them mid January and was told the $316 was supposed to be refunded to my credit card account. 4 months later and calling 1-2x per month, still haven't received that refund. Then charged in April (at the 3 month mark) for another 6 months at $1700. Called 2x a month until this month and spoke with customer service on a refund of over $2000. Also spoke with Charles, the Customer Service Manager on April 17th, and he stated the refund of $316 will be in my account in 3 days, but they switched some kind of service and the $1700 may take a few weeks. Called again on May 9th and spoke with Kara twice in one day because Charles was supposed to call me back at lunchtime. In the afternoon, she transferred me to his line before closing hours, with no answer from Charles and so I left a voice message. Have yet to receive a call back and it is May 20th, still waiting for my over $2000 refund to my credit card. Tempted to cancel my membership, but afraid I will still not receive the refund that they owe me.
Desired outcome: Full refund plus the eventual interest that will be accrued from not paying off my credit card bill because of the excess charges that I do not owe

I'm waiting for my refund from last 2 months from Quickhealth
I'm waiting for my refund from last 2 months from Quickhealth.care. I paid around $4000 for 12 months of health insurance. It was not what was explained to me. It was just wellness insurance. I canceled it. When canceling they talked me into another health plan. It was $11300 for 12 months. I was told that I could not use the money from the 1st policy. I have been calling them daily. First they picked up calls, now i am on calls for 6 hours a day listening to music and no one picks up the call. Now they say it is with compliance department. No one has courtesy to even call back. Now they have started ignoring the calls. I need my refund. Please assist.

I paid in full for 6 months of health insurance/ health benefits in the amount of approximately $4500. I cancelled the policy during the first month after being denied any benefits from our health care providers. I informed the company that I was cancelling and they acknowledged same on or about October 26.2021. I have been waiting almost a year for my refund of approximately $3800. I have called nearly weekly since cancelling and I am always put on hold or told that the money will be in my account within 24 hours. They do not deny that we are owed the refund, they just refuse to pay. Plan Type: *** Family Effective Date: September 15 Next Billing Date: 03/10/2022 Member ID: *** I just want the refund owed to me. Thank you very much in advance.
They did the same to us
Didn’t pay our claims in camp over $3000. Same thing say they’re going to send it but they don’t.
I purchased this insurance on May 26 and cancelled in early June. The insurance was not what was promised at all. I called and they instructed me I would need to get insurance from the state to be able to cancel and get refunded, which I did as my husband recently lost his job. Then they told me they would give me maximum refund and to call in 4 weeks if it wasn't recieved. When I called July 20th, they said call by end of week if no refund. Then it became this pattern of excuses until last week they just said the entire department in charge of my refund was closed early for the holiday. That really gave me the biggest red flag as it's just so odd. Then the dates they told me this was all started didn't match my phone log, but I would still recieve my refund. It was never given. I've been on hold for 5 hours and hung up on or "loss connection" almost every time. I followed all the rules and regulations. I just want my refund. We really need our money back as we have real medical needs to pay for. This has been such a financial burden.
That's all they ever say,I'm considering reporting them to the license board if insurance or whatever it is to them revoked.
On 2/26/22 I pre paid for 6 months of health insurance for my family, but I cancelled coverage the next day. The cost of this is $3209.78. I have not been refunded any money to this date, but have been told several times upon calling them that my money will be refunded soon. The last time I spoke to someone I was told I would have my refund by Monday 9/5/22, but that did not happen. I have been charged several hundred dollars in credit card interest due to my refund not going through and I am in the process of trying to purchase a home. This has caused a negative effect on my debt/income ratio which is hurting my chances of securing the best mortgage possible. I would like my refund asap since there is absolutely no reason for anyone to withhold these funds let alone for this length of time.

The transaction for health insurance was on November 12 for $298.29. I canceled on November 16 - which was within the cancellation window; and I was told that the refund would take about 4 weeks. I have been calling every month, sometimes twice a month, since then (November 16 to June 13, 2022). I kept/keep getting a runaround as to why the refund was/is being delayed and that the account would be turned over to the compliance officer. Early on, I was told that I would receive the full amount; then I was told I would only get $199.29 after the administrative fee was deducted. I also received a health insurance card in late December [don't know why]. I want my refund. If it's the $199.29, so be it. And I want the refund via check. As of recent, I no longer have access to the card used to pay for the health insurance. Thank you.
Description of Complaint: I purchased a health insurance policy from Q health through the health coverage exchange. I paid for 3 months of coverage in advance for a total of $1,358.59. I canceled the policy on Jun 22, before it was scheduled to take effect on July 1 of this year. I have now called over 6 times to try and get information about a refund. I was initially told it would be processed within 4-6 weeks, it has now been over 7 weeks. When I called again this morning, I was initially told that they had issues crediting my card supplier, when I asked to speak to someone who could explain the issue to me in more detail, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes. I then called back and was told that they had a 'glitch' in their system that has caused a delay in processing refunds and that hopefully my refund will be processed before the end of next week. I have no faith in this company or the fact that they will refund my money. I signed up 3/2023 prepaid my Policy up until 8/2024. They switched my Policy 1/2024 w/o me knowing ,stating it was the same coverage….it wasn’t. So I finally got it cancelled. They said it was cancelled 12/31/2023. So why haven’t they refunded me my money since I have no insurance with them?
Called and cancelled insurance as we moved to join on my husbands insurance through employment. Called to cancel in September 2022, but this amount $7905.87 is taken anyway from my husbands credit card. Called frequently many times now this number +[protected] is no longer connecting. Be aware.
