Asurion review: Never pay for asurion insurance, just don't!

I don´t even know where to start. It´s very unfortunate that ATT is linked to this company, I´m going to change my lines to another phone company because of their insurance. They not only charge you a lot of money monthly, but when it´s about time to replace an equipment that clearly falls into the ¨yes, it does applies to insurance¨ all requirements, they will try not to respond, and if, they´ll make you pay almost the amount that a new phone could cost, as a deductible, and then send you a refurbished phone. It´s not worth the pain. Their customer service is terrible, they will lie to you, no matter how many times you call, you won´t really get an answer or solution to your problem. I wish I could sue this people, they´re not a serious company, very sketchy and not recommended. I have a lot to say, but just do yourself a favor and don´t throw your money with them.
