My phone ([protected]) was lost on September 14th, 2023, on an American Airlines Flight to Barbados. I filed a claim with Asurion on September 16th, 2023, Claim ID: [protected]. A device was mailed out and before it was delivered via FEDEX Asurion recalled the device. I spoke with Asurion, and they said this was done in error on their part and another device would be mailed out. I called back to check the status of the new device and they indicated that claim had also been denied because the IMEI on the device was still active I called AT&T and while I was still on the line, they called Asurion and verified the IMEI on the device was no longer active. On September 21st (the claim was resubmitted for the 3rd time) and Asurion indicated the phone would be delivered the next day. When I checked the status on FEDEX tracking I discovered the device had been recalled at 5:23 p.m. by Asurion again. I once again called Asurion, and they indicated the device was recalled because the claim was denied, and they could not tell my why because it was confidential. I called back and Asurion said it was denied because I did not have Insurance, I called AT&T and while on the phone we called Asurion and AT&T verified with Asurion that I indeed did have active insurance and should be sent a new device. It has been 10 days and I am still dealing with Asurion and a replacement device has not been issued and received.
Desired outcome: A replacement Samsung S21 Galaxy 512GB
