Woolworths - customer service

I was just in at browns plains Woolworths and was served by Rebecca around 1:05pm on 20/09/19, firstly she didn't even greet us, she was was throwing all the groceries into the bag and she didn't even Ofer to discovery garden plants because she was to busy talking to the customers next to us. I would like you speak to Rebecca about her costumer service please.
