Wednesday, May 1, 2024 my husband went to the Aurora pharmacy at 3:49 pm, he requested they use the good RX card instead of our insurance on file... The pharmacist took the card and instead ran it through the insurance anyway. When my husband returned home I realized the price difference and that it had not been run through the Good RX card as requested, I immediately called the pharmacy to have them fix this, and they said it was not possible! When I asked why he did not follow the customers' payment request, he didn't have any answer! There were specific reasons why I chose not to use the insurance for this script, I chose aurora because of the Good RX pricing, which now I did not get! I will NEVER EVER use the Aurora Pharmacy again... your employees SUCK! They don't listen to what their customers want, and then he LIED to me on the phone and said my husband never asked for the prescription to be run through Good RX but admitted my husband gave him the card he had it in his hand but chose not to use it!
Desired outcome: I want this prescription taken off my insurance and billed independently through the good rx card
