Lying of car title delay and extra storage fees
All they do is delay documents (30 days instead of a few days as it should be) or lie and say that they are lost in order to get you to pay extra money and they threaten to not give you your car which you already paid for. You should pay a lot of extra money for a storage ($1595 in my case) autobidmaster. I can’t wait for the day this business gets closed.
Desired outcome: Please, refund $1595
Car buying autobidmaster hidden fees
I was very surprised to found hidden fees in my invoice. When I contacted with autobidmaster customer support they've just said that they can not do anything with that. Pure quality customer support. I just want to get bring me back my own $105 of the extra hidden fees. Is autobidmaster legit? Sure, no! Keep away from this scammer website and their service!

AutobidMaster stole money from my account
I recently lost my wallet and later found it, i quickly cancel my debit cards and requested new ones. Few days later, i notice that my account was debited by this AutobidMaster LLC which i reported to my bank and i notice another debit again same from this people. My Bank reached out to them they refuse to respond. I reached out to them and was insulted by this agent called Yogin, He said they don't care and will not refund the monies debited from my account and that i cannot do any thing. This site is a scam and is stealing from people. I need help with the refund of all the money taken from my account $600, $100, $10.99, $130, $69. this all the money this people have been stealing from my account. I will make sure the world knows this people are scam. i have no service with them and they are trying to steal my money and above all insulting me on the phone and dropping the phone on me.

Hello i'm a single disabled parent raising two little girls by myself and we were trying to buy a car through autobidmaster, I was bidding on a car my bid was 900 the seller rejected my bid. So I called in and a lady from autobidmaster, had told me it's ok ur free to bid on another since my bid was rejected, me and my kids needed a car badly, so since I was told that I was clear to bid on another, I found one and bought it,. Them autobidmaster took my 600.00 deposit, because they said I owed for the first car, the one the last told me I was free and clear of and tried makes ng me pay, 3500 dollars, they told me she never said that, and they say all calls are recorded, but they can't find that one, wen it was talking to the lady, they didn't want to work with me at all, I don't nd this wrong I n there part, and i'm still trying to get my money back.
Quite an interesting company.
I have a kind of ambivalent feeling about this company. There really is a very large selection at moderate initial prices. It's very convenient to use the site for auctions. But there are moments of imposing some services, you have to be more careful. I was lucky, I avoided some extra costs and bought quite a good car at a reasonable price. The only thing is that you have to be careful about everything.
Storage fees
I purchased a vehicle through Autobidmaster on [protected]. On 8-19-22 I spent hours trying to pay for the car on moneygram. There was a problem on autobidmasters end. I have emails from them to prove it. I had to go to the bank and wire transfer the funds which cost me an additional $20.00. By this time it was too late to pick up the car. I was charged for 5 days of storage despite the fact I picked up the car at 8AM on Monday the 22nd. They were given multiple chances to do the right thing and refund the storage fees. The vehicle would have been picked up on the 19th were it not for their inability to receive the payment. A simple gesture of goodwill would have garnered them a good review. It is a total of $45. I'm sure there others who have suffered worse losses than I. They blame everything on me for not paying promptly or removing the car in time. I'd have done those things were it not for their issues! The are inconsiderate!
Desired outcome: Refund the $20.00 extra it cost me to wire the funds. Refund all of the storage. Especially the charge for the day AFTER I picked up the car!

I bought a jeep said it ran and drove looked cleaned etc .. had it delivered to my home driver ask me for a forklift to get it off his truck cause it didnt run after 2hrs I finally got it off driver charged me another 200 bucks cause it was MY fault he couldn't get it off even though this was supposed to be a running and driving vehicle during this time I made a offer on a but it now truck for 975 owner counters with 1500 I decided I didnt want it I lost the bid so I buy another car from another company I got my email saying I lost my bid and so on the next afternoon I get a email saying I won this truck umm no my offer was declined I bought another vehicle so now autobidmaster tells me that if I dont pay I will have to pay 650 relisted fees I'm like no my offer was declined well I wake up today they charged my wifes credit card 400 bucks ( I used her card for deposit) and a email saying I owe 250 bucks and if not paid I'll be subject to late fees of 50 bucks dont know how company's like this are allowed to even do business if this was a street transaction I'm sure someone would be charged with crimes cant charge someone card just because you did business with them in the past that's credit card fraud among other things and we are pressing charges already made a police report from our bank instructions so good luck autobidmaster common criminals
