I got a bracelet to help me keep track of my cycles while trying to get pregnant. When I used the bracelet, I found out that I had PCOS, a condition that affects fertility and ovulation. The bracelet kept giving me wrong information about ovulation for months, which made it harder for me to understand my body. I contacted customer service to get a refund or at least get some information about how they handle women with medical conditions. The customer service reps sent me emails that didn't even acknowledge my concerns and they refused to help me. They even asked for my medical records to confirm my diagnosis. At this point, I don't even care about getting my money back, I just wanted to be treated like a normal person and talk about their policies and customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on this terrible experience. Plus, the bracelet was broken when I used it before finding out about my condition.

This company and product don't work like they say. The bracelet don't work at all. I talked to customer service and did everything they said. The bracelet just says N/A. It's not working. But they won't take it back or give me my money back. I only had it for a week. I spent $300 hoping it would help me track my cycle and make it easier to get pregnant. But Ava did the opposite. I think this product is a scam. Ava is taking advantage of women who want to have a baby. I asked for a refund but they said no, even though it doesn't work. That shouldn't be allowed. I hope other people read this and don't buy from Ava. They just made my fertility journey even harder. Their business is terrible.

But it couldn't hold the charge for more than about 1.5 hrs while collecting data, so no data was available, and I kept getting the *** I contacted customer support on 5/6/23 and got a response on 5/8 with some suggestions to fix it. I followed the instructions but the bracelet still didn't work. I replied back as told but got no response. On 5/12, I asked for a refund or a replacement for this clearly broken device. I got no reply. In short, the device was broken from the beginning, didn't collect any data, and only buzzed and flashed lights. The company completely ignored my messages.

Eventually, on September 30, 2022, I received two receipts from them. I've been emailing them since September 25, 2022, explaining that I want to return one of the items and get a refund, but nobody has contacted me, except for an automated email saying someone will reply in 2-3 days. According to their policy, I need to send them a photo of the unopened product with the seal intact, and then they'll give me a returns label. They say I have to do this within 14 days of the order. I've sent them the photo and return request, but still no response. It's been 14 days since I placed the order. The product needs to be worn every night using an app, so if there are any issues, I might need to contact the company in the future. However, I don't have any confidence that they'll resolve any future problems, so I want to return both items due to the poor customer service. I've explained this in my emails to customer service. I haven't opened either of the products, and I've sent them photographic proof. Still no word from them.
