Avinol PM is ineffective. I have tried to cancel my monthly shipments but to no avail. I signed up for the $4.95 trial with the intention of canceling when it did not help me. I'm shocked I continue to be charged $84.90 month after month! This is insane! I am pleading for someone to step in and put a stop to the illegal, unethical practices of this company on behalf of innocent victims like myself and so many others.

ordered free trial and recieved and then got a secod order i did not order and charged me $84.00 dollars i am contacting my bank and my Att. if i recieve any more pills that I did not order.I seen this all on T, V. from the Dr.Ozz shop and also advertized on the Internet also. it was advertized as a sleep aid and did not work at all and made me sick so I quit taking them and now just got another 30 day supply that I did-not order.these people need to be put in jail they don't even give you a phone number to call.might have to cancel my card but i will if i have to..

We ordered the trial and got a box without having a chance to try the product. Long story short I was on vacation in hawaii when the actual order came in. I was shocked to see they charged my account $84 for a one month supply of 30 pills for sleep! Before I knew it my second order came for another $84! There is no customer service number on the receipt or where it comes from! I had to search google to find it.
I tried one pill to see if it worked! Not one bit! So I called when I got back from my vacation which was dec 22, 16. I could not get ahold of customer service and left a message. They never got back to me, then the holidays...
Now they are saying they can only give me my money back for one order! I will be contacting my c/c for refund!

I have ordered one sleep aid which was advertised as a free sample asking only for postage of $4.95 on Nov 20, 2018. I received one packet of 30 tablets, later on Dec 7th, my account was charged $79.95. There is no contract to purchase when I ordered for free sample. There is no contract to purchase when free sample is offered. Packet shows Advanced Nutraceuticals, Dania Beach, FL 33004 USA. Please do not purchase from this company. Avinol manufactuter is cheating the public. Please beware.

Actually I would give this company a 0 if that were a choice. Really deceptive. I "ordered" a pack of avinol for what I thought was just the shipping price. I wanted to try it to see if it worked for me. It didn't. It gave me weird dreams. Thus, I did not buy more. The close to 2 months later I get another pack in the mail with a statement that they billed my credit card for 84.90$...I was surprised! I did not order it nor did I want it. Then I check my cc statement and they charged me last month as well. I called their customer service and explained the situation that when I "ordered" the pack for just the shipping price I was signing up for their program which meant that I was on auto ship and pay...I WAS NOT AWARE THAT THIS WAS THE CASE. They said I ought to read the fine print...FRUSTRATING! I thought I read everything before doing it because I know scams like this happen...UGH!.
Bad, just bad...they obviously do not care about people just making money.

I too was taken in by the promise of a "free trail", , The small print says that after a certain period if you do not cancel your membership, your credit card will be charged a very high fee for a 30 day supply of their sleep aid. They also tell you that you can cancel the membership at any time but beware, if you do cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be required to return the unused portion of your free trial. They will give you a return authorization which the US post office will not recognize because the envelope in which the avenol was shipped to me had been opened( How could I have not opened it?) so I had to pay $2.76 return postage. By the way, Avinol charged me over $4 to ship it TO me.. The entire process is just short of a scam..the intent of the "free trial" is to get you to commit to the second shipment. A free trial should be just that..free..no if's, and's or buts. Avenol seems to be operating in a legal gray area using deceit and fancy wording in the small print to get your credit card number.

Avinol PM advertised free trial during which it was possible to get all money back with 100% guarantee. I canceled my trial only after a week of starting it with one more week of spare room left but despite that I was ignored for next 10 days and after they’ve answered me trial was already over and I had to pay.
Scam. Paid $5.95 for a free trial, then was charged $79.95 for the same free trial. I am disputing with my cc company. I intend to file a complaint with the attorney general's office. We all should

I want to cancel all things pertaining to this product
I received the first pkg of Avinol PM but was told by my dr. that I could not take it. I have written to them twice to cancel the order but no one responds to me. I ordered the Avinol PM about 3 to 4 weeks ago but have had no luck contacting them. I would just like to send the pkg back.
I did this 15 day trial offer for Avinol PM extra strength for $5.95 on 7-28-22. When I checked my bank acct I was charged the $5.95 plus $1.95 for insurance? (This is Over the counter medication) If you do not want it you have to return the unused portion at your expense even if you cancel your account or will be charged full price. SCAM!
I ordered the "free" sample for my husband but it didn't work. I then got another shipment in the mail and I returned it to the sender. I was still charged for the first shipment and now have another charge on my credit card. I didn't get a second shipment. I have contacted the company but have not received any response and the charges are still on my credit card. I disputed the charge on the card so we'll see if I get any help there!
I got caught by this scam. Should have known better. I got charged the $79.95 when they sent the full months supply instead of the sample I ordered. I called the phone no. that was on my credit card statement. They girl I talked to had a barely understandable oriental accent and tried to talk me into reduced prices for a monthly delivery I said it was a scam several times and was informing my credit card co. telling them not to allow any more charges by Sleep Health (Avinol). She agreed to cancel the order I didn't order. Will see if it's on my next credit card statement. These people should be prosecuted.
Complete scam..they add stuff you never ordered.After protesting, now they want me to return my small trial pkg.too…even though they collected postage before they sent it, now they want unused capsules returned at my expense.They did not help me sleep through the night or fall asleep.They only succeeded in scamming a lot of people.When you call them, you get passed from person to person…all of them talking undescernable…very fast.When you are done you still have no idea what was said.BEWARE!
Thanks, I saw this AFTER I ordered the FREE TRAIL. I made screen prints of the order and did not see anything about RECURRING DEBITS OF $79.98 (AMAZON SELLS THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT FOR $44.99 I called their toll free number printed on my credit card statement [protected] and talked to Jonalyn who identified herself as a Customer Service Representative, she cancelled my order and send my email a Confirmation of Cancellation. This is the ONLY way to cancel so I suggest you call the number. Also, without providing the Customers the Recurring Credit Card withdrawal information and them BOLDING AND HIGHLIGHTING ' FREE TRAIL OFFER' for this Product, it appears to me they are Misleading their Customers. I put them on notice that I am filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commissioner regarding their Misleading Sales Practices, it appears they are aiming their Sales to the Elderly whom tend NOT to File Complaints.

I put this Company on Notice with Jonalyn this morning at 8:35 this morning and asked she put her Compliance Dept on Notice. What she does or does not with this information is totally upon her. The same thing happened to me and I called the company, Response Commerce, [protected]. I am sending the product back, at which time they'll refund the $84 and cancel my membership, which I did not know I had. It is a scam for a product that doesn't work. They told me if I upped the dosage, it will work. It doesn't.
