I drove 3 hours round trip to purchase parts from a Polaris dealer only to find the parts I had ordered were wrong and that the dealer would be unable to get me the correct parts due to the age of my snowmobile. After returning home I decided to see what I could find online. After a internet search loaded Babbitts website it only took me s couple of minutes to find the parts I needed. The website is easy to use and the diagrams make finding the correct part easy. I am very happy with this company.

I'm new to motorcycles
I'm new to motorcycles. I asked an online forum if they'd recommend me a good site to buy quality motorcycle parts. They referred me to Babbitt's and I gave it a go. They had all the parts I needed in one place. Their site's part diagrams made it super easy to order what I needed -- down to every individual bolt and nut. They shipped it out and everything arrived as promised. I still have a couple more items I need to purchase and I'll be purchasing from them again. 5/5 I would recommend. Quality parts and no hassle.

The next day I received an email that they were going to charge me an additional $256 as their website displayed the wrong shipping. I am not sure why the customer is responsible for the price increase due to the website's error. Would seem a much better business practice for them to pay the increase and fix their problem. A less than friendly and helpful email informed me that apparently their terms and conditions states they can increase the price AFTER the fact.

I have brought my motorcycle in to Babbitt's a few times for servicing. The staff they have is great. The online parts ordering is very easy to use. The website is very user friendly. I have always had a pleasure when dealing with Babbitt's Sports Center. The service department get you in right away and makes you feel very welcomed. Very knowledgeable staff.

They always ship the items in a timely manner, parts are always new and in clean packaging. I've talked to customer service once or twice and they are always very courteous. Their website is so extensive and easy to use that it's basically a public service to anyone who owns and maintains their own motorcycle, I trust their parts diagrams more than the service manuals! Sounds silly until you need to figure out which order a shim stack belongs or which wheel spacers goes on what side after dropping them. Overall a good company that has never treated me poorly.

We are the proud owners of three Kawasaki Mules and can go to Babbitt's web site and easily navigate directly to the area we need for any of the three units. They provide OEM parts at competitive prices and free shipping with a reasonable minimum order. My husband will ask me to look the parts up on the computer and I have become quite adept at maneuvering their parts prints finding what I need, getting the part number, quantity needed, order placed and on its way. My orders always ship in a timely manner and it is not unusual to have my item within just a day or two as it may ship from a warehouse close to my location.

I had ordered the same parts from a West-coast on-line seller four weeks earlier and received several apologies for delay citing Covid-19, but phone calls didn't clarify whether the parts were in stock, or held up with their supplier, and gave no clue as to how long I would need to wait. I know that Covid-19 is impacting some areas more severely than others, but I needed the parts, so I canceled the original order and went to Babbitts.

Not really satisfied or impressed. I ordered parts on 21, July , am still waiting for the parts I need. I received 3 of 5 items ordered. The parts I REALLY need have still not been shipped or delivered. However, I did receive a request to rate Babbitt's service before my order is completely delivered. Go Figure. The funds for the complete order were drawn immediately from my credit card when the order was placed. This is the first time using this company. Not actually certain if I ever will again. I have not received any notification concerning the unfilled order or when I may expect delivery of items paid for that have not been delivered. Still waiting..

Horrible experience thus far. I placed two orders with Babbitts, and they are holding my orders hostage due to having a different shipping address to my billing address, threatening to cancel both. Someone from sales (Cody) send an email wanting my Driver's License photo and Credit Card info, how am I supposed to trust this isn't a scammer trying to rip me off completely? So I call Babbitts number, and guess what? Their in-box is full so you can't even leave a message to resolve this supposed issue. Very difficult to do business with them, you think Amazon cares about my billing vs ship to? Good luck staying in business Babbitts, I'll be going elsewhere like 3D, Revzilla, etc.

Talked with agent while we both looked at online diagrams and she told me it was better to let her key it rather than me entering it online. Well, she entered wrong part no., arrived 6 weeks later. I called to explain what happened and was told I needed to enter return claim on their sites return wizard. I did so and went back and forth over a week before being told I have to cover return shipping and pay a restocking fee of 25% of 175 all due to 100% THEIR MISTAKE AND NOT MINE! Bottom line is I will NEVER again use them and recommend to everyone in my bike club to never use them and spread the word. Sad thing is I'm loyal and have only used them in past multiple times so they hosed over a long time repeat customer with no regrets. Stay away from Babbitts!

One star I placed a simple order for 6 clutch springs and 6 bolts. I used babbits for the low price and quick shipping. The package shipped fairly quick which is the only decent thing with this experience. The packing slip in the box listed 6 clutch springs and 4 bolts (I'll get to the 2 missing bolts.) The actual contents of the box was 4 bolts, and no springs to be found. So at this point I am missing 6 springs and 2 bolts. I called customer service, they informed me that I should have the springs since their system says they shipped, almost felt like they were accusing me of lying. I wouldn't waste my time here if I had my parts. Anyhow, they are now doing a "shipping inquiry" to find the springs that they lost, and as for the 2 missing bolts; they were somehow missed on the order and have to be re-ordered from Honda which is about 10 days out. Massive pain in the rear, won't be ordering from here again.

I ordered a $1300 carburetor assy. With the order, and delivery address the same. The money was removed from my account the next business day. 4 days later i received an email stating since my ordering address is not the same as the shipping address (it was the same) i would have to take a picture of my face holding up my i.d. next to it. Take a picture of the front and back of the i.d. card. Take a picture front and back of the credit card. Include a statement that i did make this order. So i sent a reply stating the addresses are the same. I called 5 days later to check that it had shipped when the clerk stated "kawasaki had not shipped it to them" , then put me on hold to investigate. Then started the whole different address garbage again, so i asked what the billing address was... then asked the shipping address... they were the same. What a crock, the billing, and the shipping addresses are the same. They already had removed the money from my account before they sent the (inaccurate) email. I had already notified my credit union of the purchase, just incase of any security issues, they could have just called them to authorize/verify the purchase.

I placed an order with Babbitt's on 9/22. I quickly received an order confirmation with "est Delivery 9/27-10/4" listed under my shipping details. As of 10/8 I had not received the part, so I reached out to them through the contact email they provide on their website. As of 10/14 (a week later) I had not received a response so I reached out again, this time asking if I need to submit the charge to my credit card for fraud. They responded promptly after that (10/15) saying "unfortunately sometimes not all our incoming emails make it to the inbox." ... right. They told me that the part has been discontinued by the manufacturer, they are unable to fulfill my order, and they are submitting my order for a refund. They said it will take a few days for the refund request to go through, and another 3-5 business days for my bank to release the funds. In summary: They took money and sold me a part they didn't actually have. They gave me shipping details that were false. They failed to notify me that they couldn't fill my order until I hassled them 3 weeks later, 1 week after the part was supposed to arrive. They took my funds immediately but nearly a month after my order was placed, I still don't have my money or the part. They shouldn't be able to take money for parts they don't have in their inventory. Communication could have been more proactive and responsive. I shouldn't have to act like a Karen in order to get a response and customer service.

I purchased a clutch hub, clutch and friction plates, and a clutch hub nut on 6/24. Two days later I was notified that the clutch hub was on backorder with no estimated release date. (Really ought to make sure things are in stock before you charge somebody for it) I cancelled that item and had the rest of the order shipped. So the order comes on 6/29 WITHOUT the clutch nut. I immediately sent an email notifying them of this, including a photo of the invoice that showed I was charged for the unreceived item and a video of me going through the box looking for the missing part. Thursday 7/2 came along and I had still not received any reply from Babbitts. I sent ANOTHER email that referred to the previous email and let them know that it was my second time contacting them about this issue. I got a chance to call them that same day. The woman I spoke to said "That's very strange that it did not come with the rest of the order." While I'm thinking, "well, yeah. Me too. That's why I'm calling..." Anyway she says that the part should be coming out in the next 3-5 business days. I am very appreciative and I let her know that. Now today, Friday 7/3 I received an email replying to my SECOND email. It says " I looked into the order info email and was unable to locate the photos which you are referring to. We will need to verify that the part was not received in order to get the situation resolved. Perhaps you could resend it..." So somehow my first email went missing, although I have it in my "Sent" folder addressed to the very same address that I received the reply from and that they told me to resend the photos to. So now I'm lost with no idea as to whether I will be receiving the part I ordered and paid for but didn't receive, or if they will continue to treat me like a liar and thief who is trying to get over on them for a whopping $8.67 part. I won't be doing business with Babbitts again and I will highly recommend anybody thinking about purchasing from them to shop elsewhere.

Let me share a story with you, I relocate 2000 miles 2 and a half weeks age with not even a job waiting for me. During the trip, I broke the turn signal on my bike. I was referred to your company by a Facebook group member and I'm not impressed. First and foremost, the ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT part is NOT what I received. I looked at the diagram for a 2001 vulcan 500 and ordered the corresponding part number. 10 days later I received the box, open and realized IMMEDIATELY that it wasn't what I needed. I immediately logged in and filed the return form, it took so long to receive follow up to that request that I called your office. Don't know the guy that answered, but as an upset customer, his attitude pissed me off. I expect understanding when I call with a concern, and I got attitude. He did mellow out and help me, informed me that I need to print the forms and send the part back. That's fine, except I didn't pack a printer when I moved, so today, 16 days after placing my original order, I finally found time to locate and visit Office Depot to print the form. Awesome huh? See where I'm going with this? Now, as I fill out the form I see that I'm "subject to" a 25% restock fee AND I still have to pay to ship the part back. Now, I'm looking at 3 weeks with a busted taillight AND IM OUT HALF WHAT I PAID FOR THE REPLACEMENT, roughly after the 25% plus my shipping. I'm really disappointed in this experience and it's by the thinnest of strings holding me from posting this email on every possible online venue I can. At this point, I'm so pissed off that I'm about to eat the money, throw the part to the bottom of Lake Mead and walk my [censored] into a local dealer, which, my mistake I admit, I should have done to begin with. PS to my original letter: 6 days after SIGNED RECEIPT of my return, i'm still waiting for my refund to be processed. Meanwhile, i'm driving around with a part that my local dealer was able to procure for me in less than 6 days at the same price with ZERO HASSLE. 'Cause of USPS rules, they wouldn't bring it to my crib and took it back to the *** Post Office on Oct.5, 2020. Babbitt's ain't even bothered to check with USPS 'bout getting the thing back and they don't wanna give me my money back. I done called Babbitts and sent a bunch of emails asking for my money back. It ain't right to charge me for their mess-up. They need to give me my money back while they figure out how to get their stuff from USPS.

When the first two pieces arrived, I got an email saying "order has been delivered." They didn't mention anything about the parts that hadn't been shipped yet. I emailed them with my question, and they took 3-5 business days to respond with a shipping inquiry. But they never provided any results, and they completely ignored my follow-up questions. When I tried the online chat, they said a supervisor would look into the issue, but I never received any information. In the meantime, another part showed up without any notice or tracking. This company takes your order and payment upfront, and then they seem to have a policy of delaying and misleading customers when it comes to non-stocking parts. Other reputable online stores at least wait until the parts are shipped before charging you and using your money. I want a refund for the parts that haven't been delivered, as well as the taxes and shipping. I purposely didn't list those parts to see if Babbitts can actually tell me what has been shipped.

I called them to get help with my Polaris RZR problem. The customer service person told me that the part I had was the problem based on the number on the part. It was the wrong part number. I followed their advice and ordered two of the same parts for $250, one for each side of the rear wheels. I explained that I needed them quickly. The person suggested paying an extra $40 for Priority shipping, promising that I would receive the parts in 3 days. However, it took more than 7 days for the parts to arrive. When they finally arrived, they were exactly the same parts with the same numbers on them. I called and explained the issue, asking for a return authorization (RMA). However, I never received it. I also sent several emails requesting a refund for the shipping and offering to keep the part as a replacement if mine ever broke. They refused my requests. They lied and didn't solve the problem they caused. If they don't resolve this, I will involve my attorney. It's not just about the $40 shipping anymore; it's about being treated unfairly.

It all started on 2/3 when I placed an order for item #2634200, an assembly-grab bar. Unfortunately, when I received it, it didn't fit. I contacted customer service and they said they had sent the wrong one. They assured me that they would reach out to Polaris and get back to me, but that never happened. When I called them again, they told me to send the grab bar back and once they saw it was being tracked, they would send me the correct part. So, I shipped it back and they confirmed that they received it, but they never sent me my parts (the assembly and the correct grab bar). They promised to send me a new grab bar with a piece that would make it fit my ***, but they never did. I had to make several phone calls to get any updates, and when they finally shipped something to me, it turned out to be someone else's part - a "left front frame" that I never ordered. When I called to complain about this, they asked me to ship it back, but I refused until I received my correct part because I was tired of getting the runaround. They assured me that it wouldn't be a problem and that I would have my part within 2 weeks. However, when I called after 8 days, a new representative told me that they hadn't even ordered it yet! In my most recent phone call, I spoke to a representative who got a supervisor involved and they promised to overnight the part to me and have it at my home by Thursday 4/16. They explained that the reason I received the wrong part is because they accidentally shipped my part to someone else. It's now Saturday and I still haven't received anything. Every time we call, they promise to fix the issue, but it feels like we're being lied to. We're tired of constantly calling and dealing with this problem. If something as simple as this can't be resolved, it makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

I am a customer from *** and I placed my order (#***) on 06/21, I had an accident with my bike and Babbitt's was the most captivating choice I could find to replace the damaged parts of my vehicle, because of their prices and reviews. I was especially pleased with the ratings on their website and with how they advertised customer satisfaction: as a matter of fact, at the footer of their website it is stated "100% satisfaction". Unfortunately though, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite even if it all seemed to be just about perfect at first. I have received my order on 06/29 around 14 (GMT+2) and the outer box in which the parts were contained looked intact on the outside. Therefore nobody could have expected to find any damaged parts on the inside. Because of that, its content was not checked at the time of the delivery. However, as I unwrapped the parts, I could find that 4 out of 24 parts I had ordered presented damages to different extents. To be specific, the parts with damages are the following: - 64215-MGZ-J40ZC - snapped in half - 77251-MGZ-J00ZB - the seat of a bolt is broken - 77330-MGZ-J00ZA - slight damages to the paintwork - 77340-MGZ-J00ZA - slight damages to the paintwork After taking some pictures and immediately sending a message to the prompted email address by Babbitt's explaining my issue (at 17:50 GMT+2), I waited 24 hours for a reply but got none. Despite the frustration, I tried to contact Babbitt's customer service through their live chat several times in the meanwhile, but I did not have a chance of talking to anybody as the operators were constantly busy. To conclude, I hope my request is seen here, after paying a total of $1,468.75 plus insurance and 367.61 euros of duties, I expected I would have had at least received a reply in case there were issues with my order.

On 8/27, I ordered parts from their online store (order #***) using my credit card. The online receipt said the parts would be delivered between 9/3 and 9/8. I called on 9/1 to find out why I hadn't received an email about when the order would be shipped. They told me that all the parts I ordered were backordered from their supplier. I got an email on 9/8 asking me to review them. I went through their review process and gave them a bad review, just one star. They didn't communicate well about the backordered items. I called again on 9/11 because I still hadn't heard if the order was shipped or how much longer it would be backordered. They said that part of the order was in and would be shipped. I got an email reply from their customer experience team on 9/14 thanking me for my feedback and asking if there was anything else they could do. Three out of the six items were shipped on 9/14 and I got them on 9/16 with a packing slip. The packing slip showed that they charged me $3.00 for shipping, even though the original order form didn't mention any shipping charge. They also showed the full amount of taxes on the shipping slip, instead of adjusting it for just the items that were shipped. I replied to the customer experience team on 9/21 to let them know that I received part of my order but still hadn't gotten any information about when the rest would be shipped. I called on 9/22 to find out when the other parts (item [protected], quantity 3) would be shipped. They told me that those items were still backordered with no future date for shipping. At that point, I decided to cancel my order for those items and asked for a refund. They said it would take 5-7 business days to process the refund. It's now been 9 business days and I still don't see the refund on my credit card.

Wrong shipping dates. Promise of refund not honored. Very bad customer service and communication. I ordered a $220 item for a Yamaha boat on March 11th and the delivery was supposed to be on March 19th at the latest. When I arrived at my hotel on March 20th, there was nothing there. I went online with Babbitt's online chat and after waiting for an hour, the agent apologized because the item was never shipped. This was clear from the postal tracking system. I was not happy and asked for a refund, which they accepted. I also asked for compensation for not having this part and they said they would remove the shipping cost on another order I had of $660 to a different address. A week later, I checked my email to see why the refund was not done and they said they knew nothing about it! Since then, I have sent 8 emails explaining the situation with no reply. The agent seems to be playing dumb and wants to brush the issue under the carpet. While I was sending reminders to unanswered emails, they suddenly shipped the item more than 2 weeks after the order, even though I told them many times before that I would not be able to get it and I wanted a refund! Only when the item was shipped (against my will and with plenty of time to cancel), did they say I have to return it at my expense and then they would refund. The address is in Canada and I live in Dubai. I was just visiting there for 24 hours and I told them that. So basically, I don't have the item and I don't have my refund. They messed up the shipping in the first place and then disregarded all my emails and online chats. They also never answered any specific questions from my emails. I have all the exchanges and proof of tracking, showing a 3-week time gap between the order and the shipping, with no action for 2 weeks. More than half of the time, they don't answer emails and when they do, they purposely don't address the problem. Also, I did a review on their website (a bad one, of course) and they have not published it. They only put the 5 stars, which is fraud and lack of transparency. Love Babbitts always have or get parts, I need even through the pandemic. Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 was cost was a little high.

Sports Center online services are fantastic. The motorcycle parts are easy to identify accurately, and shipping is fast and reliable. Truly recommend them if you need their products.
