deleting an account
I had an account set up without my knowledge by my ex boyfriend who turned into a stalker. I decided to type my name in to google one day god knows why, I was shocked to find an account set up in my name with all my details not to mention a picture of me. I managed to set up a new password as he had used my email addresses to set it up, I thought it would be simple to delete the account as I had just deleted my Facebook account because of this ex boyfriend messaging friends with the most disgusting things, Facebook deleted that account straight away with no further contact needed. I thought I could do the same with Badoo clearly not I de activated the account within the settings and thought that was it until a friend advised me I was on Badoo I said no way I de activated that account. I thought my ex had set up another account but no Badoo had not de activated the account nor deleted as requested or stated in the email they sent me advising the account was de activated now. I contacted Badoo requesting they delete the account again, and again was sent the same email saying it had. It is 6 months later and apparently I still have an account on Badoo I am shocked and horrified given the situation Badoo has still not deleted this account. I would advise anyone to think twice before setting up an account with Badoo as clearly this is something you will have for life even if you never set it up or want it. Badoo do not care and you can email them a ridiculous amount of times requesting the same thing and be told the same thing only for your account to still be active. I have come close to suicide because of this social media site what I don't understand is why did Facebook not have a problem de activating my account and deleting it.
taking unauthorised money from credit card
I joined badoo for a week at a price of 4, 99tl ONLY.
However u have taken 6 further payments of 29, 99tl each. I did not agree to this. I ask you kindly to refund the money.
They said it was 4, 99 for only one week. I did not ask for anything extra. You have stolen lots from my credit card without my knowledge.
There seems to be a default setting that customers are not aware of that allows you to automatically take money from peoples credit cards.
The service itself is very confusing you see profile pictures of other members and you click like or unlike. You can open additional features by buying super powers which unlock resticted content.
I was not aware that when my super powers were running low Badoo were automatically topping them up and charging my credit card.
I never got any recieps or email confirmation about these payments, it was only when I checked my bank accound that I noticed.
I have since been made aware of these extra charges and have tried to delete my account but that is also difficult to do. I have requested a new password link over 10 times but have not got one, I need this password to delete the account.
I opened the account using my facebook login details but they need an additional password to close it that I do not have.
I would like Badoo to refund me as a gesture of good will for the 6 payments of 29, 99 i, e 179, 97tl
I really want to warn people about giving credit card details to this website as they store the information and take money at theif free will

I just found out today that I have been charged 21 times and some times 3 times a day with each payment of £15.75 that comes up £300.75 without the 1 week subscription. I find badoo to be a scam machine. Do not give any perosnal information to badoo including email address, credit card details, phone numbers etc. They are a scam machine watch out!

I already deleted my account. This is embarassing. Today I get my inbox of facebook full of friends telling me I sent badoo requests to all my contacts. This is unacceptable. I have my life on facebook, and one on badoo. I do not by all means want to mix those two. This spam could eventually cost me my job, because I have my boss on facebook. The girl I was seeing dont talk to me anymore, because of this unauthorized an unacceptable invasion of privacy. Im seriously considering pursuing legal action against badoo.

Last week I joined Badoo for a week (on Friday the 2nd) I got an offer to use the service for a week, for a payment of 3.50 on Friday for a week's service. I don't have a problem with that payment. About two days later after I cancelled my account. I don't understand why I got another payment for 14.99 on the same date as the 3.50 one as I have never requested the second payment to go through so I would like a refund as soon as possible for 14.99, on my credit card.

I've had both accounts blocked for absolutely no reason. They say I violated rights or something on both [protected]@yahoo.ie and [protected]@hotmail.com... well I know i most certainly did not and want to know why my account was blocked plus i want the money i just spend from my playstore to buy credits refunded back to me . I am now going to see a solicitor about this as again i know for 100% fact i done nothing against there rules or violated anything. Their obliged to tell me what i done to have my account blocked aren't they ?

This application is a scam with abusive method. If you buy any credits, they use your payement méthode to purchase premium account for life very expensive. You can't delete your account or stop them from taking money.
This a real scam and Google play store is ok with that as they let them be.

sometime within the past 2 years I had a profile on badoo, and to my knowledge I deleted my profile yet recently it has re emerged with photos of myself on it from my phone archive which I did not add. I have since opened the profile through Facebook and deleted it fully again. Could you please advise me in this situation, whether or not you have access to my files once a profile is opened via a mobile phone /tablet, or maybe a virus on the above could have caused this problem, which has in fact caused a massive amount if stress at home for me and my family/partner . Also is it possible for someone to hack my account via a fake Facebook profile?

I downloaded this app on my phone and paid, what looked like a one time fee to have more access. Within a few hours, I knew that I made a mistake. I took the application off. I then noticed a few weeks later that I was being charged every seven days. I contacted them and they don't refund. It was a hassle for me to even get to talk to them. I emailed them and they say to fill out on the feedback form. They emailed back saying that yet again so I do it again. At this point, I'm really irritated. They finally send a third email to say that they are canceling my subscription but I can still use it for the remainder of the seven days. I don't want to.. I took it off my phone for a reason! NO REFUNDS. I will not be recommending them to anyone! SCAMMED.

These are the messages exchanged with the support and me. The problem lies in the identification. When signing in the site asks for further steps to identify the user. The page ask to take a picture with a hand up. I press the button, no picture is taken and another page appears now asking for a phone number to download the mobile app. My mobile has no internet and so I can’t download the app and this way no way to certify my identity. What else can we do to overcome this issue?
Your support up to now is useless and keeps informing to take the picture witch I already stated I can´t

I complained to badoo about a childmolester and paedophile on their site and am awaiting police records to send them but they have said they will not delete the person's profile or even freeze it till they have the evidence and look into it. I find this totally wrong and allowing such a person on the site and to continue using it till they have the evidence.

Something similar, 'Try Superpowers For Free' the screen says with no obvious mention of charging you £11.99 after 3 days. No refund possible is their response, though it is obvious by my speedy complaint that I didn't intend to agree to this payment. Plus they set up a monthly subscription with Paypal, cheeky b#stards. I have opened a dispute with PP now so we'll see where it goes.

Joined Badoo 13th June 2016 for 3 months.I deleted my account and subscription 12th September 2016.On the 12th September 2016 they took out £27.99 from my account how have they been able to do this? I recently signed up on a teen dating website called "Hot or not". I included my name, age, whereabouts and a photo. Badoo has stolen this information and posted it onto Google Images for my family to see which I am very embarrassed about. Please get this photo taken off google images ASAP. My name is James Schumann. The photo and details can be found on google images if you type "James Schumann Port Macquarie". Whenever I click the image link to possibly get the photo taken down, I am let to a Chinese writing website in which I cannot read. THIS PHOTO MUST BE TAKEN DOWN NOW.
