The girl sent me photos that were attached to the letter. As usual, I clicked the button to accept photos and downloaded them to my computer. I checked the sound settings on my computer as well as on my phone but it was ok and other files and videos were playing correctly. The problem was with that exact file Anna sent to me. She wasn't on line and I suppose she wanted to inform me about this with the help of this message. I still cannot open the file and I need some help.
Everything is fine now and my problem has been resolved. The audio file was opened and the manager helped me.

Translation services. No German translation.
I was happy that uadreams translated the girl's letters into my native language- German. Of course I could translate the letter with the help of an electronic translator myself but it is more convenient if the agency does it and it saves my time a lot. And in chats they always answered me in German too. Perhaps my girlfriend has a new interpreter but I have been receiving only the English version of the letter from the girl and no German. And in the chat they also answered in English and I had to waste time and translate messages into German. Is it possible to return the previous interpreter if possible? I didn't see any of the girls yesterday when I went to the video chat. They wrote that they didn't see me either. I hope this problem will be fixed?
