Balaji Symphony No refund

I have booked the flat on 1st May 2022 and it was cancelled on 6th May. Though they have committed,if booking is cancelled within week, full amount will be refunded. Jyoti Shinde and Malti are the marketing person who has given confirmation for this.

From last 5 months they are just fooling me by saying we are working on this. Multiple visit are done but no resolution.

Please do not buy flat here.

Balaji Symphony Need deducted money back

1. In 2016 for Panvel project, The flat shown to me K-304 and I paid Rs.1,00,000/- as a booking amount but when I went to HDFC bank for a loan they said it is already financed to other customer. I was shocked and went back to Ms. Malti for taking the booking cheque back, instead of accepting a mistake she said this is done by her marketing team and she is not responsible and not her fault. Then after brainstorming discussion with Ms. Malti, she proposed another flat K-204. We went ahead with K-204 flat.

2. In case of possession, she verbally confirmed to get it by mid of 2017. I paid total Rs. 3,05,141.00/- After so much follow up when I got the agreement copy, possession date they mentioned was March 2018 with possibility of 6 months extension. I asked the clarification no one was ready to respond to mails or to my phone calls and They started sending fund demand letter.

3. When initially I went for a booking, Ms. Malti confirmed that there will not be any kind of cancellation charges, we can get full paid amount return. But after so much of scene / headache happened in the beginning only and by thinking that what will happen afterwards, when Finally I come to conclusion for cancellation because of all this misleading information, possession delay and delayed responses. When I informed them about booking cancellation, on very same day they paid the stamp duty purposely so that they can make up my mind and avoid booking cancellation. They deducted Rs. 25,000/- as a cancellation charges with Tax Rs. 13,141/- which was not at all informed me during booking or initial visit. Otherwise I wouldn’t have made the booking. When I asked clarification and requested her not to deduct any money to Ms. Malti, she said this is normal rule. I want to ask them why these people can not give all the details in the beginning without hiding?

How this people can lie openly and play with innocent customers hard earned money. I need my money (Rs.38,141.00) back.

Balaji Symphony Regarding Refund

I had paid 7k TLP book a flat to which I was committed, that if the circumstances changes due to lockdown and work from home, the amount will be refunded. It's been two months, we've been waiting for the refund but the person in charge never responds. Jyoti. She cuts our calls and the entire team of Balaji Symphony never replied on mails and messages. Pathetic customer service. We were simply unfortunate that the work from home caused some troubles in our monthly wage at home but the way Balaji team has shamelessly stopped replying simply shows how unprofessional the builder is. Atleast they should know what's happening at the ground level with the customers and how their inferiors are behaving with clients.

Balaji Symphony cash not refund

We are visit to buy of 2 bhk flat and giving a token amount of 25 lack now they are not responding right in way and cash collected person name is *malti * she is not receiving calls and at time we visited to their office reception person is saying madam is in meeting and after some time same person is saying i think so madam is not in office sorry it's very disappointed answer from the that person they don't know how to treat customer, i request you all to take a action on this 2 people or i will take this issue on social media and you tube news channel i want revert back in 24 hours than I will share you details of payment given by me to is faltu project contact me...

Balaji Symphony extreme delay in possession

In my case flat possession was to be in october 2017 with grace period of 6 months. Till date no possession although 95% payment made. Today met builder vinay shravan kumar agarwal for compensation of delay in possession. The builder is a fraud and a nuisance adamant personality and doesn't know to serve customer. Now I going to file case for compensation of delay in possession. Please spread this news and also connect with me on [protected]@gmail.com to fight collectively. Please do not invest or buy any property in this project.

Balaji Symphony Fraud

Please don't buy properties with Balaji symphony project they are cheater they booked falt in 2010 and construction was suppose to complete in 2014 where as they are still in plinth stage they have squire booking money neither they are allowing to sale or refunding back money this property was book through space india, I am completely harass by their management on not refunding back my money I have book two flat under investment it very poor management with only hype of marketing

Hi. Which rera Ooder is for compensation? Can you please share at tsgarha@gmail.com. according to my agreement possession was to be done by October 2017 including grace period of 6 months. It's in A wing. I have written so many times on compensation for delay in possession but no reply. Met even coo mr kedia. Now I am planning to file case in rera

Has anyone got the compensation for the delay in possession of the Flat. As per the RERA order he is supposedto pay us compensation from Aug 2018 owards and they have alos specified the inetrest rate for compensation on the amount paid until August.
Plz tell if we r getting the compensation.

I booked 2.5 bhi in e wing just a week back should I continue with my decision or cancel the deal plz suggest if anyone of 1bhk shifted there how is it experience...my doubt is it's under grampanchayat not cidco so I future any developments expected or water supply issue can arise

Because of delay, we are now going to pay 18% GST, which will add approx 75K to 1L or more.

I have received email that they got the OC, now while taking possession will they charge us for the club house? I dont see even a brick laid for the club house...pls comment

My complaint against about Bala ji cafe, date 29/06/2018 I reached there with my full documents to fill my sister 'Nios stream 2' form 12th class before the day I called him about fee he said 3500 fee, I was naive about this. When I go there he filled my form online I selected 3 subjects all theory subject after filling form he said go, your sister admission completed I said you will give any book he said no, come in September for admit card, while he was filling form I said if form is online then anyone can fill this right he said impossible to fill I am habitual to filling this kind of form noone can fill it easily then I went to home and later call him that please give me my payment receipt I want to see how much fee of nios form steam 2 and your service charge, later I seaech the website and see the actual fee calculated 2400 and form is like bankpo form any user can fill it with some short of mind then I realized he frauded me 950 extra, today 1/07/18 I went to this shop and said give me my remaining rupee which is frauded by you he said No, service charge is 1000 rupee per person, I shocked how any one can take 1000 ruppe to fill Bank po level form, even he said you are not single one to whom I am taking 1000 or even more, cahrge is from everyone I charge such kind of fee he said he decides the fee in his own mind noone know what the actual fee is, special who is not touched with internet our parents like people, if I calculate genuine fee 100 and frauded fee 1000 then he is fooling 1000% from everyone, Today I am going to Thana to prevent such kind of fraud, if someone want to join me welcome

When did you take it?I guess the flat has only one balcony where you can stand only.While going thru the posts of other buyers, there is difference of area and quality in the sample and the actual flat given.So I am really confused if its worth a buy or not.Again the price is double than the launch price.Pl suggest if its really worth a buy as they committ to handover the new construction by dec2018.-Thanks Abhijit

I just booked it.. Project looks good.. Rera possession date is 31st December 2018.
They are saying they have applied for OC.
they are not negotiating in price. N parking charges is extra.
